Why has Lighting Effects stopped working in CS6 32 bit

I have just upgraded my graphics card and Lighting Effects has stopped working in 32 bit CS6. It never worked in 64 bit but it was OK in 32 bit until now. I press the effect and nothing happens. Can anyone help?

If you revert the driver update do you get the Lighting Effects menu back? What is your OS, video card, and driver version? Do you have 13.0 or 13.1?

A bit more information would be helpful. What is happening on your system when you go to lighting effects?
What system are you running on? What video card are you using? Are you using the most recent driver?
Do check our system FAQ as GPU is requried for lignting effects to work properly.

FIX:
1. You need Time Machine
2. Go to folder /Library/CoreMediaIO/Plug-Ins/DAL/
3. Copy AppleCamera.plugin to good place (usb memory stick is the best place).
4. Go to Time machine in date that skype work fine.
5. Change AppleCamera.plugin with file from Time Machine
6. Restart system, Now skype need to work with camera.

Cellular data is a feature from your phone carrier. Have you contacted them to resolve your issue.

Lighting effects stopped working

Whenever I go to use lighting effects (filter> render> lighting effects) in my Photoshop CS6 for Mac, there is no adjustable circle anymore like below:

The settings I am currently using are Sampling: Once; Limits: Discontiguous; Tolerance: 100%; Protect Foreground Color: checked.
I wanted to remove a head and shoulders photo portrait from a background, and to do so, I generally followed the instructions on a YouTube video tutorial by Ali Baba entitled How to Remove Background Around Lots of Hair Photoshop;
which showed to use the eraser tool.
My background was an off white color, with a shadow from the subject on some of it.      I made a layer on top of the photo and filled it with red (instead of the dark blue in the video, so it would contrast more with the black hair of my subject); then I copied the photo into a layer and put it on top of the red (unlike the video where he erased off the original.) Then I erased away the background.    Then I took the steps shown to work around the hair.       At that time, the background was still not closely erased around the ears and shoulders and I put the job away for a while.
When I came back, I used the Quick Selection to select the area from the entire right side that wasn't erased yet.   But I didn't know how to erase the selection, so I went back to the Background eraser and erased the rest of the right side away. Then I deleted the selection.
For some reason, however, I am not able to erase any more on the left side, and I am stymied as to why not.

I think I found a solution.   I just did on the left side what I had done on the right.   I made a Quick Selection, and then for some reason, I was able to erase in that area.   Then I removed the quick selection.
I don't how or why it worked, but I think it did.

Why has my sound stopped working on firefox/internet explorer? Was fine yesterday

This was a fully refurbished laptop that I have only had for 5 days. All my drivers are up to date the sound just suddenly stopped working cant hear anything on youtube videos or when MSN messenger chats go off. Forums and troubleshooting have left me unanswered so far. Need help as im making songs and I cant work without sound!

Why has Media Encoder stopped working?

Hi,
I've been using media encoder to output files. It was working fine but it's suddenly stopped. All I get are 24 kb files. Has anyone had any experience with this issue? Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Thank You !

Why has bbc iplayer stopped working on OS 10.5.8

My mac mini has stopped downloads of the latest iplayer and firefox versions sayng that it it not compatible with the software. The os check says that there is no softwaqre update available. Ideas please.

This is so annoying!
I'm running an intel iMac with OS X v10.5.8.
I don't really want to upgrade the OS to a later version because I've got all my software set up the way I need it.
I don't want to risk messing it all up and having to reinstall it all or something.
Is there no way of converting the app to run on older OS versions? That would be handy.

Why has my Pandora stopped working and is asking for Adobe Flash V 10 or better

When trying to access my Pandora Music account, it will not load, asks for Adobe Flash v10 or better. It has been working in the past but suddenly puked. I have been trying to download the latest flash player and it seems to download ok but times out on the upload, gets to 25-30% and loses connection. And I hate to say this but I have Hughes Net satellite. But like I said it worked before. As usual Hughes says that there is not a problem with their equipment. Speed tests have been all over the place, in other words not very consistent . I just had the Hughes Tech here at the house and he pretty much did everything that I have done with their customer service. And like I said everything has slowed down drastically.

The Flash Player version you need is currently 16.0.0.305 and is only 15 MB which should take very little time to download. Moreover, there is nothing to upload, so it's not clear where you're getting the installer from. You should get it only from Adobe, such as this link. Download the installer file and run it.

Why has iTunes Radio stopped working?

So this fun little bit of trivia has not been answered in these forums or on the interwebs. As of 3 weeks ago, when I go to play any station on iTunes Radio, my own or the defaults, the song info will populate but it just sits there as if it's bufferring. It never plays. I've done the basic shut down/restart, rest PRam, trashed iTunes prefs, nothing works. Is anybody else having this issue? Any suggestions?

i was uploading music onto itunes match this morning and everything was fine after i had finished i looked on my phone and iphone match had vanished now all i get it the cloud sign then no music
i have rest my phone and restored it and still nothing i cannot find anythiing on the threads that work please help.

I just had a 1 hour talk with applecare about this. I was esclated through several levels.
They are not reporting an issue with the iTunes Match service but I can nolonger add a device to iTunes match and they have no idea why.
I still have an open ticket. But no known resolution... So I am betting it is a server side issue that Apple is not reporting.

Why has Elements 11 stopped working with OS 10.10.2

I have recently changed from PC to mac. I have downloaded my copy of Elements 11 to the Mac successfully and was working for a while. Now the Editor won’t open. If I open it from the Icon, it just sits on the initialisation screen and I have to perform a forced exit. If I open it from finder, it goes to the Welcome screen and then when I select Editor, it stays again on the initialisation screen again. I have no problem with opening Elements Organiser, but still can’t go on to editor from there. I have uninstalled/reinstalled it several times with no success.
I installed a copy of Elements 9. This works fine on photos from folders, but when I use it as an external editor from iphoto, it will only open jpegs, not RAW photos.
I was thinking of moving to Elements 13, but am reluctant until this problem is sorted.

What happens if you try to open the editor directly from applications? It's this file, not the one at the top level of the PSE 11 folder:
