Why every time i shunt down or wake up my mac, the Wi-Fi connection will lose and can't connect automatically back to the Wi-Fi, But I can still connect to Wi-Fi manually. PS. My home router is 108.2 N and my mac is using 108.2 AC.

I got a question that quite annoying, For every times I start or wake up my comouter, the wi-fi will lose the conntetion automatically.
My mac is using Wi-Fi AC but my router is using Wi-Fi N, will that cause a problem ? My other mac that is using wi-Fi N is work perfect with the Internet .

The iphone and ipad must be connected to the same icloud account. Are you by chance using different IDs to connect from each device?

Why every time i turn my imac on , it asks me to which wireless connection i want to join.
Every time i start my imac, ask me which wireless connection i want to join, and i have only one on preffered. I deleted all others trying to avoid this.
What else i need to do??have you checked the Network Preference Pane in System Preferences? If you click on Wi-Fi, is the "ask to join new networks" option checked? That is default behavior: unless you do not check that, all Macs will try to find any/all networks available. Youc an turn that off.

Verizon app Verizon_MCCITrayApp_Window hangs every time I shut down Windows
Ever since I installed updated Verizon software on my PC an "Verizon_MCCITrayApp_Window program has stopped working" message displays every time I shut down. I uninstalled all Verizon programs but the Home Agent, which I'm hesitant to uninstall in case I need it for troubleshooting. At the same time I started receiving this shutdown error, I can no longer click on a link in my Thunderbird mail (verizon.net account) and open Firefox. Clicking a link in Thunderbird hangs the program and my whole system stops.
Both my Thunderbird and Firefox are at the latest version and I want to avoid re-installing either for fear of losing all my email or all my bookmarks.
Has anyone else had a problem with the last update of Verizon software?
If so, what remedied it?
Thank you.It is a great troubleshooting tool. Please uninstall it off of your computer to see if thats the problem. After doing that, reinstall the program back on to see if you have the same problems.

There are two ways to resolve this for you. For the first is go and do a Reset All Settings by going to Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings. It will not delete anything on your iPhone, but it will put all settings back to default. If it does not work, the next step would be to restore the iPhone back to factory settings.

I recently went through a nightmare with my computer where there was an "old" operating system put on my computer and I guess File Vault was turned on. Since then I've upgraded and am now running 10.8.3 but got locked out of my old admin account when I tried to restore my computer from Time Capsule. Attempts to recover anything from my old admin account have been futile
So, I started a new Admin acct and have been trying to reconstruct my life, but every time I shut down and restart my computer, it erases/resets all my prefernces, like all the things in the Dock that I remove all come back and the track pad is always moving in the wrong direction again and has to be reset every time. Is there a way I make my prefernces stick??
BTW if anyone knows how to recover all my lost stuff that would be beyond amazing too

thx for your reply - apparently when I went to the Apple store a long time ago, they restore maybe photos and itunes etc from my external hard drive (passport). I guess at that time they reinstalled an earlier operating system than my macbook came with and that somehow corrupted FileVault. apparently there was no sparse bundle (whatever that is) for my old admin account and they said that ever since the install of the older OS that it was actually NEVER backing up anything in my admin account.
Then, I bought Time Capsule and starting backing up to that instead. I started having problems with it being slow etc and then StartUp Disk full errors and didn't know what to do, so I "Restored" from Time Capsule and that's when I lost everything in my Admin account and was locked out when I tried to log in - it said File Vault error ..."
anyway - that's THAT sad story. I was told to create a new admin account and I've basically been trying to start over - even though I have a partial save of my computer in Crash Plan and I DO see a sparse bundle listed in there, but I just don't know enough about computers to know if it's something I can get back or if I am just totally doomed.
I'm afraid to reinstall anything because if there is even a remote shot that the other files are still floating around in my computer, I feel like that chance will be shot forever. I need to hire McGee from NCIS, I just KNOW he could get those files back for me!!! -
The new firefox twitter app (mini tab on left of page) is great - except it disappears every time I shut down the computer and I have to remove and then reinstall it every day!?? It won't appear on the page until I do. I am working on an iMac - if that is causing the problem ...? Thanks.

I downloaded this free music downloader app in the App Store and I downloaded music but, every time a song ends it doesn't switch to the next song!!Whys that??
Go back to the App Store app and find the app you're having problems with. Then look in the description for the contact info for the developer. You might also find an email link within the settings of the app. Contact the developer to find out if they are working on this issue.

I'm not sure what you mean by the "white blob." Does it look something like this?
If so, that white circle that you see on the right side of the screen is Assistive Touch and can be turned off in the Accessibility settings on the iPhone.
