Why iPhone is more expensive than in the USA but fully doesn't work? I overpay money for mythical LTE? I bought phone in the USA it supports the band 7 and 20 which theoretically work in Russia, but phone doesn't work. For what I paid? For the camera and the scanner of prints?

If you wanted LTE support where you live, then you should not have purchased your phone in the US. US iPhones are only guaranteed to support LTE in North America, no where else. If you wanted LTE, you should have purchased your phone in Russia.

Well not really. Even if you did "convert" these images, iWeb would overwrite them again as soon as you published again. You see, iWeb converts to PNG anytime you let iWeb do anything to an image.
The secret is to have your images "iWeb-ready" before dropping them into iWeb. That means using some other program to properly size your images and apply any effects to them (like shadows, rotation, reflections, frames, etc). It's a pain in the neck, but it works. This is a limitation of iWeb that we all have to work around for IE users.
If it's any consolation to you, the next version of Internet Explorer comes with full PNG support and will bring the unwashed masses of PC users into a more modern era of browser technology (if the technology hasn't advanced even more by that time).

Why doesn't work in Firefox and IE?

We made a site by Edge, it does work in Chrome and Safari but not on Firefox and IE, need a help to fix that!!

The Alt attribute isn't meant to show as a tooltip on hover. 
The Alt attribute is meant to show if the image isn't or can't be displayed. 
The title attribute is meant to show if you hover an image or link. 
If there is no title attribute, but there is an alt attribute then IE will show the alt attribute as a tooltip. 
Firefox doesn't do that, so if the title attribute is missing then you do not see a tooltip if you hover an image or link.

Why doesn't work my wifi on my one year old phone?

Dear Apple Support,
I have a problem with my phone (Iphone 4S). I bought my phone in November
2012. The problem is that the wifi does not work on my phone since
approximately December 2013. This very unfortunate for me, becouse the
warrancy terminated in November 2013. So one month after the warrancy time.
I realised the problem after seeing my phone bill was higher due to the
increased use of 3G.

And it would cost me 1/4 th of the price of the phone. In the service they
said, there is a waiting list becouse of the many problems of the same
kind. So I have to wait 2 weeks for the new part for a lot of money.
I have a similar issue with my Toyota. I got a letter last year that my
car has a type problem with the airbag. The company replaces the airbag in
may car for free. May car is 10 years old.
Finally, I have always liked the products of Apple and the company.
I would appriciate it if we found the best solution for my problem. I hope
you can help me.

Why doesn't work Windows 8 after an Update?

I have a few PCs with Windows 8 in a network server in a domain that after the last update they present error 0xc000021a. It's not difficult to fix but when i update the PCs again they show the same message. What can i do
in order to prevent that error or how to patch it so it doesn't show again?

Please see that bug check 0xC000021A occurs in a user-mode process, the most common culprits are third-party applications, driver update.
Please just check for updates after you did last known good configuration and start system normally, then see if there is any application or driver update. If so, please first hide it and install others to check the issue.
Then, Contact the manufacturer of the software or driver about a possible update.

Upgraded VC to 7.01 with sp1, the table's grid color not change with the row color set.
But set the nested iview to show on the layer,the "row color" worked.

Just try to create whole thing again atleast that table. it may work.

i have configured EBP/CCM <> XI Catalog scenario and when i try to execute the test connection for both TCP RFC connections "INTEGRATION_SERVER_<SID>, PLAIN_HTTP_ADAPTER_<SID>" I receive following "ICM_HTTP_CONNECTION_FAILED".
Does anybody know the problem? How can I solve this issue?

Branch Validation Doesn't Work

I have a issue . My issue about branch valiadation.
I have a taxonomy table and it has attributes. ( for ex : Bulk. )
I created a validation and rigth click on this validation and select brach on opened contex.
and write this validation in new branch validation.
IF ( TYPE = "Bulk" , FALSE ) ( I selected those items on validation expression window )
I selected Bulk Attribute on main table and tried this validation .
Result is not true.

Hi Turgut,
I created a validation and right click on this validation and select branch on opened context.
When you right click on this validation and Add Branch, Please select Property Branch Value as Category Name which is linked to this Attribute Name TYPE.
Now you need to write Expression in this Branch Validation, as per your requirement.
As you said, IF ( TYPE = "Bulk" , FALSE ), I am assuming here TYPE is your Attribute Name and BULK is your Attribute Text Value.
For this make sure that, you have selected TYPE from Attributes tab and Bulk from TextValues tab from Expression.

SetSoTimeout for blocking SocketChannel.read() doesn't work

When I tried to perform reading in blocking mode with using NIO's SocketChannel.read() method with a desired timeout, the SocketChannel.socket().setSoTimeout() method that was called before SocketChannel().read() funtion, seemed not to work properly. The read() method blocked the thread for infinite time even if I set the timeout to any non-zero value (zero means according the manual infinite timeout).
Here is the example code:

iochan = SocketChannel.open(new InetSocketAddress(some address, some port));
iochan.socket().setSoTimeout(2000); //should wait max. 2 secs on next read
iochan.read(bb); //read some data to the buffer; if none present within 2 seconds then exception should be thrown - but it never happens. The thread is blocked until some data comes or the connection is closed by the peer, for example.
What is very interesting is that this code is OK:

I'm using W2K SP3, Java 1.4.1_01.

I've run into a similar problem using DatagramSockets. Apparently socket timeouts aren't supported using the nio packages, but nowhere in the documentation is this mentioned. The following bug report gives more info:

Apparently this is not considered a bug. I do however hope this is fixed in JDK 1.5, when I understand more work is to be done on nio.

Issues with sending and receiving MMS
You will need these to send and receive MMS:
- An iPhone 3G or later.
- iOS 3.1 or later.
- A cellular data connection. MMS isn't available if you are using only Wi-Fi.
- A domestic MMS plan from your cellular provider. You may need an international messaging plan to send MMS to an international contact. Contact your carrier for more information.
- A roaming MMS when using a cellular provider's network different from your billing cellular provider's network. Learn more about roaming and contact your carrier for more information.

Sending in Mail doesn't work, Entourage does, Why?

Sending emails in Apple's Mail doesn't work, yet Microsoft Entourage does, Why?
This is the conversation I've been having with my server tech, and they can't find the reason why I can send mail in Microsoft Entourage no problem, yet Apple Mail receives but not able to send any email what so ever..

Additionally, I've tested the SMTP server from here (on a Mac) and am able to connect. I do not have a valid user to send email with, but I can try it if you want to provide me with the one you are trying, temporarily.

Your server only supports CRAM-MD5 and PLAIN authentication. You will need to use plain text authentication. I have never configured mac mail so I do not know how to configure this, you may want to speak with someone a apple support if you have trouble.

I can't figure out why the following doesn't work. I cannot debug for I do not have privileges on this server.
The execution always fails on bolded line. If I substitute the variable with the table name itself it works. The variable is properly populated in each of the iterations as I can see it by using dbms_output package. The small but may be important detail may be I am connected as user A but the tables are in the schema B. However I can list the tables and their columns in all_tab_cols view and there are synonyms made in my schema which allow me to access the B tables without prefixing them.
I get the error:
