Why don't my updates clear from the menu list?

No matter how often I click the update buttons for these Muse, Photoshop and Audition, they remain in the CC menu. Why won't they clear?

How do I remove the Adobe updater icon from the menu bar?

How can I remove the Adobe Updater icon from the menu bar? It's pixelated and looks broken. Any help is appreciated.
I found this thread, but it doesn't work. When I click on the Updater icon, then click "Open updater," it opens the Creative Cloud instead. I haven't found a way to remove the updater icon from within Creative cloud.

Found it, thanks to later posts in that thread I mentioned in the OP. Here is what they suggest (you have to use Photoshop):
1. In Photoshop, go to Help >Updates:
2. Click "Preferences" at the bottom right.
3. Uncheck the box labeled "Notify me of new updates on the menu bar." Then click "Ok."

Can you try the following for me.
Run the microsoft fix it and have it uninstall AIR
Delete the folder: C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe AIR (this might also be in Program Files(x86))
Delete the folder: C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Adobe
Delete the folder: C:\Users\chris\AppData\Local\Adobe\AIR
Install AIR 3.2 by itself, from: http://airdownload.adobe.com/air/win/download/3.2/AdobeAIRInstaller.exe

Why does each iOS update detract from podcast functionality?

I have a complaint about what I see as progressivly degrading behavior and functionality of podcast functionality over time.
When I got my first iPod Touch around 2008, podcast functionality was great. It did exactly what I wanted. I could make playlists, order them however I wanted, sync perfectly back and forth from my iPod Touch and iTunes on my Mac, and everything worked find.
It seems as if every iOS software update since then has either broken something about the way Podcast functionality worked, or it has removed functionality.
I'm primarily talking about how things work on my iPod Touch but the same complaint applies to my iPad (though I haven't used my iPad for playing podcasts recently).
After the latest update a few days ago, the functionality is such that it is no longer useful to me. This is a major *subtraction* from the usefulness and appeal of the device to me. I have been thinking that at the end of my current phone contract I would upgrade to an iPhone, replacing both my current Android phone and 4th gen iPod Touch, but now I'm not so sure. Maybe I will, but this change in functionality I describe below is making it hard for me to feel positive about it.
Listening to news podcasts is a major (more than 50%) purpose of me having and using my iPod. Breaking this is a serious problem. From my point of view this a far worse problem than the Google Maps fiasco.
Here is how I *used* to use it, and how I still *want* to use it, but cannot:
I subscribe to various podcasts in iTunes. Currently I'm getting about 8 or 10 podcasts from various news sources around the world. (This works fine.)
In iTunes, I put the podcasts into a "smart playlist" that includes all of the unplayed episodes of the podcasts, *in chronological order*, *ordered by release date* (*not* download date). (This works fine.)
Sometimes I listen to the podcasts on my computer using iTunes. (This works fine.)
I plug in my iPod Touch to sync with iTunes. (Looks like it works but no longer does what I expect or what seems reasonable to me.)
I *want* to resume playing unplayed podcasts from exactly the same list that I was listening to on my computer, picking up from eactly where I left off. (This is completely broken.)
When I return from being in my car or out jogging or the end of my workday at the office listening to my iPod, I want to plug my iPod back into my computer, sync up the list, and resume playing on my computer from the same list from where I left off on the iPod. (This seems somewhat broken.)
All of this used to work perfectly when I got my first iPod Touch back around 2008. (I don't recall the exact date but it was not long after the iPhone and iPod Touch were introduced.) Almost every software update since then has either broken something about this, or explicitly removed some part of the functionality, making it more and more irritating to use over time. I can't help but think "What the **** is wrong with Apple?" There is so much stuff that the company does great, and it perplexes me how they can screw this up so badly, so continuously.
Here is my perception of the changes in behavior over time:
syncing back and forth between iTunes on my computer and the iPod Touch has grown increasingly buggy, with the software messing up more and more often in terms of both what stuff would be recognized as unplayed and also keeping track of the place where I left off.
the ordering of the playlist used to match the order in iTunes (which is exactly what I want) but over time it diverged more and more (which I don't want).
not long ago (I think around the time of the upgrade from iOS 5 to iOS 6), the podcast and music playlist features were made completely separate in the iPod touch -- but not in iTunes. So in iTunes I have my perfectly functioning smart playlist but on my iPod Touch I have an empty playlist and the podcasts are played by a separate app. At least there was the option to play "Unplayed Podcasts" (or some name like that) which was close enough.
the latest update from a few days ago got rid of this ability to play the unplayed podcasts.
As far as I am concerned this it totally unacceptable. No, I am *not* going to stream over WiFi, because I'm not always in WiFi range, for example when I'm in my car. And if I were to replace my iPod Touch with an iPhone, then also no, I am *not* going to stream everything over the air from the cloud because (a) I don't want to use up and overshoot my phone plan data allowance; (b) I don't want to have to pay extra to store stuff in the cloud; and (c) even if I did both of those things it still doesn't solve the problem of no longer being able to play from a playlist that includes podcasts from many sources.
I'm really upset with Apple over this, and I see ho hope of any satisfactory outcome.

