Why doesn't the music in my library that isn't downloded show up?

My family has 2 computers. We had all of our music on one, but wanted it on the other. I signed into my Apple ID on the new computer and the music all showed up but wasnt downloaded, which is totally understandable. We downloaded the ones we needed and the rest just stayed there. I had to restore my computer, due to some problems with itunes not detecting my iPhone (unrelated). When I re-downloaded itunes back onto my computer, I signed in to my Apple ID like before, but now the undownloded music that should be in my library waiting to be downloaded is not popping up.

Silly question, but you have selected the "Movies" section in the iTunes Library, right? Then you should see your movie at the top of the list, when you sort your Library by "Date added", after sharing with "Send Movie to iTunes".
If it does not show up in your iTunes Library, you may have a problem with the iTunes Library, then please look in the iTunes Forum for help, I don't dare to give advice with that.
As a work-around share your finished Movie to your disk: "Share > Export Movie to Disk". This will have the advantage, that you get to specify the video settings and have more control over the finished video and the quality. Then import the video to iTunes.

Why doesn't the music, but audio is works fine, in iMovie'11?

I recently opened up a project I was working on in iMovie '11. The music I had recently added wasn't working because it said it couldn't locate the original file.
I reloaded the music and started adding it to the project, deleting the music that wasn't working as I went along. The new music worked for a couple of minutes, but now it isn't working at all. Nothing plays, whether in the playback mode or through scrolling. But when I scroll over the dialogue in the project, that is working...
Any one know how I can fix this?

You are using a Non Destructive Video Editor - and to get this to work as it should - non of the raw-material can be moved at all.
So if You are using material on external hard disks or USB-memories or Audio-CDs they all need to be there when working on the project.
There is no Movie in Your project (no copies) but just a small text document pointing to Your raw-material and how it is to be played to be the Movie You are working on.
I do a folder on my Mac where I put all extras Audio and photo files so they are in a specific location at 100% (no alias). Audio as .aiff 16-bit 48kHz (no .mp3, wma etc - but all converted to .aiff and photos as .jpg)
From here I get it into my movie project - just to be sure that all is there if external hard disks, Audio-Cds etc are not connected.
Audio from iTune is a chapter on it's own. I collect all needed audio into a new PlayList then BURN it out as an Audio-CD (.aiff not .mp3) then I use the files on this one.

Why doesn't the music app show the album artwork?

When I open the music app, everything is fine, all except for some albums are missing thier artwork. The funny thing is, when you tap on the album, and it flips up and shows all the songs in that album, the album artwork shows up on the side, but when you go back to the albums, the artwork isn't there again. I know that the artwork isn't avaliable sometimes, but in this case, the artwork is there somewhere, because it shows up when you open the album. Is there some way I can get it back? Thanks

Sync with iTunes on your computer selecting to remove the affected albums from your iPad and then sync again selecting to move them back to the iPad.

Why doesn't the music app screen rotate when phone is turned?

Is it just my phone or is this how ios7 is. With the earphone plug being on the bottom my phone is upside down while I'm working out and that app doesn't rotate. On my ipad it rotates. Help!

Not so much caroling it as it is wanting to be able to read what is playing on iTunes Radio or which song is playing from my vast library of music on iTunes Match. It easy to forget some less popular songs when on shuffle play through all the songs loaded on the phone. On top would have been a better place for the jack I guess!

Hey guys, Let me tell you about my predicament. So I made this video using photobooth, and I used garage band to make a track for my video, so I've got the video file, and all the tracks. So I want to "Share" this video right, (send it to itunes under movies, so i can upload it to youtube) so anyway I click share, I scroll down to "Send Movie to Itunes" and the video normalizes/compresses/ etc, and then when it finishes compressing and everything, I check my itunes library and there's nothing there. I've tried doing this five times now. still no luck. I know that people may be having the same problem as me so it would be great if someone could help me out. I really appreciate it, Thanks.

