I have extensively searched for and tried practically every money management app out there to replace it. I had major problems with PocketMoney & iOS 8, but subsequent updates to 8 have corrected that. I only experience a crash when switching accounts, which I have come to expect. I even bought a high-end version of Quicken only to abandon it, and its companion iOS app. Quicken does things its own way and you waste too much time trying to get data imported and usable the way you want it.
I still use PocketMoney every day, but also use MoneyWiz by Silerwiz. I was a beta tester for their upcoming V2. There are still a lot of things that only PocketMoney has, like classes and posting future transactions in gray so you will see your cash flow (mine is set for 61 days out), and syncing between devices with images included. However, the company behind MoneyWiz takes their product very seriously and I think it will be around for a long time. Eventually an iOS update will make PocketMoney unusable. If you can get your data out of PocketMoney, MoneyWiz has instructions for importing the data and it comes over very well.
I keep hoping a software company will see the value of PocketMoney, buy it and bring it back. My guess is that Catamount is technically owned by his estate, and would be of value to his family to sell.
The best advice is to backup frequently with the iTunes desktop software. I trust a wired connection more than than WiFi.

Make sure you are using the same Apple ID and password you used to originally purchase Final Cut X.
If you are running Lion v10.7 as your profile suggests, installing the OS X Lion Update 10.7.3 (Client Combo) will reinstall the App Store for you which may help.
Restart your Mac after the combo is installed and try to update the software. -

Ask the app developer. Maybe they will tell you why... Apple will not disclose the reason to you unless you are the developer. It's entirely possible that the developer removed it.

I have the vlc player app on my iPad 2 and want to put it on my ipad3. Since it has since been pulled from the store, how do I get it on my new iPad? I is no other app that I have found that can replace it.
I did that before I bought the new iPad and was able to transfer all my other apps, somehow the app never made it to my current iPad. I'll try again and let you guys know once I get home to my laptop.

Unabe to download an already purchased copy of OSX Lion from App Store.

I have a Macbook Pro mid 2010 with osx 10.7.5. I purchased, downloaded and installed Lion on 20 July 2011.
Now I want to download it again to make a usb installer and to do a clean install again to my mac but I'm not able to download it by the App Store.
If I go on the purchased section of my App Store it gives me the option to download but when I push the download button the result is that nothing happnes.

RiccardoIt isn't just the hard drive - there is firmware built in that will prevent you from booting wih Snow Leopard. If you do a search here, you'll find many threads trying to install an earlier OS than what the machine came with all with the same answer (unless the Mac was built right around the time of a new OS being introduced, then it is possible to be booted from both OS's). In this case, you'd be trying to go backwards by 2 versions. Also see here:

And yes, if you use internet recovery and first erase the drive (available in Disk Utility within the recovery partition) and then reinstall the OS, it'll reinstall the OS on a blank drive and you can start over. If the machine is new, then Command + R during restart should automatically boot into internet recovery (connecting you to Apple's servers by showing a spinning globe while connecting); if the machine is a bit older, then Command + Option + R will boot into internet recovery. -
How to download an app which is removed from app store?
3 years ago I downloaded Texas Hold'em app and it's still the greatest app for poker in my opinion, but when I searched it today I couldn't find it. I searched web and learned that it has been removed by Apple. Is there anyway to download it again or what else I can do?
As deggie said, it can't be downloaded. Is it not in your iTunes library on your computer?

If you have anti virus software installed, disabale that and try turning off the Firewall. -
Has the options for custom command buttons and scripts been removed from speedgrade?
I run alot of framecyclerDI machines and am looking to upgrade them but i cant seem to find any method of adding command bars and buttons like you could in the iridas versions of speedgrade i also cant see a way of executing any external scripts which for me is a big issue as i have a hell of alot of pipeline scripts that the artist could execute.... any ideas or have i just missed somthing ?.......(would love it if they added a python sdk)

Its actually more the other way getting speed grade to control outher things.
i.e
take the in and out points and send the track to a dcp creator
rendering and sending anotated frames directly into my databases notes system
taking the shotname and seeing if theres is a new version avaliable and pull it from the server to the local machine drive/cache
Theres a load more..but you get the idea .. using the buttons to execute these commands in the interface made these functions editor friendly...
I can get round some of the issues by reading from the autosave.ircp and setting up a PYQT GUI but that seems like a bit of a hack.
I understand the reasons to keep the UI uniform (editors dont like it when you move buttons) but Im suprised these options got removed as intergrating software into pre-existing pipelines would seem to be a selling point for any software..
Are there any plans in the roadmap for speedgrade that would help me in the future?

- Are they listed in your Puchases history when you log into your account on your computer?
- Are they still available now for purchase? If not then you are out of luck

why when i want to download a free app from app store it asks for my apple id and when i give my apple id it then says "this apple id has not yet been used in the itunes store". i dont even know what that means and it will this happen everytime?
If you are within 14 days of purchase you can still return the iPhone and get the phone that suits your needs, however, I think you will find that no matter which phone you get the content provider will want to know how you are going to pay for future purchases. For Android phones it is Google, and they will certainly want to know.

Why is it that after upgrading to IOS 6, I could not retreive my full list of my purchased applications & ganes list in the app store now !!!!
Whenever I try to tab my purchased in the update feature of app store; not only does the long list of my previous purchases do not showed up like in IOS 5 do but after a while it just prompt out to the main home page. I tried this for both my 3GS and 4GS too and both have the same problem.
