Why dont my dimension levels show up instead i get "Standard" level??

Hi i am facing a very tiresome problem and i cant figure it out,you see i have crated two levels in my dimesnsion
Level: School
Number (BuisnessIdentifier)
level: Office
OfficeNo (BI)
but in the query builder of charts i only see 'STANDARD' and non of my levels..
Furthermore suppose i had no levels and only attributes the Attribute marked with BI gets displayed only..
so if each dimesnsion is capable of displaying only one attribute then why do we have option to enter more than one attribute....
I think i am not grasping this correctly any little pointer would highly be appreciated

Mac or PC? If it's PC, check you have the iCloud software installed and up to date. Also - take note of the folder that you set for the pictures to be saved into. Finally, check you have enough iCloud space ;-)

What's the format of your video? That will give you a hint as to what plugin is failing (or missing).

In mail, why does entire email address show up instead of just person's name

When I address most emails (to persons who are in my contacts), only their names show up in the "To:" window. But with certain people, their name plus their <full email address> all show up in the window.
I've tried re-entering their names in my contacts. I've tried deleting these names-with-full-email-addresses from the Previous Recipients list. No matter what I do, their name fills in as "First Name Last Name <full email address>" in the "To:" window. I also mail to other clients at the same company and their names just show up as names only -- normal.
Any idea why this is happening, and how I can make it stop?

It's fixed. Not sure why. Maybe one of the things I tried just needed time to take effect. Suddenly, it's working.

Why does "Date Created" sometimes show dashes instead of a date?

My finder shows four dashes ("----") for the "date created" on a large percentage of my files. When I look at the properties of those files, there are "Created" dates on them. Some of the files are .PDF, some are .doc (I haven't checked for .xls or .txt files). Why does this happen, and what can I do to fix it so the "date created" is in the finder window?

Perhaps that information isn't in the file. It may have been lost through various copy events on machines that did not recognize the information or where the information was lost during transfers to and from Windows or Linus servers.

Why is my Messages app showing numbers instead of contacts?

So my iPhone 4S had a dead pixel so I got a replacement from the Apple Store. I set it up, loaded my iCloud backup and imported my contacts. Texts showed up, labeled as numbers and not as the contact that corresponds to that number.
Consequently, when I message someone, like John Smith in Messages, the header will no longer show up as John Smith, but as his number. Any fixes?
Important note: this bug also occurs with iMessage, and it's insistent on adding a 1 to the number. Not sure if this is the case with calls.

I am seeing a similar problem. But only on two contacts, my wife and son, who both have iPhone 4's with iOS 5. I have added the phone numbers to contacts multiple times, but the keep reverting back to phone numbers and once from number to the name.

How to control "hide/show" in a table on row level

I was trying to implement controlling/rendering of "hide/show" in a table on row level, but no luck. Is is possible to render the "hide/show" in a table based on the row attribute? If the row attribute is "true", then render the "hide/show" at that row; If the row attribute is "false", then not render the "hide/show" for that row. Is this feasible? Thanks.

I think this should be possible, what u need to do is as follows:
1) Add a decode statement to your VO query to get 0/1 based on your condition like
decode('',true,0,1) render_flag
2) In VO attrinute mappings caste this attribute as boolean instead of number.
3) Attach this attribute to render flag of hide/show via SPEL.

IChat shows numbers instead of names for facebook contacts, how to fix?

I just started using iChat for Facebook Chat, but it shows numbers instead of names for most of my contacts.
Is there any workaround for this?
Adium shows names just fine, but I want to use iChat instead.

Hi,
With AIM names there is an Option on the AIM pages to change your Display name. (in your Account Settings)
If you have an AIM Buddy list and stick in my Screen Name (ralphjohnsr) you will notice it displays as Ralph johns R with the Upper case letters and spaces.
I am wondering if FaceBook have done something similar but not everyone has changed (or more likley Facebook are using the "wrong" list or haven't told anyone).
The strange thing is only the two of you have mentioned it so far so there is probably some other explanation.
On the Address Book Front I have added (level 4) to some Buddies that I happen to know via these Apple Forums (under the previous software there were only 5 Levels of posters) when we used to chat using iChat on a more regular basis.
iChat does allow you to Create Nicknames in the Info Card but this Adds them to the Address Book.
(it also has difficulty with lots of Nicknames that are the same such as Dave for David)
It would interesting to know if Adium "Sees" the numbers instead of names. (Or ProteusX if anyone has it)

Look under system preferences on the mac at what is be controlled? Look at Mail, Contacts, Calendars. How many accounts are managing contacts? Just the cloud? the cloud and gmail? or cloud, gmail, yahoo, and exchange? If you have more than one contact account, then you will have different contact lists, if John Smith shows up in more than one of your contact lists, you will have multiple entries.
Pick a contact list that is your master, (I use iCloud), only turn on contact syncing for it. The same for your phone. Spend some time on the iCloud webset (www.icloud.com) and work on your contact list there. Clean it up, remove duplicates, etc...Changes will auto sync back to all your devices. Life gets much simplier.
Just remember, if you sync different contacts lists and a large number of people appear in your different lists, then they will appear as duplicates.

Probably because all of the Music wasn't selected to sync from iTunes. When the iPad is connect to iTunes on your computer, you can select Sync Entire Library in the Music Tab of iTunes if you want all of your music on the iPad.

Making member in BM showing all possible members from all levels

When i import essbase model with drag and drop option i get one additional member called, for example, Times - Default. It shows all available members from all levels of its dimension.
How can i create similar member in relational model?

I doubt that is possible with relational data because, unlike essbase structure, relational data do not allow you to store alias at design time.
If you spell the business requirement here, we may be able to tell you any alternative.

Bank statement iteams r showing as error iteams in GLaccounting level.

Hi viewers
when i uploaded the Bank statement iteams through BDC it is uploading successfully. But in Update Account statement/check deposit Transaction - while we r viewing No.of postings, Errors, Totals........All iteams r showing as error iteams in Bank Accounting level & no error items in subledger accounting level.
Even if i view the values in FEBA - it is showing all iteams r incompletely posted iteams in GLaccounting level. AND in subledger accounting showing as completely posted iteams.
But in my statement i have given all as correct iteams why it was happning ?? i want to viwe all iteams r completely posted in GLaccounting level(FEBA) ...... pls guide me.

First check whether bank statement has any items relevant to GL. This status is sometimes expected if Bank statement has no items relevant to GL, but if User tries to post this to GL.
On other hand If Item is relevant to GL, then you can process the item in foreground and find the error.
