Why don't some apps sync with comment not authorize for computer and go authorize computer at store. The computer is an authorized computer. What to do?

I sync my iPad to computer and get the following message: "some of the purchased items on the iPad, including 'Angry Birds', could not be transfeered to your itues library because you are not authorized for them on this computer. to authorize this computer for items purcchase from the iTunes store, choose Store>Authorize This computer.
I don't understand because the computer is one of my authorized computers. What am I missing?

I have had this problem and after some time noticed that the apps that i couldnt put on my new computer were downloaded with a different ITUNES ID.
e.g.
I downloaded about 50 under [email protected] which was my account.
There were about 10 under [email protected] which is my daughters account (she used a $20.00 itunes card)
And a couple were from my sisters account [email protected]
i logged into those accounts and authorised the computer for each ID and it worked fine... You just have to remember what ID's downloaded each item. (app, song, etc) Log into each ID, authorise, then Sync....

E71 BUG - Contacts sync with MfE: Notes simple for...

I have set up notes per contacts in Outlook. When I synced these via Mail for Exchange, they have lost their linebreaks and become unreadable on the E71. This is even though they are still available and correct in Outlook.
Mighty bad for a business phone.

Quick update:
I installed the latest trial version of Roadsync for Symbian S60 3rd edition and contacts sync. works perfectly both ways with the Zimbra server for creation and deletion of contacts. E-mails and calendars are OK.
It even syncs the tasks created on the phone to the server, something that MfE had never been able to do. It won't syncs tasks created on the server to the phone, though.
So, it's definitely an MfE problem...
But at 49 €, it's kind of a pain in my rear end to pay for something I was supposed to have built-in the phone...
Please MfE Team, heed my call...

Why don't some apps show up in my ITOUCH screen?

I have a couple of apps that I have had on my Itouch 3rd gen for quite a while. One day after I synced, they no longer showed up anywhere. The apps are still on the ITouch but I have to go to the search screen and type their name in order to access the program. When I go into Itunes, they appear on the apps screen, I can drag the icon around there and try to put it onto different pages with no problem, but when I sync, they still do not appear in my iTouch. Why would their icons not show up all of a sudden? I have tried reinstalling the apps several times and the same problem occurs. Thank you for your help.

If you mean iTunes in the Cloud, this is totally separate from your iCloud account. There isn't an iCloud, but it allows you to download certain previously purchased media from the iTunes and App stores, as explained here: http://support.apple.com/kb/ht2519.

I would recommend trying a different web browser. It is likely your security settings, add-on, or installed toolbar is causing your difficulties.

Welcome to the Apple Community.
Photostream only syncs photos over Wi-Fi, make sure you are connected to Wi-Fi to begin with.
Photostream only syncs when the camera app is closed, ensure it is closed.
Photostream only syncs when the battery is above 20%, try recharging the device
Try disabling photo stream on your device (settings > iCloud), restarting your device and then re-enabling photo stream.
If this doesn't help you may need to reset photo stream. You can do this at icloud.com by clicking on your name in the top right corner and then the advanced settings in the pop-up dialogue box that appears.
Note: disabling photostream and re-enabling it will result in any photos that are currently in the photostream album on your device, that are older than 30 days old, not being added back.

A .exe file is a Windows executable. OS X does not run Windows programs. If you need to use .exe files then you will need to install Windows on your Mac:
Windows on Intel Macs
There are presently several alternatives for running Windows on Intel Macs.
Install the Apple Boot Camp software. Purchase Windows XP w/Service Pak2, Vista, or Windows 7. Follow instructions in the Boot Camp documentation on installation of Boot Camp, creating Driver CD, and installing Windows. Boot Camp enables you to boot the computer into OS X or Windows.
Parallels Desktop for Mac and Windows XP, Vista Business, Vista Ultimate, or Windows 7. Parallels is software virtualization that enables running Windows concurrently with OS X.

If you want to use multiple devices - move to imap, I would even say "exchange", but Google does not support free exchange anymore, since January of that year. So Ironically Icloud or Hotmail would be my choices right now.

Does Podcasts App sync with iCloud

The updated Podcasts App on my is much improved on my 4S and my first gen iPad.
No syncing issues... Now quickly and seemlessly syncs between the two even though iPad does not have iOS 6
My question is this ... Is my 2nd gen Apple TV podcasts app sync with iCloud?

Apparently it did sync only part for me although I have lost some entries within my lists within reminders when attempting to sync my mac and iPhone to iCloud simultaneously, no thanks to apple care.
Apple care set up my iCloud account over the phone and attempted to sync incorrectly resulting in this problem of mine. Since then Apple care have attempted to solve the problem but are not skilled enough to recover my lost entries from out there somewhere so i suggest you back up before syncing just in case you loose data also.
I suggest initially syncing only one device at a time to iCloud and to make sure you merge reminders when prompted.

Plug in your iPhone to iTunes on your Computer, let it sync the games onto the Computer, then plug in your iPad and go to Apps in iTunes and select the apps then apply and it will download them to the iPad :)
If you have trouble when in Apps in iTunes on your Computer, it will say iPhone and iPod touch Apps. Hope this helps!!

So does the Reminders app sync with anything?

Do to do items set in the Reminders app sync with iCal in MobileMe? Or do they sync with iCal in iCloud? Or do they not sync with anything?

I've tried to use iCloud, but it made a mess of all my calendar entries, duplicate entries, new birthday calendar that duplicates birthdays, new useless calendars. A mess. Then, a pearl: I was not able to update my calendar entries on my iPhone.
Contacts were ok. Notes seem working, too.
Then I've logged out from iCloud and had to re-import all of my calendar entries (as the calendar now "pertains to iCloud"), and my observation is that we are not able to sync reminders without using iCloud. There is also the issue that you should look at TWO calendars (one of reminders, the one the calendar) if you want to use it.
I believe Apple needs to add:
* integration with iCal;
* ability to work off-line
* make iCloud bug-free, I do not get why we should have "duplication of entries as-a-feauture" with microsoft-like stupid warnings: "if you click on this you will have two copies of that" ...
* I do not get also why the info should "pertain to the cloud" and it could not be "several versions that sync" ... in the end also the cloud could be considered a device on his own, and, for the people that have limited access to the internet (as me are now, I'm moving) it makes perfect sense.

Thank you for your time. I'm trying to avoid that because she can then simply turn on mail syncronization and then she could read my mail. Another reason is our password policy, that enforces changing our windows logon password every 90 days. Of course changing windows logon passwords demands changing exchange account logon info (password) on Iphone. I have read somwhere that there was an app but it was removed from app store. Any other suggestions would be appreciated.

My 3GS is dying and it's synced to an older computer. I have tons of datafiles as well as apps, music, text messages, etc. that I need to get moved to the new iphone4 I'm getting. Then I need to move the sync to a newer computer so that I can sync the new phone and new computer.
I understand how to get my apps to transfer to a new pc. That's not the issue. It's getting ALL the data from the 3GS to the 4 and then to a new computer.
