Why doesn't the iOS 7 update tell you you have to turn photo stream back on?

I didn't have to reset anything else! I deleted about 100 photos because I thought my photostream was on. How can I retrieve those or who can I blame for the stupid ios 7 update? How can I down grade? I don't like iOS 7. My phone has been screwing up too, ever since I downloaded the update. My iPhone 5 isn't even a year old! Since the update it randomly opens apps and randomly shuts off. Sometime it comes back on some times I have to wait an hour! Yes I've turned it off and back on since the update. No, there's no change

Try a reset.
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button together for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
If that doesn't help, tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings

Why doesn't the older updater version get deleted when you update the Ipod

I just downloaded the iPod Updater 2006-01-10 and updated my new iPod.
Which caused me to have 3 updaters on my PC I was able to delete iPod Updater 2005-09-23 but when I try to delete iPod Updater 2005-02-07 it will not delete. I used the add/remove programs to delte the first one. And I deleted the setup icon for that one too.

Well I don't have an answer to that but yeah I also did noticed when I updated to the new iPod updater and I had to remove it too; just wanted to say that incase you thought it wasn't normal

Well for me it doesn't.
This is my 3rd time downloading it, it'll eventually stop working again like it did the first two times and I'm going to have to reinstall it again.

I see the moving red dot, but in step two, everything in red is blurry/faded.
Shows which version I have, but I can't find it anywhere on my computer. I have the latest version.
Also every website that I visit that supports flash tells me to update to the newest version, which I ALREADY HAVE.

Why doesn't the new update for itunes work?

I have tried to download the new update for itunes now several times and it doesn't work! It gets so far then doesn't work. I have tried to uninstalled then reinstall itunes and that hasn't worked either so I no longer have a working itunes on my computer. And having an ipod nano, which doesn't have wifi I can't update it at all. Getting very annoyed!!!

If you JUST updated, you may need to leave the phone connected and give it time as it is still syncing even though you are able to use your phone. That is part of the new OS, the ability to use your phone while it is processing in the background. If that's not the issue, try what the previous reply suggested. That's what worked for me when my music appeared to be in my iPod, but would not play.

Why doesn't the music app screen rotate when phone is turned?

Is it just my phone or is this how ios7 is. With the earphone plug being on the bottom my phone is upside down while I'm working out and that app doesn't rotate. On my ipad it rotates. Help!

Not so much caroling it as it is wanting to be able to read what is playing on iTunes Radio or which song is playing from my vast library of music on iTunes Match. It easy to forget some less popular songs when on shuffle play through all the songs loaded on the phone. On top would have been a better place for the jack I guess!

Why doesn't the auto update to my Firefox always hang up when it is checking compatiblily with my addons?

Towards the end of an automatic Firefox update, the program opens a dialogue box that says it's checking compatibility of the new version with my addons. It also mentions that I should be patient, that the process could take several minutes. The process continues without normal termination, and I have to use Windows Task Manager to stop it. I've let it run form as long as 35 minutes, but it never completes the process. This has happened for each of the last 3 or 4 auto updates. What's going on?

Why doesn't the latest update replace Flash10b.ocx v10.0.22.87 with the latest Version 10.0.32.18 on Vista X64 Ultimate?

The Secuna Online Scanner reports that Flash10b.ocx in directory C:\Windows\SYSTEM32\Macromed\Flash\ should be replaced by version 10.0.32.18 even after I run the update installer pointed to by Secunia. I would note that there is no C:\Windows\SYSTEM32\Macromed\Flash\ directory on my system. The Flash10b.ocx file is located in the C:\Windows\SysWOW64\Macromed\Flash\ directory and is still version 10.0.22.87 according to the properties dialog for the file. I should note that Firefox is my default web browser but of course IE is installed and working.

I assumed that the updated file would also be Flash10b.ocx but it appears that it becomes Flash10c.ocx and I did not notice the additional file.

I was looking to see what issues people have had with the HTC One (M8) but there is no discussion thread on this device; one of the two WP Verizon still sells. Who has one & do you like it?

To add to poster above, this issue is really with MS not pushing their product and not working with devs to get more and better apps. Also, you know VZW isn't pushing a WP because it isn't a Droid. I sincerely hope WP gives Android and Apple a run one day, but right now the closest we will see a major MS push is later this year when their new phones start arriving.

If you have an iPad 1, the max iOS is 5.1.1. For newer iPads, the current iOS is 6.1.3. The Settings>General>Software Update only appears if you have iOS 5.0 or higher currently installed.

If you are currently running an iOS lower than 5.0, connect the iPad to the computer, open iTunes. Then select the iPad under the Devices heading on the left, click on the Summary tab and then click on Check for Update.
Tip - If connected to your computer, you may need to disable your firewall and anitvirus software temporarily. Then download and install the iOS update. Be sure and backup your iPad before the iOS update. After you update an iPad (except iPad 1) to iOS 6.x, the next update can be installed via wifi (i.e., not connected to your computer).
Tip 2 - If you're updating via wifi, place your iPad close to your router to preclude getting a corrupted download.

Without more information, speculation is a waste of time. At the least tell us what you do, what the results are, and how that result differs from your expectation. Then tell us what steps you have taken to resolve the issue, and what the results of taking those steps was.

It's a work computer so I wanted to save them to my iTunes so I can access from another computer. Should I go to a home computer and just Import for best results? If so how do I do this? Also, why would I be synched with another library and how do I find out what this is? Very new/green user here
