Why filters doesn`t show in my application?

I made filters (affect) to the text, and it doesn`t show me why?

If you're using GPU, you would need to draw your movieclips with their filters into a bitmapdata/bitmap, and then show that, because filters don't work on GPU. If you're using CPU, then they should be working.
If these are filters that you've set on the stage, just to look nice, you might think about doing a Convert to Bitmap on the stage. That way they will work better, and look exactly right, even with GPU.

You can probably change the ID in the "iTunes and App stores" settings on the iPad....click on the wrong account ID , select sign out, then log in with your own ID, I have not done this but I think it works.....
but I would be more inclined to to the factory reset and start afresh.

BPM console doesn't shows the deployed application in BPM console

Hi Friends,
i developed a BPM process in Jdeveloper and deployed in the weblogic server. Enterprise manager shows that application but in BPM workspace doesn't shows that application to initiate the process form BPM console. any one can you please let me know why the weblogic server shows this peculiar behavior?

Did you create an initiator task with corresponding Task Flow within the BPM Project?
Only when you add an initiator task it will show up in the BPM Workspace.
An initiator task differs from a regular human workflow task.
Otherwise you can only start the process from Enterprise Manager or Webservice Call. Check out if the process show up in Enterprise Manager.

I have Adobe reader installed, but can't open pdfs in Firefox and it doesn't show in the Applications tab.

When I click on a pdf link, the new tab opens but doesn't show the content of the pdf. There is no error message. When I look under Tools, Options, applications, there is no option for handling pdfs. I have the Adobe reader for Firefox installed.

Why Arabic doesn't show up properly in Safari?

Why Safari doesn't render arabic fonts properly while Firefox and Opera do?
They renders diacritic signs correctly while Safari messes up. In ذَهَبَ، -َ، يَذهَبُ the last Damma in Safari appears at the beginning of the words. The HTML code is the same but Safari makes mistakes, why?
I published a little dictionary (http://homepage.mac.com/pvmantel/arabo/home.html) but it cannot be properly seen in Safari (IE doesn't even show the arabic letters!!).

Tom, I see you are an expert on the topic and I hope you, or anyone knowledgable, can help me out. as per the popular suggestion of getting rid of all things "arial" and "times new roman" to fix the safari mess-up, I actually removed every instance of these fonts (with all their possible variations, bold, italic, etc) from all locations, not just the user/lib/fonts location, but to no avail... while my Safari can properly read "some" arabic websites, it scrambles arabic up on most others, Two popular examples would be aljazeera.net and www.alarabiya.net. any help or suggestion would be greatly appreciated.....

Why Mail doesn't show content of emails?

Since some days Apple Mail doesn't show always the content of an e-mail message. In the window at the right hand of the columns with folders and incoming mail and in the fullscreen mode only the headers (To, From, Subject) are visible, not the content (text, images, attachments). If there is an attachment, I can see that by clicking 'show in Quicklook'.
The problem started a couple of days ago. And sometimes Mail shows the content after receiving an e-mail, immediately after a first view no more.
Rebuilding the mailbox doesn't change this.

Quit Mail. Force quit if necessary.
Back up all data. That means you know you can restore the Mail database, no matter what happens.
Triple-click the text on the line below to select it:
~/Library/Mail/V2/MailData/Envelope Index
Copy the selected text to the Clipboard (command-C). In the Finder, select
Go ▹ Go to Folder
from the menu bar. Paste into the box that opens (command-V), then press return.
A Finder window will open with a file selected. Move the selected file to the Desktop, leaving the window open. Other files in the folder may have names that begin with "Envelope Index". Move those files, if any, to the Trash.
Log out and log back in. Relaunch Mail. It should prompt you to re-import your messages. You may get a warning that the index is corrupt and that Mail has to quit. Click OK.
Test. If Mail now works as expected, you can delete the file you moved to the Desktop. Otherwise, post your results.

I added a mailbox "on my computer" and it doesn't show in the application.

WHY DOESNT Photoshop CC show in my applications folder?

I have PURCHASED the whole CC suite and I have downloaded a few appa such as Bridge, illustrator and Photoshop. Illustrator and Bridge shows up in my applications folder and I can drag the icon onto my dock to launch, but photoshop is NOWHERE TO BE FOUND in my applications folder or anywhere on my laptop. Please help!

Why iTunes doesn't show bitrate of my videos?

I have lots of videos in my iTunes library. Many of them do not transfer to the iPad 2. They all have the same format: m4v.
Dimensions: HD 720p (1280 × 720)
Codecs: H.264, AC3, AAC, Subtitle.
Size: Various (1Gb to 9Gb ...)
All came from MKV videos. All videos were submitted to the same process. (Passthru)
I decided to put all the videos side by side and see what's different.
What's different is:
All the videos have Bit Rate "Unknown" iTunes does not transfer to the iPad.
A curiosity: The iPad can play any video via Home Sharing from my library.
Why "Unknown" appears in the bit rate of the video? Is there way to transfer the same to the iPad without having to be creating a version with iTunes?

After many attempts I've found the answer.
When I mux the video in the application (Subler), I ignored the default H.264 profile level. For iOS devices, the maximum H.264 profile level is 3.1. That's why the iPad does not allow the import.
From 4.1 to 3.1 I did not notice loss of quality.

Icons in JAR are downloaded but doesn't show up in application

I've tried following all the advice in the Deploying icons on the web guide, but there's just something not quite right.
What goes right:
From java console: "Downloading http://oiatst01.tdk.dk:7778/forms90images/kassimages.jar to JAR cache"
And I can see the file in the Oracle Jar Cache. I can also type in the url and get the kassimages.jar file. It's there and it's accessible.
That also means the virtual folder /forms90images/ works properly:

Registry.dat / default.dat has:
default.icons.iconpath=/forms90images/
default.icons.iconextension=gif
In the HTML substitutions are made correctly:

It's as if it's not using the JAR file, and the tricky thing is that if I place the actual "last.gif" file inside the folder e:/kassforms... it shows up! Now, it isn't even supposed to do that as imagebase=codebase. It's not supposed to even LOOK at the files.

If I change the line:
codebase=/forms90/java
to:
codebase=/forms90images/
Then my iAS stops working, and I guess it's because the other jars can't be found now (jinit for example). Maybe it uses the /forms90/java path for both. It kinda seems that I need a separate instruction that tells the imageBase parameter where to look in the file system. I don't know how to do that?!
Maybe it's simply impossible to locate the image jar file anywhere else but in the standard directory where the other jars are located?

Why Preview doesn't show always power terms (m^2 etc) in pdf?

There is clear cap between letters but the number is missing.

Between m an K should be a 2 but it has vanished for some reason. If I look same document with PC the power term is in it's right place.
But sometimes it works. Like in this one:

And if power term is missing from a formula the answer will be wrong.
I can not use this type of unreliable software. How can I fix this?

Indeed, I tried saving a PDF that had the "default appearance", it shows exactly the same. So it looks like it "can't" show the image.
However, of course, I do want the image to be shown. How can I achieve this? How can I tell Adobe Reader (and other PDF viewers) I really really realllyyyyy want to see that image there? I believe I'm not doing anything really exotic, right? There must have been tons of other people that wanted to do the same thing, I guess?

Why Firefox doesn't show the captcha on the site swisscom mobile?

I can see the captcha image from most of the website, but not of swisscom mobile site. On other computer I don't have any trouble with this site. So I think it's a security problem. Ma computer should block something. But it doesn't work neither when I allowed the cookies and the popup. I'm not sure but I think I had ti add an exeption for this site, but I don't know how to see it any more. Do you have any idea how to make the captcha image visible again? Because I can't enter the site anymore. Thank you very much

I'm not seeing the captcha either. I see it in the page code, but the containing DIV has display:none , so it isn't displayed. If there is JavaScript that loads the captcha then it isn't working.
Do you have problems with logging in?

Why JFileChooser doesn´t show when using JWS?

I have this code where a JFileChooser is shown and the user must choose a directory where JasperReport must be exported to Excel.
Everything works fine when running locally (the jar file) but when I put in the server and my client runs it using JWS the JFileChooser dialog doesnt show up.
I am aware that the JNLP must have all-permissions, and it is but still does not show the diago to select the directory. And worse, no exceptions are shown else well.

Why is Encore not showing up in Application Manager to download?

I have access to all the other programs but Encore is not available to download.... what's the dealeo? The App Manager just updated itself so I am running the latest version.