You might still be able to recover them using one of the methods discussed in this older thread, but many of them require a full functional, noncorrupted iPod filesystem in order to work properly.

Why doesn't the video app display my shared video library like the music app does music? ie. no genre, tv show title. Or how about how displaying them like when i.m using the remote app on my apple tv? Either one of these two interfaces is better than loading four hundred thumbnails. The video app is useless when I want to choose a move from my shared library. If apple wants me to buy movies and tv shows from the iTunes store they should give me a better way to choose them from my library,

You can also set the iPhone number by adding the Apple ID to the iPhone.
This links the iPhone Number to the Apple ID.
Soon afterwards a pop up messages will appear on the Mac saying the iPhone is using it's Number and the Apple ID (if it has not appeared in five minuted restart Messages)
Accepting add the phone number to Messages as a "Send From" and Receive option.
On both the iPhone and the Mac version of Messages you can then chose the "Send From " ID or iPhone number.

I just want to start off first by saying I just purchased my iPad about six months ago and I'm really enjoying it,but if you're like me,I believe in protecting my privacy.
I don't like to turn down any of friends or coworkers when I'm asked to use my iPad,but when you have such things as your personal pictures,movies,music,business documents,etc...you'd like to keep them from prying eyes. I thought that with the new iOS 7 update,that issue would've been fixed, but I was wrong. Why doesn't the original document I'm dragging and dropping from one folder to another move?
What's happening is the computer is creating a duplicte of the document and placing it in the new location with a new creation date. The original document I wanted to drag and drop into a new location remains where it started as the "original" document and the new copy has this little arrow protruding up from the lower left of its icon.
At first I thought it was an alias, but it's a copy of the document I thought I was dragging and dropping.
What gives here?

That arrow indicates it is a linik to the original, though. This happens if you wish to drag files, for which you do not have permissions to do this operation, e.g. from Library or System folder. I am pretty sure you do not accomplish this operation from/to folders like Desktop or Documents; if so, there is a problem with your system.

Hi Demo, thanks for the reply but I've solved it. Heres whet happened in case it can help some one else, when I was sinc'ing with my iPad mini through iTunes it wasn't putting my music on the device, everything else was good. After trying 5-6 times I reset the iPad and set it up as new. Originally I set it up from a phone back up.

I can load music from my mac library to my iphone 4s, but cannot load from my pc library to my iphone 4s. How can I switch my main library that it syncs with from the mac to the pc?

Why doesn't the CC app work properly?

I've been using Creative Cloud for some time now and am really loving it, however I must say it is a source of annoyance that the Creative Cloud app just doesn't work properly.
Firstly, I used it initially to download all my apps, then after an update those apps no longer appeared in the "Apps" list. Now only those that have been installed since that update appear in this list. Why doesn't the "Apps" list display all of the Adobe CC apps that I have installed on my computer?
Why does it keep reinstalling fonts? I'm always getting "Lush Script Regular" and other fonts being added.
It regularly comes up telling me that Dreamweaver and Premiere Pro need to be updated, but always I get an error, then the update request disappears.
I'm regularly getting 4 files that it can't sync - even though they are the same files as others in the folder. If nothing else, why can't I say "Great, got the message". Also, why is the error message just "due to server error" with no advice on how to resolve it? Why is there a server error on only these 4 files?
It seems to me there are still some teething issues with the CC app, but what I don't understand is why they aren't being resolved much faster, given that this is the portal to the service.
Of course, given Adobe I doubt I'll get satisfactory answers – a little jaded with their responses. Anyway, thought I'd at least post the questions.

Questapo I am sorry you have been facing difficulties with your Creative Cloud experience. I don't believe it will be possible to address all of your concerns in one discussion. I would not be surprised if at least three of the issues are related to the same root cause.
First in order for the applications to be visible are you regularly needing to delete the OPM.db file? You can find this listed as solution 2 in CC desktop lists applications as "Up to Date" when not installed - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/aam-lists-removed-apps-date.html.
