Hi everyone! I tried to install the new iOs 7 on my iphone 4, but it wasn't completed (showing error 4005). Now, my iphone is stuck on the itunes' logo with the usb cord, and I can't use my phone. And itunes doesn't detect my iphone when I connect it on my computer, so I can't put it in recovery mode or someting like that... What can I do?? Update: my PC USB hub was connected to a USB 3 port, I connected the 30 pin cable directly to my PC, And the restore worked just fine. Restored phone from iCloud backup and seems to be working fine. -

Why has my licence key for cs6 suddenly stopped working
I have a valid licence key for CS6 which has been working successfully but suddenly stopped working. I have uninstalled (couldn't deactivate) and reinstalled. Still message says serial number is invalid.

when i connect my phone to the computer it used to auto retrieve my photos and videos, but some how it has changes, is there some setting that i change or somethig to auto upload my photos and videos from my phone to my computer?
There is Settings > General > Restrictions > Require Password which you can set to '15 minutes' - the only other option for the setting is 'Immediately', you won't be able to have it as 2 or 3 minutes.

Why does my firefox all of a sudden stop downloading data? websites dont load on it anymore...
im in aus, my net admittedly peaks and slows down alot, and at its best its still way behind 99% of the people on this forum. The times it refuses to load new pages and sits on 'connecting' is very frustrating and it cant be on my end because if i enter the same url's in IE it loads straight away. If i check my net conection status while this problem is occuring, i notice im only uploading/dling a tiny trickle of info at a slow rate, yet this instantly goes away when i start using IE.
I've only started having problems with it a few days ago, do i need to reinstall firefox or something? i much prefer firefox over chrome or IE dont make me go back to them! ><The default of the pref network.http.max-connections has been increased from 30 to 256 in Firefox 6+ versions.
Try to decrease the value of the pref <b>network.http.max-connections</b> from 256 to 30 as used in Firefox 3 versions.

Why has my Kodak all in one printer stopped working properly since downloading Yosemite?
Printer feeds paper and ink carriage passes twice and then stops. Eventually the paper is spat out with no ink on it. Bizarrely the printer works fine if you request a test print or printer head alignment test. Is this a software issue?
Yup this truly *****!!! My Kodak all in one printer also won't work either since I updated my Mac Just have to say Apple that it is really disappointing when you are running a small business and you have to spend extra expenses that shouldn't be necessary in buying a whole new printer. I checked your printer updates and sure enough there was every update for every other printer except Kodak. Ah well.. while am going to spend money on a new printer I might as well spend money on a new computer too.

Why did my ipad all of a sudden stop making any sound at all?
While i was playing the sound just stopped and now it wont let me play any songs with my music app it just automatically pauses after i press play. There is not any sound with any of my games. What do i do?!?! Please Help!!!

Hold the Sleep and Home button down for about 10 second until you see the Apple logo. -

It sounds like the phone is in recovery mode, and is not recognized in iTunes when you have it plugged in.

My iTunes account is not recognising that I have plugged in my iPad to the computer. Other devices, such as my iPhone, are being recognised, but not the iPad. I have tried the Apple troubleshooter for this problem but it didn't help. ie I've restarted itunes, restarted iPad, reinstalled iTunes, etc. Any ideas?

Can any help. I want to transfer photos on my Iphone 4s to my PC, my computer will not recognise the phone when I connect via the USB port to the PC. Any Ideas would be appreciated.
Do you get any response from the computer when you plug the phone in? I'm guessing that you are going into Computer to see if you find the phone? If you go into Device Manager, do you see any errors in the USB area?

I usually have iCloud backup but I got a notification that my phone has not backed up for the last two weeks, and It wont let me do it manually.There is also still enough storage space. Why did it all of a sudden stop backing up?
The HT1766 article you attached lists the prerequisites for an iCloud backup:
iCloud automatically backs up the most important data on your device using iOS 5 or later. After you have enabled Backup on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch in Settings > iCloud > Backup & Storage, it will run on a daily basis as long as your device is:
Connected to the Internet over Wi-Fi
Connected to a power source
Screen locked
You can also back up manually whenever your device is connected to the Internet over Wi-Fi by choosing Back Up Now from Settings > iCloud > Storage & Backup. -

USB 3.0 drives work on USB 2.0 but you do get 2.0 speed. They are cheaper because they are popular PC drives. If you get a new computer you'll get the bump to 3.0 speed.

Format new drives with Apple's Disk Utility rather than the software that come with the drive.
My plan was to rid a lot of the stuff I have on my computer (to a hard drive) anyhow once it had backed up.
I wound't necessarily backup those files to Time Machine. I would copy to the external drive then delete from computer. Only backup to Time Machine the data you would want to restore to your Mac if there was a problem. The backup will go much faster this way. Time Machine backup is slower than just copying data in my experience.
