Why has playlist for videos been removed? As I have nearly as much movies as music that need to be grouped, why can I not group them anymore instead of going thru 500 icons to find what I want to see. This has to be fixed!
Dont even try player xtreme. Didn't work. Or video clip that was recommended for a dollar. Didnt work either to get around this problem!

What are these hidden drives in my root directory? Why can I not access them?
Noticed two drives (?) in my root directory a week or so back that were never there before, one called net and one called home. Also have been getting anomalous folders appearing on the left of explorer as 'shared' folders/devices. Odd thing is I have no access to them (read only attribute, but even less than read only as I can't actually read any data on them) and they say they are zero bytes and created in 2001?! Would there be a way to use terminal to gain access or to dig a little deeper into what they are?Another odd thing is the network icon in my root directory (which is set to neighborhood) when I click 'get info' the lock button is greyed out, and the more info just hangs on the 'fetching' spinning wheel.
Secondly I have a 'shared' device/server/folder(?) called Bthub4 on the left in explorer, right clicking 'get info' for that gives similar results with no access, or info. See pic below.

Trying to view the Bthub4 shared device/server/folder gives a prompt to enter a name and password "for the server 'bthub4'" No password (operating system, or wifi related) works, and the guest account fails to give me access to the server. Pic of prompt: http://i62.tinypic.com/ae5jjk.png

why can I not open pictures when I click on the host icon on my desktop? It just sits there, and can not open from top menu bar as well, only via itunes

Why can I not copy paste anymore in Dreamweaver CC?
Help! Why can I not copy paste anymore in Dreamweaver CC? It was working fine a week ago, did not install or delete anything in this time, the options from the pull down menu are ghosted, ctrl+c ctrl+v doesnt work. I could use paste special from the pull down menu and did. Paste special worked once, now is ghosted too.
Try renaming the Configuration folder to Configuration-backup.

I can see my old backups in icloud why can I not restore them to my phone they do not appear as an option when I click on restore

Backup caused contacts to disappear. Why can I not get them back?
I was asked for my apple password to complete a backup. After I entered the password my contacts disappearred and I am unable to get them back on my iPhone from either the Verizon website or from the Apple iCloud site. How can I get them back without having to reenter them from scratch.
If you generate a new sync key then all data stored on the Sync server is reset, so you can't retrieve it anymore.
The sync key is used locally to encrypt your data before sending it to the sync server, so you should always backup this key to a safe location.

Why can I not make purchases anymore?!?!
For days now I've been getting a message dialog whenever I try to make purchases. It says:
"The Itunes Store is unable to process purchases at this time." and,
"Credit card processing is temporarily unavailable. You may continue to browse the store. Please try to make your purchase later."
It matters not whether I use paypal or any credit card. And I am definitely connected to the internet.
Why is this happening? Does Apple not want my hard-earned money anymore for their DRM-laden media?
Also, I have iTunes on 2 computers. One is version 6 and the other is version 7. Neither work.
HELP!Yes it's been a week and still this does not work.
The method of payment I choose does not matter. All fail.
I just have this fear that Apple is going to respond with a bland, "Everything's fine. Call your ISP."

I have an iphone that I use to take pics and just wondered why don't Iuse bluetooth instead of plugging it in each time...only to find apple won't let us do this. Is this still true? Seems like madness and a good reason to change...

Why can I not install Firefox anymore using -ms?
I use to be able to install the downloaded versions of Mozilla Firefox using a simple switch on the command line. The switch was -ms. It worked great through, I think, version 24.0. No versions after that have worked. Is there a reason? It there an "easy" workaround? I've seen stuff that tells you create a config file and add it to the install. Surely there is an easier way? Anybody know something that will work? Appreciate any help with this.

No, iCloud does not provide such a service. Look inti Dropbox or Sugarsync for iDisk-like features. Basic accounts are free.

Just because I have an imac pre 2007 why can I not order photo albums???!!
I spent hours building a photo album for my parents only to find out that because my mac is earlier than 2007, even though I have 10.6.8, I can no longer order?! What is with that? This makes no sense. I can go online to various "photo shop" place and regardless of the OS and computer I am working from I can order a photo album so why can I no longer do this through iPhoto on my MAC?
How do I order my album now? If somebody could please explain as I am going home in 1 month and really wanted to surprise my aging parents with this book.I found this:

I have upgrade ios 6 to ios7 on my iphone 5. I do NOT like it at all. I want to come back to the previous version. why is it so complicated? Why can I not find the instruction strait from apple? This is the worst possible upgrade ever. It make me think of when ericsson got sold to Sony....drastic PC change.
I would like to have simple instruction on how to downgrade.

i use to be able to scale down objects highlted in box by clicking any corner holding down mouse and scaling down, that option is gone, is it an error on my settings or has that option been removed I now have to go to menu option click edit, then scale, and then manually have to scale down a percentage.
