Welcome to the Club! Got the same Problem and had a really hard time reaching the Customer Support because they were down due to maitenance! Just wrote to their experts chat and hope to get an answer in this life!
I tried to authorize my Computer and eBookreader with a new Adobe-ID, but it says I've done used this ID too often, even though it was brandnew! Can't copy my just-purchased eBook because "Copying is not allowed".
I hold my thumbs for you that Adobe solves this Problem fast enough. Other ways I'll sell my eBookreader and buy the Kindle-Reader from Amazon and say GOOD BYE to Adobe!

It depends on the type of email account you are using, not on iCloud. If you are using an IMAP or exchange account, when you delete from one device, it is deleted from all devices. If you are using a POP (POP3) account, it won't. (iCloud email, Gmail and Yahoo are all IMAP accounts.)

Birthday from Adress Book not shown in iCal

Hi, I have checked option "Show Birthday Calendar" in iCal, but birthdays from Adress Book not shown. I found where is problem: Contact's birthdays from local adress book (On My Mac) are shown properly in iCal, but contact's birthdays from my adress book on Exchange 2007 (RU9) are not shown... I think this is a bug to be fixed...

Wish I'd looked here first! Have just spent a couple of hours trying to get birthdays to appear in iCal after completing an upgrade from Exchange 2003 to 2007. Same problem as reported above - they don't appear. I've tried Dates 2 iCal (shareware with good reviews) but it doesn't seem to help.
Copying the Exchange address book to 'on my Mac' doesn't seem to do anything either.
The only workaround I can think of is manually adding recurring events into the Exchange calendar for the relevant birthdays. That's a pain, and kind of flies in the face of the whole "integrates natively with Exchange, something even Microsoft doesn't do" tag. A more accurate tag would seem to be "doesn't work quite as well as iCal under Leopard" (he said, slightly grumpily).
Anyone have any other ideas?

Why has gray palm tree shown up in Events with no photos

I have all currant updates for Mac & Iphoto but since the last update I know have several grau Palm tree folder on the Events screen with no photos. Several have just the date listed below the palm tree and several have actually been named. Have I lost pictures in the events? Where are they and why am I getting these event files with palm tree?

Apply the two fixes below in order as needed:
Fix #1
Launch iPhoto with the Command+Option keys held down and rebuild the library.
Since only one option can be run at a time start with Option #3, followed by #4 and then #1 as needed.
Fix #2
Using iPhoto Library Manager to Rebuild Your iPhoto Library
1 - download iPhoto Library Manager and launch.
2 - click on the Add Library button, navigate to your Home/Pictures folder and select your iPhoto Library folder.
3 - Now that the library is listed in the left hand pane of iPLM, click on your library and go to the File ➙ Rebuild Library menu option.
4 - In the next window name the new library and select the location you want it to be placed.
5 - Click on the Create button.
Note: This creates a new library based on the LIbraryData.xml file in the library and will recover Events, Albums, keywords, titles and comments. However, books, calendars, cards and slideshows will be lost. The original library will be left untouched for further attempts at fixing the problem or in case the rebuilt library is not satisfactory.

Why is the 9860 not shown on UK site? am I buying a dud?

The daughter wants to upgrade from her 9300. Shes decided she wants a tocuh phone back, so looked at options. 9380 (too small screen), 9810 (maybe, but bulky), and the 9860.
However I'm in UK and the 9860 isnt even listed on the smartphone list of phones. Am I buying a dud here? is it not supported anymore? why is it not shown, was it that bad?
I will have to buy this SIM free or PAYG, as shes mid contract.
anyone please? and comments on the actual phone?

Why is some text not shown after merging multiple documents

One of my clients is using Adobe Acrobat XI and they are merging multiple PDF documents (up to 1000 single PDF's!) to create one big PDF document.
But somehow just some parts of the text are not shown after the merging (it is actually still there because you can copy and paste it in to Word and you will see it again)?
Any suggestions?

Since you have identified the problematic pages, have you checked if the issue occurs with the same pdf when merged with a smaller number may be 10 pdfs.
How are these pdfs created? It might be possible that the said document's pdf structure is incorrect.
You may want to sanitize the said pdf's before combining and check.

Why JPanel loaded is not shown up immediately???

