Why don't I receive messages on my phone from some contacts?

Since updating my iPhone 5 to iOS 6.1.2 when some of my contacts send me messages it goes only to my iPad. Even if I start the conversation on my phone! Is this a OS problem or a problem with my carrier (Bell)? Why won't the messages go to both devices anymore?

I also have a contact that I can message from my phone but not from my iPad and the error message is that the contact is not registered with iMessage which is a load of elephant poo.

Ok. So I figured out that I can add the email address to my iPhone 4s to receive the iMessages sent/received from my iPad. How do I get the messages on my iPad that were sent to my iPhone? Is it possible?

2. Make sure Messages is enabled; Settings>Messages
3. Make sure Date and Time is correctly set; Settings>General>Date and Time>Set Automatically>On

Is this a POP (POP3) email account? If so, you MacBook Pro may be retrieving the email and deleting it off the server before your phone can. Another possibility is that both your Mac and your phone are trying to retrieving it at the same time, and the POP server, which will only allow a single email client connection at a time, is locking out your phone resulting in the "has not been downloaded from the server" error.

SMS is part of cellular voice communication.
iPads do not do voice over cellular.
iMessage is Apple devices only.
If you want to send and receive SMS you will have to download an app from the store, such as text+.

It sounds like you're deleted message threads keep coming back after you restart the devie. I recommend starting by quitting all the running apps on your phone:
iOS: Force an app to close
Double-click the Home button.
Swipe left or right until you have located the app you wish to close.
Swipe the app up to close it.
When you have done that restart the device and test the issue again:
iOS: Turning off and on (restarting) and resetting
If the issue persists, backup your device to iTunes and then restore it as a new device and verify that it works.
How to erase your iOS device and then set it up as a new device or restore it from backups
If it does, then restore your backup to either verify it still works and the software just needed reinstalled, or isolate the issue to the backup file itself.

What code are you talking about, your Apple ID and password? If you have the Apple ID you can get the password back by going to http://iforgot.apple.com

But if you're looking in the App Store on the iPad, in the Updates area, and you still see the icons, they presumably now say "Open" to the right instead of "Update". I just wanted that Using changed random mac address protect me from stealth connection and attack by someone, not spoofing other one.
After using terminal, my iMac is not under my control.
Network key to prevent further changes on system preferences pannel was opened very often. Network configuration was finally changed.

MAC addresses for network hardware are encoded into the network interfaces. To change them requires spoofing of the address, something not officially supported by Apple (or any manufacturer I know of) and hence would be beyond the sort of support any Apple Store employee could or would provide, or is it something that Apple would providing training to the dealers in how to accomplish.
As to distribution of Apple products, Apple has information on their channel programs on this web page:
