Why have "My Alerts" and "Just Added" not been updated since April 2nd?
What's going on here?
Same here. I hope it's just a temporary issue because I rely on "My Alerts" to "follow" the artists I listen to. Since I listen to a lot of artists, it is the only way I can keep track of releases from them. The only other alternative: check each and every one through search everytime I'm on iTunes!

I am the owner of my iPhone 4 and it had not been updating and allowing me to download apps. So I decided to do factory setting, before doing so I had backed up my phone on my computer then I had erased everything from my iphone. But now I want to start everything from the beginning, and on my setting my Apple ID is present however when I put my password in it doesn't let me log in. The message that I receive says that I would have to remove my Apple ID as it will not let me log in with that I'd even though I am the original owner, I have tried everything on find my iPhone as well, even there my Apple ID not showing on the devise.
If anyone has had a similar experience could you please advise me on what to do,
ThanksYou must have the credentials that were used to turn on Find my iPhone on the device. Without them, you can not get past the activation lock.

My iphone 4 has not been updated since I purchased it a year ago. When I go to settings to click software update as per instructions, the software update is not listed. How & where do I go to update my phone?
ThanksYou'll have to use iTunes on your computer to get your iPhone to the latest version of iOS. From there you'll be able to update directly from the iPhone for future releases.

everything seems fine.
This database gets lots of connection per minute.
whats going on?i fix the problem by doing:
SET LOG_FILE list.log
now i get information in list.log
any idea why it would stop logging info once the log was at 4gig? -
I have just inherited my husbands ipad, all transferred well except my hotmail account will not set up, I have read all forums but none have helped, keep getting "can not verify" when I try set it up. I have removed email and re added, turned on off iPad and iPhone but neither will set up, I have given up and forwarded all new emails from hotmail to icloud until I sort this out. Please help it's doing my brain in!!!! Thanks
You need to turn off find my ipad in settings
Then restore to factory settings ipad will then be
as new then enter you Apple ID and password

Your photo is using legacy processing version (2003 or 2010). Click the lightning bolt up near histogram, or use process drop-down at bottom in dev module (right panel, camera cal section) to use current processing version (2012).

I have Creative Cloud and just downloaded Ae... but it is version CS6... not CC2014.1 . Any idea why the download is for an older version?
If there are problems with updating or with the permissions then easiest is to download the full version and trash the currently installed version to do a clean install of the new version.

I have iphone 5 and the latest iO7.1. Since upgrading to IOS7.1 birthdays added to a contact are not shown in calendar anymore. It use to show automatically before. Can anyone help?
Click on calendars at the bottom of the screen. Make sure that birthdays are checked.
We may think we have 1 calendar, but iPhone puts things in different calendars. Sometimes we can somehow lose one. Well not really lost, but somehow it just gets de-selected. So just make sure that all that you want to see are checked.
One cool thing I like about this is that they have added US Holidays which didn't used to be there like on most paper calendars. Nice to have them available now! -
I have a macbook 4.1 with osx10.6.8 and just added memory (2gig) so I could sync my new IPhone and Ipad. Now I'm told at the apple store that I need to upgrade my operationg system. They said they couldn't help and gave me conflicting advice about what to do. Any ideas? Thanks you!
There are three models of MacBook that comprise the 'macbook 4.1' category, and each of them a little different; however other than 'macbook 4.1' the other thing they have in common is they all are considered Early 2008. Two are white, one black, polycarbonate case, Core2Duo 2.1GHz, 2.4GHz white, 2.4GHz black.
So if you can determine which one, if any of these, is the model build year and spec you have, that would be handy. Did you tell whoever you spoke to the serial number of your computer, so they'd know by looking up the specs to see what the supported maximum RAM upgrade capacity was, and other minimum requirements to make any upgrade to Mac OS X 10.6.8 at all?
If you have the serial number you can do a lookup to 'indentify by serial number' online, and use that information to determine if the computer needs even more RAM to take it past the minimum for Snow Leopard 10.6.8 and then get it ready to upgrade (via paid download from App Store, Snow Leopard gets you that far) and see what the next supported OS X full upgrade would be for the hardware limitations on that old MacBook.
If your MacBook IS a 4.1 build, the highest OS X it could run if it has the 2.4GHz cpu, is Lion 10.7.5. That would be an upgrade from the App store, available to OS X 10.6.8+ computers that access it online. And I kind of doubt how supported a newest iphone etc may be in lion.

The Apple? store or whoever you talked, to may have been as accurate as they could be without further research. Could be you may have a newer or older MacBook, which would change whatever later OS X it could run past 10.6.8. And to go past Snow Leopard, you need to download the last bits for 10.6.x to be able to go and get any later upgrade. The ones that may let a newest iphone or ipad work with it, are past SL10.6.8
Anyway, as you further verify the model build year and configuration specifications, report back.

If the purchases are all from the same account then you can share the content by authorizing each device.
If you have separate accounts then you have to be authorized to use the content purchased from another account.

I have PS 6 and just purchased an iMac and am running OS 10.10.1 (Yosemite). When i try to Save or Save As a file I get the following message: Could not save as "Whatever.psd" because this file is locked, you do not have necessary access permissions, or another program is using the file. Use the Get Info command in the Finder to ensure the file is unlocked and you have permission to access the file. If the problem persists, save the document to a different file or duplicate it in the Finder. Any suggestions? Thanks.

In adobe reader app on iPad, I have a PDF document that added notes and comments to. Once I left the document and returned to it, the notes and comments were gone. Where are they? I clicked "save" and "done" buttons after I entered text.
The application auto-saves your input when you close the document. If you left the document, as you state, the notes/comments should have been saved and should have been visible the next time you opened the document with the Mobile Reader (note that if you are opening the document with another app such as Apple's built in PDF Viewer, things like notes/comments may not be visible). Also note that if you are doing an Open In... from another app (like Dropbox), the version of the document in Dropbox does not update; only the version of the document in the Mobile Reader is updated.

My iPhone 3GS was recently stolen. I can't find the box and it has not been synced to my computer in a long time. I just use it as an iPod now. I have the IMEI but not the serial number. Is there a way that I can get the serial number using the IMEI number. Thanks
