Why doesn't the NatWest app work on the Torch?

Hi all, I went to download the NatWest banking app for my Torch 9860 today, and it said that it's unavaliable for my device. Correct me if I'm wrong but my phone is one of the latest, so surely ALL apps should be avaliable to me? Find it quite odd that one of their top phones can't download all apps... Typical BlackBerry?

I can officialy say this now works in Ubuntu 12.04 Precise.First off, yeah, I know it's 2015 and I'm still using a 2012 version of Ubuntu. The thing is, it's the best version supported to date and above all else, it's a LTS edition. So those are enough reasons to keep me from upgrading until my current apps get better support for future versions. Some time in the future (Starbucks Tweeted the other day "by the end of the month") the Starbucks app will be Passbook enabled. When that time comes, you will log into the app with your credentials, select your Starbucks card, and you should be given an opportunity to add that card to Passbook at that time. From there, whenever you walk into a Starbucks the alert will be displayed on the lock screen, just slide your finger across the the alert and show your card to pay.
Now, I have not seen the new app, of course, so I am just speculating based on how the Walgreens, Fandango and Target apps work. Also, I am not sure yet if this will work in any Starbucks, or just the one that you consider your favorite, or primary location. Again, that is just based on how the other apps seem to work. We'll see.

This is crap!!!!! Why do NONE of my apps work since the cloud?

Mac OSX 10.7.5, and NONE of the Adobe apps work right now that the cloud is in place. I cannot even get photoshop 3 or 6 or CC to open! Spinning ball, and nothing. HELP!!!!!!!

iDVD is not a general DVD encoding program that can handles lot's of various video and audio file types.
No it's very picky.
What did You feed it -
Video - in what codec (.avi, .wmv, .mov are containers no specific codecs) ?
Audio - in what file format - I only use .aiff 16-bit 48kHz as from miniDV tape Cameras - What did You use ?
If it don't play in iDVD Preview - then don't wast a DVD disk on it.
Try to Save as a DiskImage instead and test this first - if this play OK - burn DVD from this.

Why doesn't my php service work on the mobile device but in the emulator?

I currently have a browser version of my Flex app that uses a series of php services to provide database functionality. It works well- now I am looking to add a mobile version. I have segmented all my code such that I have a core of code that both the desktop and the mobile can use with the specifics placed on top. I have been testing my mobile version in the emulator and the php services work fine. But when I use the mobile application on the device it has no connectivity.
I have checked and:
<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.INTERNET"></uses-permission>
is in my manifest and in the application the permission says full network access.
I am attempting to run it on a Droid Bionic running ICS.
Also the webservice endpoint is secured. I have manually set it in the project in several locations (I don't think I missed any...)
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

If serials don't work, you may simply have the wrong installer like one that is for an upgrade or different region of the world and using site license serials may not help the matter. Assuming your really mean Premiere 6, not CS6, that is. Anyway, beyond that generic advise nobody will be able to help you much. It's simply old software and even I can barely remeber those versions anymore much less any specifics regarding install and licensing back then.

Why won't the music app work after the IOS 7.1 update?

Every time i try to listen to my music in the Apple Music app it opens then freezes. Sometimes it will let me open an artist but wont play the songs. I tried going into the settings to see if i could change anything but it wont let me open the music settings tab, the button just turns gray and freezes my phone. I've tried force quitting the app and re starting my phone and nothing has worked.

Thank you for the details of the issue you are experiencing with the Music app on your iPhone. You have taken some really good troubleshooting steps already to isolate and troubleshoot the issue. I have a couple of additional suggestions you can try.
First, I recommend resetting your iPhone:
Reset
To reset, press and hold both the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons for at least 10 seconds, until you see the Apple logo
Turn your iOS device off and on (restart) and reset

I'm having trouble with my app. So i import a movie using the "import" option and same with the images. I click the "preview" option and it only plays the audio and it shows a black screen. Sometimes white. I burned the dvd and it shows the black screen and it only plays the audio. What am i doing wrong? is it the video format? If it is the format, what should it be?

I have just upgraded to the latest version of Firefox. I also have Roboform 6.0 as a plugin. The Roboform Toolbar Icon is there. But none of my passwords appear. THis all worked fine in the previous version of FF.

What gave you the idea there's a '''monthly''' charge for the new V7? If you're a registered user of V6 and prior you get a discounted upgrade to V7. Considering Roboform is one of the few software companies that has given free updates for years, I hardly think you can complain about spending under $20 to upgrade. Apple saw it as their responsibility since the redirection took me to the App Store. They assisted me in stopping the redirection which is occurring on many peoples iPhones. It's a have java script problem that adking is using to get you to buy their games. The websites work normal and then all of the sudden the website is taken over by adking.com. You can no longer use the website as it immediately takes you to the App Store without ever showing a popup to cancel the redirection. They were very helpful fixing the problem should others experiencing this specifically with adking.com.
No need to get defensive. I'm not the only one experiencing the problem Apple said.

thanks for the reply. You prompted me to check and I realised it wasn't installed on my test laptop and opening in Microsoft Reader. I've installed it now and it works.
My next challenge is to prevent the mailto: command opening Microsoft Mail instead of Outlook, but I guess every user will have a different default.

Troubleshooting
If you encounter an issue using the Apple Digital AV Adapter or VGA Adapter:
Disconnect and reconnect the adapter from the iOS device and display.
Connect directly to the TV, projector, or external display using a known-good VGA or HDMI cable.
Remove any VGA or HDMI extension cables or converters.
Note that accessories that convert a VGA or HDMI signal to other video formats (DVI, Composite, Component) are not supported.
Ensure that you are using the latest version of iOS. Some Apple Digital AV Adapters require iOS 5.1 or later.
Note: When using an Apple Digital AV Adapter manufactured before early 2012 with iPad (3rd generation), you may see the "This accessory is not supported" alert. Dismissing the alert will allow you to use the adapter.

Were you originally a MobileMe subscriber? If so, did you migrate to iCloud?
Was your email still working recently? Do you get any error messages? What happens when you try to use it?
Have you been using an @icloud.com address or an @me.com address?
