Why has my payment gone through but it still says trial expired on my creative cloud?

did you try to sign out and after that went back to your CC, by inserting your Adobe ID?

I have paid for Creative Cloud - illustrator CC 1 year monthly plan, but it still show "Trial Expired". I have tried to sign in and sign out creative cloud many times, but still can't work. Please help!

I checked your account and found that the minutes have now been replenished.
For future reference, although the recurring payment is taken three days in advance to avoid possible delays, your subscription minutes are reset based on the initial purchase date and time.
For example, if you purchase a Germany 400 minutes subscription on the 15th at 15.00 GMT, then your recurring payment will be taken on the 12th and the minutes reset on the 15th of the following month at 15.00 GMT.
You can check when your minutes will be reset from your order details:
1. Go to https://secure.skype.com/account/purchase/history/orders
2. Find the first order for your subscription (not the recurring payment)
3. Click the order ID. The transaction date shows when your subscription was purchased.

I have paid for adobe cloud but now it says 'Trial expired'
I have a monthly subscription to Adobe cloud apps.
I thought I could use it at home and at work.
On my home computer it says trial expired with no options other than to enter a serial number.
What can I do? I pretty sure I'm allowed to use at home machine too.Have you activated on more than two machines or more than two times?

If you have any trouble to launch your Adobe product and has been revert to trial and/or prompt for a serial number, please try the steps below:
1. Sign Out and Sign In back following the steps:
Sign out, Sign in | Creative Cloud Desktop app
2. Delete the OPM.db file:
Close the Creative Cloud application.
Navigate to the OOBE folder.
Windows: [System drive]:\Users\[user name]\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE
Mac OS: /Users/[user name]/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE
Delete the opm.db file.
Launch Creative Cloud.
Show hidden files, folders, filename extensions | Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7
Access hidden user library files | Mac OS 10.7 Lion
3. Reset your Hosts File: (follow the steps 3 from the link below)
Sign in, activation, or connection errors | CS5.5 and later

In order to send and receive SMS or MMS messages, you will need to have an active cellular data or Wi-Fi connection.
You will need these to send and receive iMessages:
An iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
iOS 5.0 or later
A cellular data connection or a Wi-Fi connection
A phone number or Apple ID registered with iMessage in Settings > Messages

Perhaps from a trial about a year ago. I do have 5.7 license. How do I get Mobile working for trial?

What's up with that?
You should be able to simply open the trial and add in the SN for the new purchase. If that does not work, go to the control panel>Program & ... to uninstall the trial and then run http://labs.adobe.com/downloads/acrobatcleaner.html as well as removing any parts left of the Acrobat folder. Then reboot and install.

I would contact iTunes Support via expresslane.apple.com to see what it means by your account being "deactivated." They might be able to activate it again and allow you to purchase that album.

You can sign out from the creative cloud desktop app and quit Creative cloud Desktop App.
Then please navigate to C:\Users\username\AppData\Local and locate OOBE folder and delete it. (Windows 7 or Windows 8 or Windows 8.1 computer)
Navigate to MacHD/User/username/Library/Application Support/Adobe/ Locate OOBE folder and delete it. (Mac OS)
Then launch Creative cloud Desktop app and sign in, once you logged in, please try launching Photohop and check if you are getting same error or able to launch and use Photoshop.
Please respond on this thread if any issue.
