Why doesn't viewport tag work if the page is local?

If the ipad just connects to my computer and views the .htm page then the viewport tag is not supported. However, if I upload that same page to a web server and visit it the ipad does support it.
Any idea why that is or what can be done to fix it?

I haven't tested it but Firefox 26 from the Google Play store should work on the Galaxy Mega. I'd be surprised if it doesn't. It works fine on the 3 other Samsung devices I have.
Please try re-installing Firefox and then if you still have the same issue namely:

than it's probably a Metro PCS issue because it is possible for your mobile carrier to do things like take over what's displayed when you open Firefox or any other browser. We've had cases of other US mobile carriers changing the home page on Firefox and other Android browsers for example.
If you still get the same Metro PCS issue, does the issue go away when you use another WiFi provider, e.g. at Starbucks?

Yesterday I updated my iPhone 5 to iOS 7 and it was working fine with no problems, but today when i tried to play music using the control center, it wouldn't play anything at all. Okay, so I set the radio mode to 802.11n (802.11b/g compatible) and tried to see if my ATV recognized this. At first it did not... At first it picked up the network, then told me my password was wrong (which I knew was not). Then I tried again, same password, and it told me to make sure my connection was set up...it was... then said there was an error. I got fed up, got out of wireless set up, and it says that I'm connected to my network with full bars. Okay, I was a little weirded out, but okay, then I go to youtube... "Content not available." Same thing with trailers and whatnot... restart the box... now everything seems to be gravy.. except for the fact that I am getting a very weak signal. A very substantial difference from when I set my airport to 802.11n (802.11a compatible), which makes my ATV sing, but does not work with the iphone... Did I lose you? Perhaps I got a p.o.s. ATV. I created this page with a basic timeline. The timeline works in Firefox, Safari and Chrome but not in IE. All my browsers are up to date. Any help would be appreciated!

Nancy; THANK YOU!! OK..it still does not work but I see where there are a lot of errors. I changed the head tags and it still does not work but I would assume I can go to the site/page you sent and it analyzes webpages for errors? I will keep at it til I get it right or maybe redo the page but thank you very much for your time...I truly appreciate it. Steve

Googling shows that you have the 1G iPod. For apps you need at least iOS 2. The iG can go as far os 3.1.3 that you get here:
Purchasing iOS 3.1 Software Update for iPod touch (1st generation)
Just be aware that there are presently not that many apps that work with a 1G with iOS 3.1.3

LR5 's Adjustment Brush doesn't seem to work-does the New Radial Filter have priority?

So why in the world would I update Lightroom in the middle of a job.?
Before I was able to do in and touch up shadowy areas using (K) adjustment brush, but now it doesn;t seem to work. The radial brush does a good job for a defined area but for SPOT touching I have always used the the adjustment brush?
Is there a setting or am I missing something or is this a bug?

The presence of the Radial Filter in the tool set should have no effect on the Brush. It continues to work just as it always has. In fact, even if the RF is open (I sometimes hit it by mistake when I really want the Brush) and you click on the Brush icon, the RF closes and the Brush opens. If your Brush is not functioning properly, it is very unlikely that the RF is the reason. The usual first aid for any LR misbehavior is to close LR, remove the Preferences file from its folder and relaunch LR, allowing it to make a new preferences file. Not guaranteed to solve the problem, but worth trying.

The mail server worked when I originally set it up and continued to work for months afterwards.
What would make the outgoing mail server not be set up correctly after all that time?

What system and iPhoto version are you running?
If your're using iPhoto 9 or later Command (right) - click on the photo in the search window and select Show Event in the Contextual menu.
That will take you to the event where the photo is.

Ask a fifth time, and maybe the answer will appear.
Are the notes actually in iCloud? If you go to iCloud.com and log in, do you see them there? If so, it's an issue on your computer side. If not, then the notes don't exist on the server.
