Why doesn't the additional 500mb data I bought the other day not show up under usage on the app?
I needed more data temporarily. The rep on the phone said she added it and deducted $5 from my balance. But when I check my usage on the app, it still says 2 GB. I called the phone number but can't figure out how to get through to a human.

If the photos are in last import then they are in you library - last import is not a place - it is a view of photos in your library - you can also view these photos ine vents and in photos
The most common cause of your not finding them is an incorrect sort (view menu ==> sort photos) or incorrect date settings on your camera

I'm trying to install itunes on my new computer and I keep getting the error message about Windows Installer. I've seen the other posts regarding this issue, however, I am unable to even get it to load for it to show up under "Programs".
Repair your Apple software update.
Go to START/ALL PROGRAMS/Apple Software Update. If it offers you a newer version of Apple Software Update, do it but Deselect any other software offered at the same time. Once done, try another iTunes install
If you don't find ASU, go to Control Panel:
START > CONTROL PANEL > Programs n Features / highlight ASU and click CHANGE then REPAIR, -
When I try and add new devices, I go to the options on Win7 and hit the sync tab and there are no scripts showing I have an account nor a script to add device. If I try to create a new account to have it show up on this computer, it won't allow me, says it is already in use.
System is Win7 as shown above.
Right after opening FF, you can press alt+space, then release and press m. You should now be able to use the arrow keys to move the window around the screen until it's visible. -
After sync'ing my IPOD, the songs on my IPOD are separated by the album names from which they were downloaded from. Can I get rid of those album names on my IPOD somehow? I'd like to show nothing but the songs as I search thru the artists......
Please help......Apple/IPOD illiterate.....Try posting in a more appropriate forum, as this has noting to do with itunes U - the place where University/college/museums post education material.

I have just upgraded to Mountain Lion and my signatures for my Mail are not showing up. I have the signatures inthe preference panes and selected for the email address, but when I make a new message, the signature shows as none and doesn't give me a choice. Yesterday, the signatures were stacking instead of switching to the one I wanted to choose.
I had this and fixed it.
I had upgraded to Mountain Lion and my signatures in Mail were fine. But then about a week later, I got a new computer and used Migration Assistant to copy my stuff to the new machine. Upon opening Mail, I had all the correct Signature information in the Preferences>Signatures window, but nothing worked.
After lots of hunting, I found the Signature Folder. It's in:
Yourusername>Library>Mail>V2>MailData>Signatures
Looking at my previous setup (which works) I saw in that folder two types of files: .webarchive and .siganture
Looking in my new machine's Signature folder, I saw only the .webarchive folders, not the .signature folders
Since this was literally a clone of my previous setup to a new machine, here's what I did:
1. Quit Mail
2. In Problem machine, go to
Yourusername>Library>Mail>V2>MailData>Signatures
3. Move the Signatures folder someplace safe, but out of the MailData folder
4. Get the Signatures Folder from the working install (like a backup) and copy it to the MailData folder on the problematic machine
5. Start Mail on the problem machine
This worked for me. I don't know why Migration Assistant didn't copy the full signature folder, but this fixed it. It worked perfectly partly because I had just backed up with Carbon Copy Cloner and the very next day set up the new machine. I don't know where Lion or earlier versions of mail stored signatures, but the absence of the .signature filetype seems to be the problem.

I created a new apple id @icloud thinking that my regular email address wasn't acceptable for icloud but the 10 gigs I purchased are still not showing up, nor are any of the apps I've purchased showing in icloud. Why is that?

The additional storage would show up when iCloud is signed into the that new account.
To me it sounds like you should cancel the iCloud storage sinceyou seem not to rally need it.

Since the latest up-date I can't see any movies. It always returns to the main menu. Is anyone else having this problem and how do I fix it? We have gone 3 days without the use of renting movies.
Welcome to the Apple Community.
First you should try logging out of your iTunes Store account (settings > iTunes Store > accounts) and then back in again.
If that doesn't help, try resetting the Apple TV (Settings > General > Reset > Reset all settings). You should also try restarting your router.
If both of the above don't help, you should try a restore (Settings > General > Reset > Restore). -
some music files do not show up in google play music app library. I did clear cache/data and restarted phone. The music is stored on the SD card. Most of the music in the library is in the same folder on the sd card. I can play the song from file manager, but it still is not in the music library in play music.
Cyndi6858, help is here! We'd be happy to help figure this out. Just to be sure though, the Droid Maxx should not have an SD card. Is this the Droid Razr Maxx? How did you add the music to the device? Are you able to see the files and folders located on the SD card or device when plugged in?

My photos are not showing up as layers in the layers panel, only as one layer, so I am not able to make changes to the layers. Does anyone know why this is happening? Am I downloading them from my camera wrong? I have watched the video and the photos don't open that way on my layers panel. Any help would be appreciated, I would like to edit out the background and turn it a different color.

Photos from cameras or scans have only one layer (the 'background' layer).
You can start with that 'background' layer and duplicate it or add other layers in the editing process. For instance you can make a selection of a subject and put it on another layer; a common use is to desaturate the 'background' and to keep the color in the selected subject in your newly created layer. -

So ,I validated their 997 file using ECS, we got the below error, Could you please tell wats the exact error.

I tested your EDI data using B2B document editor. I am getting the following Error:
The Interchange Trailer is missing. The segment itself may be missing or the Segment Delimiter may be missing.
As Dheeraj mentioned in previous post, ISA segment is not constructed properly. I have modified your EDI data and validated in B2B document editor.

I have compiled a program for a target after I added a new vi from NI_AALPro.lvlib. The addition worked fine on my development computer but gave me errors when run on the target.

Whenever I try to play a wmv file through firefox it will not load. It was not a problem a few weeks ago. Under plugins it is saying I do not have windows media player. So I tried downloading it using the troubleshooting directions from firefox. But it still will not show up under plugins. Any help would be much appreciated.
