Why havent they updated the software to work with vis

Ive got a xfi fatality and cant install ANY of the great software which makes the card what it is.. I cant believe creative havent be on the front foot with this!
Now my card is pretty much useless, yeah i got the drivers but so what..all those nice tweaks and stuff i cant use!! pi$$ed off

The answer is yes it will work with every driver and audio consoleincluding and after the 2.3.000 release. The upax package is basedaround?a driver dated the 6//07 this driver has its own audio console. This driver?I believe is?without a doubt an unreleased beta. If you use laterdrivers you may find a bug when using the speaker tab in the game modeconsole but apart from than that there is nothing else I can find. The coder has worked on the 6/0/07 driver itself without a doubt to iron outbugs in the game mode probably caused by Vista incompatability, its a neat job. The THX?console has had a rework and actually looks better than the old THXconsole which always looked oddly out of place anyway. I suspect the gamemode bug could be fixed?if the 05/03/07 driver could be?reworked?by the samecoder. There is substantial?directory and file structure differences between the Creativeversion and the upac so it is not just a simple fix the guy has really done a good job. The upac works best with the 6/0/07 driver but if you can handle a small bug in thegame mode console then there is no reason not to use a later driver.

If you used your backup to restore the data after it got returned, set it up as new device and don't use the backup data afterwards. It seems that some data inside the backup are corrupt. Follow this article and set up the account info and other setting manually after that:

Can't get the software to work with Audigy 2

Hi, I have had my Audigy 2 ZS going on a year now and haven't had any problems. I recently made a clean install of Windows XP and upgraded to SP2 and all that. Now, I can get sound out of the card but can't get the software to work at all; cannot get the volume slider bar to appear when I click the icon (it appears in the task bar though and I get a small gray square where the slider should appear), the surround mixer does not show when I double click the volume icon, EAX conxole is a no go, get an empty error box when I try to start the Equaliser.
I have tried everything from simple re-install to clean sweep to praying to the pagan gods. I have alsoo tried updating the drivers of course.
I run XP on an Intel MoBo (on-boeard sound deactivated), 52RAM, ATI 9700 ALL-IN-WONDER.
DOES THE CREATIVE SOFTWARE DEPEND ON ANY WEIRD LITTLE WINDOWS SERVICE OR SETTING THAT I MIGHT HAVE CHANGED DURING SETUP?
This is quite infuriating as any idea I come up with takes up a lot of time in installation, uninstallation and clean up. It worked before, why not now?

Ok I got it to work. This is the reply I got from Creative but I didn't remove the program from the add/remove option on the PC b/c that didn't work at first. I inserted the installation CD and remove it from that wizard. Rebooted and the PC found new hardware. I then installed the driver and software from the CD and now it works.
For Mediasource. It appears something was corrupted in Mediasource or there is a conflict within the system.Please uninstall all software and drivers for the soundcard, from add/remove programs. Once this is done, shut down the system and changePCI slots for the soundcard, then turn the system back on, cancel the found new hardware wizard, disable all background applications (especially virus scanner, firewall, and any other background applications running in the bottom right hand corner of the system), andthen perform a full reinstallation of the drivers and software from the soundcard installation cd.
CAT I hope you fix your sound card. Good luck.

On that last software update we (my family) have noticed on all our iPhone devices there is a huge gitch problem with our devices. My phone is an 4s but the other devices a brand new phones and they started since they updated the software they are having

A concern we've noticing since we have updated the lastest software... Our phone keep glitching and it's moving extremely slower than usual. I have the 4s and my kids have the newer phones 5c and the 5s. Is this a on going problem and if so when is it going to be fixed because this is terrible. Very disappointed customer. I was waiting on the newer iphone for myself but if apple can't get things straighten out with software I will have to consider your competitors. I have majority apple products and so far I am hating the issues I am having. Please fix soon. Thank you.

You speak about glitches in your iPhones but unless you describe those glitches, we are unable to offer any help. You mention you are having issues but we are not psychic and cannot imagine what those issues could be.

What you are looking for is only available for iOS 5 and above. You will need to connect your iPhone to a computer and update through iTunes as always.

Since I've updated the software on my ipad2 my apps won't install, why?

I've recently updated the software of my ipad2 to ois5.1.1 and since I've done it I can't install apps. They appear on my home screen but just say waiting!!!! Why is this???

Check iTunes and see if you have a pending or stalled download in there. If you do, finish that download or delete it if you can. If you can't finish or delete the download on the iPad, do it in iTunes on your computer and then sync the iPad. Then go back to the apps and see if they will download.
If that doesn't work or if that was not the problem, go to Settings>Store >Apple ID, tap your ID and sign out. Then reboot the iPad, Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.
Then go back to Settings>Store>Sign in and sign in again and see if the apps will update.

my ipod touch has been through a lot before this issue and the cameras have always worked. it wasn't until i updated the sotware on the ipod that the camera "shutters" haven't opened. at first i thought nothing of it because before when that would happen it was because there was not enough mempry to take photos or videos. i then proceded to delete some. but the shutters wouldn't open. i don't know what the problem is. i can open the app, and look at my pictures, but i just can't take any. memory is not the issue, so i haven't a clue what's wong. since then i've updated the software again but the camera still refuses to let me use it. i've tried switching between the two cameras and both don't work. can anybody help me? or is this an issue where i'd have to take it into an apple store?

You cannot update iPhone 4 to IOS 8.1.2, the highest you can update is IOS 7.1.2.
Unless you've iPhone 4S (looks similar to iPhone 4)

Photos in the Camera Roll or in the Imported Images album can be deleted within the album. One the album and select the icon with the curved arrow. Then tap on the photo or photos you want to delete to select them. Finally tap delete.
For photos in other albums you delete them by moving them out of the albums they were in on your computer. If you're using a Mac open iTunes on your Mac and move the photos out of the album then go through the sync process with your iPad.
If you're using a pc then move the photos out of the folders they are in and go through the sync process.

Problems with Bluetooth connections are generally traced back to the vehicle. If you search here in the forum you will find a number of posts with issues connecting with Honda vehicles. Try removing the phone from the vehicle's list of Bluetooth devices. Then try removing the vehicle from the iPhone's list of Bluetooth devices. Then place both devices back in discovery/pairing mode and try to connect them. You may need to take the device to the dealer to check for software updates.
Next, I understand it used to connect, however software updates for the iPhone will load the latest Bluetooth stack into the phone and vehicles do not always get updated as often. I have deleted the iCloud account under my name on their iPads and replaced with their ones. Apple support said yesterday I needed to click the small 'I' by each name as it came up in the TO box and remove it. After doing rid for each contact under each letter of the alphabet it should remove them from latest contacts. Having done this, although I could not remove groups I had sent, I am not convinced they will not return once I have written a few texts, any ideas?
