Thank you for the additional information,
When you distribute your form, did you select "Copy Link" and then pasted in the email or did you select "Email Link" and your email client automatically launched with the form url in the body of the email?
You may want to check (if you are using MS Outlook/Exchange) the email format you have selected: HTML, Plain Text, Rich Text. Please check with your IT about this setting.
Also, if you were to copy another link, for example, http://www.adobe.com in your email, would it still highlight as a link or plain text?

The matter isn't closed for others coming to this thread looking for an answer. Repairing permisions is much easier than a reinstall. It worked for me.

Why has my iTunes gift card suddenly stopped working?

I received a £25 iTunes gift card for my birthday in November and I reddemed it on my iPod touch. I had purchased a film for £6 shortly after Christmas using it and then I decided to wait for the new Disney film Frozen to come out so that I could use the remaining money on it to buy it. However, when it came out at the end of March, I tried buying it but then I saw that the gift card had been taken off my account. Usually it showed that I still had it in the iTunes store at the 'Redeem' section but it didn't have any signs of ever being there. I tried re-redeeming it but it just said that that gift card had already been redeemed.
The only purchase since I reddemed at first was that film I mentioned earlier. I understand that gift cards only expire 2 years after they have been activated so I have no idea what has happened. It's a great pity to lose all the money that was still on it and I really wanted to get that film!
Could someone please help me understand what is going on and if I can still get it to work again???!!!!!

Thanks for the question. Based on what you stated, it seems like the iMac is not recognizing an ethernet connection. What is it connecting to? I would recommend that you read these articles, they may be helpful in troubleshooting your issue.

Why has my uk iphone 4s suddenly stopped working in USA?

Phone: iPhone 4 S
Contract: monthly "all you can eat" contract with Three 3 UK
Problem: I can receive texts in USA but not send texts anymore! And people can no longer phone me from the UK in the USA.
Does three think my phone has been stolen or what? I have not told them I would be going overseas over the weekend.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Contact 3 asap you may have been frozen because of inadvertant excessive
data use or more.
All you can eat does NOT apply overseas
AND if you did not enable roaming they will certainly believe your iPhone has been stolen
and taken out of the country

Question 2, yes I think so (joking) Go to mail preferences and make sure that your outgoing mail server (SMTP) is set to the correct address (server), not none.

Close the Creative Cloud application if it's running.
Navigate to the OOBE folder.
Windows: [System drive]:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE
Mac OS: /User/<username>/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE folder
Rename the opm.db file to opm_old.db
Launch Creative Cloud

Why has my iPad and iPhone suddenly stopped communicating together

up until last night my iPhone and iPad would bother send and recieve iMessages, FaceTime calls and Skype calls. Now my iPad is not receiving iMessages sent to my mobile number and when it sends or communicates it does it through my email address. also last night my iPhone stopped sending iMessages and started sending them as texts. Why has this happened? I didn't change or modify any settings, I did the most recent updates a while ago when they came out, they are both signed into the same iCloud account and to the same wifi. Handoff is turned on on both, please help???

Have you tried going into Settings then into messenger and see if your Apple ID has a tick next to it

My copy of Photoshop CS3 has stopped working. I love it. I am very familiar with it. I paid hundreds of dollars for it. When I click on it (W/my MAC) I get a message that reads: "You cannot use this product at this time. You must repair the product by contacting Adobe Customer Support."
So how do I repair it so it works again? I've called the "Chat" forum three times and they do nothing. Please help...I use this Photoshop CS3 for work.
I have the serial number, but not the original disc which was damaged.

I am trying to run it under Mac OS 10.9.5

The simplest way to clear it up is usually a re-install. Here is a link to the installers: Download CS3 products. Have your serial number ready.

"Microsoft Visual Studio 2013 Professional Stopped Working" When I'm Trying To Install

So for a college class we were given a link to a visual studio exe file. Visual Studio 2013 Professional Update 2.
When I try to run the exe file it just gives a black rectangle for a few seconds with the visual studio logo on it then stops and gives the message I showed in the thread title. and it also says "A problem caused the program to stop working correctly.
Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.
I have the 4.5.2 update.
Can't figure out why I can't install it.

Why did my 4th generation iPod touch stop working with my docking station?

I have an Altec docking station and my iPod suddenly stopped working on it. The station comes on and makes a beeping noise like it is connected when I insert the iPod. However, the music will only come out of the iPod. The docking station will charge the battery on the iPod, so I assume it isn't broken.

- While charging try resetting the iPod:
Reset iPod touch: Press and hold the On/Off Sleep/Wake button and the Home
button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Next try restoring the iPod via iTunes. First from backup and if still problem restore to factory defaults/new iPod.
- However, I really think that the iPod has a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order. If defective Apple should give you a refurbished iPod.

This is normally caused by the Ask toolbar, uninstall the Ask toolbar and it should work again. There is a compatibility issue with the Ask toolbar and Firefox that prevents new tabs from being opened.
There are a couple of places to check for the Ask toolbar:
* Check the Windows Control panel for the Ask Toolbar - http://about.ask.com/apn/toolbar/docs/default/faq/en/ff/index.html#na4
* Also check your list of extensions, you may be able to uninstall it from there - https://support.mozilla.com/kb/Uninstalling+add-ons
