Why has disc menu appeared at the end of dvd?

Have just finished a project and then decided to create a disc menu to navigate to selected scenes. Burned the disc and found the menu at the end of the disc rather than the beginning. Could anyone inform me how to move it to the begining as I cannot see it anywhere in the timeline.

Sorry for the delay but here's the update.
The menu is now at the beginning of the discs....but.
After the 1st dvd (which was fine except the menu at the end) I altered a couple of scenes in the project and burned a further 2 (for family). I tried various machines and this is the result.
On A toshiba dvd: Menu is at beginning, difference being that when you navigate from the main menu window to the scene selection window the screen format seems to reduce to 4:3 ratio instead of being widescreen. Also when you get to the scene selection window the buttons  for navigation do not operate.
On a Sony bluray: Menu is at beginning, but again when you navigate from the main menu window (16:9) to the scene selection window the screen ratio reduces to 4:3.
But in this case the buttons for the scene selection window do operate.
On a windows pc/and Mac.
Same as the sony bluray.
On the bluray, pc and mac because the scene selection window reduces ratio size it causes the selector tab to not be at the side of the scenes when you want to choose them but to overlap onto the thumbnails.
I did another mini test and the scene selection window remained at the correct widescreen ratio.
The one problem that is consistent throughout is that when trying to navigate the menu the scene selection/menu buttons do not all show up or are offset to the scene you want