Dear Friends:
I have a JPane to dynamically load other different JPanel at run time according to My click on different Tab, but my problem is that when I click the each diff Tab, the JPanel loaded is not shown up immediately,
I must minimize whole application, then restore back to its original size, the loaded JPanel will show up,
I used repaint() at the end of each loading, but did not take effect,
How to solve this problem??

After add or removing components from a panel on a visible GUI you need to revalidate() the panel, so the LayoutManager can be invoked.

Picture Book theme - why has my book printed with text box outlines showing? and how do I change this for any future purchases? This did not occur with previous books.

Why have borders appeared around the text boxes in the Picture Book theme and how do I change them for the future. My latest book looks dreadful!

Have you checked, if your book is really set to the "Photos" Theme? This looks like you may have used one of the "Travel" themes. These themes create borders around the text boxes. When you select a theme, the book title will say "Photos", even if the theme is a different one.
For example, frames text boxes with the "travel" theme.
Have you previewed your book, before printing it? Did the framed boxes already show in the preview?

Why my tracks are not shown in Album view and Artist view, only Album Artworks are shown???

I have not have this problem in the previous version of iTune. As soon as i upgraded it to iTunes 11, it happens.
The problem in here is all my songs, tracks are still here, i can see all of them in "songs view". However, when i change the view to Album View, and click into the Album artwork, there is no track there. When i double click into the Album Artwork, the first song of the album will be played normally.
Same story to the Artist View. Only the Album Artworks are shown and the rest is completely blank.
I have absolutely no idea what is going on here and obviously i am not satisfy with this new version.
Is there any way for me to fix this problem? Please help!
Otherwise i will need to use other software for music playing.

Why Syscenter Reference are not shown in console for MP?

Created an test MP SCOM 2012 Management Template in VSAE 2012, debug and release to Test Server .
Did not see any discoveries created in Console.
Checked and Found MP in console.
Checked Dependencies in MP but found only System Library and Windows Core library.
MISSING REFERENCES
System Center library 7.0..8432.0
System Health library 7.0..8432.0
System Center Visualization library 7.0.9538.0.
Created another Test MP, had the same results.
Shouldn't all the references in MP should show here?
Has any one had these issues?
Am I doing something incorrect??

Any way,I am trying to use Sample Powershell Monitor using Powershell Script.
I am using sql.client connection to get answers from sql server.
There is only 1 row in the results and the results of the query is either 0 or 1.
But when creating a monitor I get an error with two statements

Why has the iPad not got some features that the iPhone has?

The title tells a lot.
Some things I think are missing, as you can get told the weather, but there is no weather icon. Same for stocks, and why can't the iPad have a voice memo or compass app?
It seems surprising that for something bigger than the iPhone hasn't got equal features, but has less?
Anyone know?

They are meant to be two seperate products. The iPad has features that the iPhone does not.

Why is my book not available in Thailand?

Once your book is online and for sale you can edit which territories it is avalible in. I've heard from a fan in Thailand who wants to buy it but gets the message it isn't avalible to him in Thailand's iTunes store. When I check iTunes Connect and try to enable Thailand it isn't there as an option. Is there anything else I can do to get this person my book?
Maybe I'll just dropbox him a free copy.

My book is as much a movie as it is a book. Over 70 minutes of video in it. The file size is 1.2Gb

I thought about posting the video to youtube or vimeo and embedding the videos in the book. But I figured either way the customer is going to spend time waiting. Wait for the book to download, or wait for the videos to buffer on youtube. I decided to include them in the book so people just had to wait once rather than several times to load the different videos in the book. This way they can read it anywhere and not need an internet connection.
It's an experiment I really don't know what is best.

When safari opens a new tab and you tap on the search box, we are used to seeing recent search information.
Since Ios6 this feature seems faulty. The search box will only show recent searches after tapping onto the blank page, which means three taps to see your recent searches.

Tap 3, search box now shows recent data
Very frustrating.

Depending on how you configured OBIA, there can be many reasons why some tables dont get loaded. For example, what subject areas did you configure, which tasks are enabled..etc. What exactly is your problem? Is there a specific table that you need that did not get loaded? If so..you can check in the DAC to see if the tasks that load this table actually ran as part of the execution plan. If they ran and the table is empty..you can dig further into the Informatica logs to see why nothing was loaded. There are a number of possible reasons.