Can't Update Software from the App Store

The app store will not download any sort of update (iTunes or System Update). I click "install" and I have to "Agree" twice. Then I select "Download & Restart". The progress bar pops up and says "installing" then goes away. Under "Updates Installed in the Last 30 Days" it says has the "iTunes 12.1.2 update" and "OS X Yosemite Recovery Update" even though it never even downloaded and is still listed in the "Update Available" section along with "OS X Update 10.10.3 – Restart Required".

There is absolutely NO way to drag and drop newly purchased music from the Purchased list on the phone into my iTunes library? I'm finding it hard to believe that something so simple cannot be done!

I like to make MP3 CD's when I have people over, or when my friends have people over so I can just pop them into the CD player and let them play all night without having to worry about changing the CD or anything. Well, Apple's music is in AAC format, so I have to convert the songs to MP3 files using the converter in iTunes. So I'll convert them to MP3's and just delete the AAC file so I don't have doubles. The problem is, the next time I plug the phone into my laptop to transfer new purchases, iTunes thinks that the songs I converted aren't there anymore because the phone has them as AAC files, and iTunes has them as MP3 files, so it doubles the music again...EVERY time!! It's very frustrating! So this is why instead of clicking Transfer Purchases, I would like to be able to just drag and drop the songs I want from the Purchased list on the phone into my iTunes library. I hope I explained this right...lol. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem like I'm able to do that. I'm hoping maybe somebody here can help me out and give me some pointers on what to do about this. That stinks! I can actually do that at my house...I just plug my iPhone right into the wire that's plugged into my receiver in my living room...but some of my friends aren't "technology savvy"...lol...so they just have DVD players and I'll put the CD in there because it will read an MP3 disc. What's funny, is I have the phone set to "Manually Manage Music", and when I plugged it into the laptop just now, the one song I downloaded last night on the phone, transferred over to the iTunesl library. That NEVER happens. And it only transferred the one song...it didn't double the other songs like it ususally does. I swear, iTunes does what it wants, when it wants sometimes...lol. Flex strings never cleared from the memory

I have this weird problem for a while and try to solve it to look up on the net for proper solution but still I am clueless.
When I check my application's memory usage with flex profiler (4.6) the portion of String keep increasing and eventually reach the point of crash.
And I pin pointed where this increasing occurs from my application's source code.
It is the local string variable that I passed to Json.decode(). It never cleared.
All the instance of the json string that I got from the socket server remains in the memory til app crashes even if profiler says there is 0 path to the String.
I don't know how to clear these Strings. It only keeps growing.
Please help me. I have been struggled with this for a week now.

One of our customer is facing the outofmemory issue, when they connect many users and they go ideal for some times, without doing any operation on the server and when they come back and connect they get Out of memory issue.
For that i just profiled my application and i can see the following objects never get cleared from the JVM.. Following objects not GC.
oracle.oc4j.sql.spi.managedconnectionimpl
oracle.oc4j.sql.xa.iccxaconnection
oracle.oc4j.sql.spi.connectionrequestinfoimpl
oracle.oc4j.sql.managedconnectionimpl

We do have a pooling timer running at the back end.
Please suggest is there any why i can make these connections Garbage collected when they are not in use? is there any setting for in oc4j for that?

Any way to turn off errors when updating pages from the template?

I'm using Dreamweaver MX. My site is huge. It's an intranet
spanning dozens of departments. Some of those departments have
subsites that don't fall under the intranet's control, although
they are embedded within our site's folder structure. When I make a
change to the template and update pages, every time I hit one of
those subsites I get tons of errors, from "template not found" to
"unmatched body tag". The errors that pop up each have to be
clicked on before the updating can continue. I get hundreds of
these.
Is there any way to make errors not pop up while updating
pages from the template? Or even to exclude certain folders from
being checked? (Cloaking doesn't do it.)

Both of these are problems, I'm afraid. Combining that with
templates is
really trouble.

Errors such as this are definitely caused by errors in your
page itself.

Valid code will not produce these errors. Unfortunately, the
only way to
avoid them is to remove any validation hiccups from your
pages.
