Why every time i try to get something from itunes store i can't?
every time i try to get something from itunes store it ask for password and after i tipe it it sais its imposibile to connect to itunes store,but when i try it on pc it works.And now i can't get anything on my ipod.what should i do?

If you don't see the 'send reset info' button on the page where you can change them then I assume that you don't have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account. As you won't be able to add one until you can answer 2 of your questions, you will need to contact iTunes Support or Apple to get the questions reset. You could try contacting iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Account Management , and then try Apple ID Account Security

Every time I try to connect to the iTunes Store I get this error message

My internet connection is fine.
Anyone know how to fix this? Every reference I have found is old, nothing recent like Lion or newest ver of iTunes.

Every time I try to go to the iTunes store from my iPod, it says "Cannot connect to iTunes Store". How do I get it to connect and log in to my iTunes account??
Do other apps connect to the internet on the iPod e.g. Safari ? If they do then try logging out of your account on the iPod by tapping on your id in Settings > Store and then log back in and see if it then works.

Internet stops working every time I try to download anything from iTunes.
Every time I try to download a movie from my purchased list on iTunes it freezes shortly after stating then the internet stops working. This only happens on my iMac. I have 10.10 and everything is up to date on my iTunes. The internet is not affected on any other platform. To regain internet I have to disconnect from wifi and reconnect.
On a side note, sometimes when I restart my mac the finder bar disappears and the system freezes. I have to hard reboot and then soft reboot for it to work properly again. Help please!!Emmie_63 wrote:

After i update it, (which is just selecting none) it asks me again. I had just redemed a $15 gift card.
Verify that you do in fact have a gift-card balance in your account.that will cover the purchases. If you have a other payment method that is not valid (can't get money from it), try deleting that method.

ITunes crashes every time I try to connect to the iTunes Store
I have iTunes 11. I already restarted my computer and that didn't work. Any suggestions other than the very tedious uninstall and reinstall the whole thing? I tried running the installer for iTunes and selected "Repair" but that didn't work either.

It took my card when I first got the phone so I'm confused why it's not now
The security code is the three digit number on the back of your card.
If this doesnt work you will not be able to use that card.
Set your payment method to none and then you will be able to use your account again.
Regarding itunes gift cards, if your CC details are missing, incorrect or you can no longer use that card, this will block you from using the account for anything until you clear the credit card issue.

The app store interface is maddening. if i enter my password wrong once i have to reset it?! much fail.
all im trying to do is download a free program, why do i have to enter payment information? i dont mind. but why cant i just skip it. so when i actually want to make a monetary purchase i can enter my information then?!Security. Anything less would be easy for folks to hack your account.

Why can't I update my iPhone 4 to iOS 5.1? Every time I try it gets all the way done downloading it; however when it's processing the file the page tells me "There is a problem downloading the software for the iPhone. Network connection timed out. Make sure your network settings are correct and your network connection is active. or try again later." and next to the file it has err = -3259. I have tried this 17 times and it won't work. My iTunes is completely up to date. I have made sure that my connection is fine and I have tried turning my firewall off with no avail. This has happened to me before but usually the update will go through after 2-3 tries, never to this extent. I don't know what to do. Help!
