Why doesnt my app store work

my app store isnt working i've reset my phone so many times. i cant download or update apps im so frustrated and tired of this! somebody please help me

I know that issues like this can be frustrating, but with some patience and a little bit of research I think we can all help you get back up and running . The App Store app is built into the iOS operating system, so issues with built-in apps often indicate software issues (often a corrupt file somewhere). I'd strongly recommend following Back up and restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch using iCloud or iTunes - Apple Support to make a backup of your data and then Use iTunes to restore your iOS device to factory settings - Apple Support. This will erase the corrupt file off of the device and install a fresh, clean copy of iOS that should not have the same issue!

Sounds like the iPhone is carrier locked with Vodafone and if so, it can't be used with another carrier's SIM card.
If so, only Vodafone can officially unlock the iPhone or send the unlock request to Apple.

Philip, many people have talked about this "blue lego" problem, but you are the first to explain it (migrating to Intel) that brings clarity to the issue. The Business and People widgets use small "webkit" plugins in order to do their work. However, the plugins on the PowerPC versions of these widgets are NOT Universal, and thus will not run on an Intel Mac.
Typically, this should never be an issue because an Intel Mac comes with widgets already installed (the Universal versions of these widgets, which include Universal versions of these plugins).
However, if I understand you correctly, you "migrated" your old files from your PowerPC Mac to your new Intel Mac. Is it possible you overwrote your Intel OS X default widgets (the 18 widgets in [Hard Drive]/Library/Widgets) with the versions from your old PowerPC Mac during this migration?
If so, then that is the source of your problem: you replaced your Universal widgets with PowerPC widgets. The solution is to reinstall your widgets from the Installer that came with your new Intel Mac. You can either re-install OS X entirely, or use Pacifist to just install those overwritten widgets.

You should be able to download and use the additional loops without a problem, but it works not always smoothly. And there have been different fixes that worked for different people. See this long thread if something will work in your case:

Sometimes you simply need to reload the "Updates" tab of the AppStore using ⌘R after signing in with your AppleID and starting the download.

It will happen if you activate a new device in your iTunes account, such as a new iPod, or, from my experience, randomly. Apple stepped up security some months back to cut down on fraudulent purchases.

Why is the app store so SLOW?

Whenever I bring up the App Store application, it takes ages to load. I just closed App Store and started it again, and it took a full TWO MINUTES for "featured" items to come up. Whenever I try to download something, it takes way longer than any other major download site I use.
I live in Japan, use the Japan App Store, and am on a 30mbs connection. So why does the App Store take so long to load and download?

Are you using a debit card? I read somewhere that debit card are not being accepted by itunes. Go to settings/itunes & app store, tap on the ID there then on view account, log in and check payment details to see if they are correct.
