Why don't I see the "custom scale" option when I print?

When printing PDF files using Adobe Reader 10.1.6 I do not have the custom scale option. Is this not available in this version?

Update it from iTunes on a computer as described at the bottom of this article; devices running an iOS version prior to 5.0 can't be updated straight from the device. Unless limited by the device's hardware, it will be updated to iOS 6.1.3.

It's not listed as an option. If you are seeing your iPhone in iTunes then thats it. You just click sync. (It works exactly the same way as if it was plugged in)

Reboot your router. The icon only shows when connected to wifi and Apple TV or similar device. Same thing happened with my phone and the icon appeared in control center after router reboot.

Please confirm if you are updated to the latest version of Photoshop CC. Go to Photoshop>About Photoshop on Mac, For Win, go to Help>About Photoshop.

Why don't I see the little plus sign(+) to the right of an open tab? The one that allows you to open a new tab? I updated two other computers and there's no problem (one is using XP and the other is Windows 7). I can open a new tab by pressing "ctrl t" but I don't want to do it that way.
Anyone else have this issue? Should I try reinstalling the update?

See if this works for you. Sometimes the problem is caused by a corrupted file.
The Reset Firefox feature can fix many issues by restoring Firefox to its factory default state while saving your essential information. Note: This will cause you to lose any Extensions, Open websites, and some Preferences.
To Reset Firefox do the following:
Go to Firefox > Help > Troubleshooting Information.
Click the "Reset Firefox" button.
Firefox will close and reset. After Firefox is done, it will show a window with the information that is imported. Click Finish.
Firefox will open with all factory defaults applied.

The CC Desktop app has always been a little flakey.
In the preferences(?) screen, sign out and back in.

We relied upon the "days available for download" to get people to take
action more quickly. The "virus scanning" progress bar was simply another
way of knowing this activity was actually taking place - unless this is
written somewhere in the Adobe Send User Guide.....wherever that is.

I will reply to my own question!
I was on my Windows machine when I began producing my video. During Export, I wasn't able to package it. After a few hours of research I found that Wraptor DCP is not supported (yet) on Windows platforms. I switched over to my Macbook Pro and viola!
DCP'ing all day long now!

When printing in Adobe, missing the Custom Scale option.

Adobe Version 11.0.2
Windows 7 64 bit.
Doesn't matter what type of network printer I select. When selecing to print a document, under Page Sizing & Handling, there is no "Custom Scale" option. There is on other workstations.

Why don't I see the "Show Merged TOC in Child Project" setting?

I have read about the "Show Merged TOC in Child Project" setting in RoboHelp 8 and have seen a screen shot of the build properties page where that check box is. But, when I go to build WebHelp, I don't see the same window. A number of the settings are different, and there is no "Show Merged TOC in Child Project" setting. I am using RoboHelp 8 (version 8.0.2.208 to be exact). I have pasted in a screen shot of the window that I see.
The first screen I see when I build WebHelp looks the same as the screen shot in Peter Grainge's article on Merged Help. The screen above is the second one I see.
Can anyone help? I'm mystified!

Looks like you experimented with enabling Section 508. When you do that and toggle it back off, you are left with the Traditional style - no skin WebHelp. So back up a screen and choose a skin. Then you will see the option.

Why don't I see the DAD I created

I created a DAD as below in a oracle 11gR2 SE on Windows 2008 box,

And when I do a http://localhost:8080 on the server itself, I see a page with,

Should I not see the xml_demo at this time?

Why don't I see the delivery "by bullet point" option any more?

Using Keynote 6.2.2 and have used the "delivery by bullet point" option w/out problems in the past. Now when I go to the "delivery" drop down all I see is "all at once" "by paragraph" "by paragraph group" and "by highlighted paragraph"
What am I doing wrong? It feels like I'm going through the same steps I always do, and yet I can no longer find the "bullet" option.

you can update an iPad 1 up to iOS 5.1.1 , you need to connect it to iTunes on a computer and update from there
For instructions: http://support.apple.com/kb/ht4623 and scroll down to the part that's about updating with iTunes
Please note that iPad 1 goes up to iOS 5.1.1, while iPad 2 goes up to iOS 6.1.3, the (current) latest version. You won't be able to ' choose ' iOS 5.1.1 on iPad 2, it will automatically update to the latest version possible.
