Why Hp does not find any solution for Noisy Fan systems ?

I got DV6t core i5 6gb ram + 1gb Ati Radeon Graphic Card (6490m) + bluetooth + Bluray
I have to return it because of that noisy fan ; i was a new member of Hp family and i never investigate about that product for Laptop. After it got that gorgeous Laptop , i got this fan issue ; and i research that fan is working normal/anormal ; what i find out is Hp has a Noisy Fan Issue on all of the Video clips , Forum Websites even its own website ; I realy didnt know till i got it. If that is a common issue , Why that big brand HP doesnt solve that problem since many years ? I sincerely doesnt want to return this item because of fan ; because there is no comparative product in others company has .... (Bluetooth + Bluray + Finger print + 1gb (Integrated Graphic) and $749 ; i can not find any brand or product which includes that options in this price ..... So UNFORTUNATELY i am returning that Beautiful Laptop Because of ridiculous fan noise ; is that really hard to install a fan which is really silence ??? I have a Toshiba brand laptop , even the fan is working hard there is no bothering noise at all (Even its 4 years old) . Software Update- it does not find an update for iWork '09 and '08

I had a hard drive crash and after a trip to the Genius bar to fix and restore it, I have to reinstall all my software. Among that list of things is iWork '09 and '08. They are listed appropriately within the Applications folder, but no matter how many times I run Software Update- it does not find an update for either suite. I'm running 10.6.8 on a 2.8GHz Core 2 Duo MBP from 2009. Any idea why this is happening? I need my full functionality back as I need to be able to open and create/edit .doc and .docx files.

The latest versions of the iWork '08 apps are x.0.3. The latest of iWork '09 is 9.3 although you don't need higher than 9.0.4 for Snow Leopard. If you're not running the latest versions of the iWork apps installed from a retail box or the downloaded trial & Software Update says your software is up to date, make sure the applications are where the installer initially put them. The updaters are very picky. If the location is not where the updater is programmed to look or if the folder doesn't have the name the updater looks for, it will not work. The applications cannot be renamed or moved. If you installed from the downloaded trial or the retail box, they must be in the iWork '09 folder in Applications. That iWork folder must be named iWork '09. If it doesn't have the '09 Software Update won't find them & the updaters won't work. The same applies for iWork '08.
You can also download the standalone updater for iWork '09, 9.3, from this page.

Recovery Disc Creator does not list any discs for creation

Brand new NB200-10G (this a UK model). When I run TOSHIBA Recovery Disc Creator it does not show any discs for creation and the CREATE option is greyed out so I cannot create the discs. Now... when I first got it I did not have a USB DVD writer with me but I ran RDC out of curiosity to see the devices it might offer. At that time it DID list discs to be created but I cancelled out. I get the impression the program thinks it has created the discs and I believe I read somewhere that it will not create the discs more than once. I think it must have set a switch in the registry or .ini files somewhere to indicate that the discs have been created. If so does anyone know how to "undo" this? Drive D (data) and hidden partition *appear* to be intact.
If this is not possible then I guess I could try the "press key 0 at power up" method to restore to original install setting and this might then enable me to create the discs but I'm concerned that if the restore fails in a destructive way that I might be left without a working PC. TIA Ken

OK all fixed!
Restore using key 0 at power up worked fine and cured the ToRDC problem. It then let me produce 2 copies of the restore DVD. Don't know what caused the problem... issue CLOSED.

Since maybe 2 or 3 months my connection to WLAN-networks is really bad. I have nothing changed, neither the Windows version (Windows 7) nor drivers, but it does not work as good as it was.
Some examples:
I'm sitting 5 metres away from the wlan router. Only a wall is seperating. The notebook does not find any wlan-network. With my HP notebook the connection is good. I'm sitting on the desk where the router stands. The notebook finds the network, but Windows says connection seems to be only average or bad. My HP notebook has the best connection rating.
Anybody here who can help or can say how I contact the support per e-mail without getting only this blank page?

Hey,
After WLAN driver update make also sure that power saving mode is disabled for WLAN card. You can do this in Windows Power Management.

Driver update in such cases its always advisable but in my case it was the power saving of WLAN card. :)

Error while deploying BPM : DC bpm_0/bl/ddic does not contain any archives for deployment

Hi All,
I'm using SAP PO 7.31 single stack. I've created a simple BPM in NWDS. I'm able to successfuly build the BPM which I created but when I "Deploy" it throws the below error.
DC bpm_0/bl/caf/metadata does not contain any archives for deployment
DC bpm_0/bl/ddic does not contain any archives for deployment
DC bpm_0/bl/caf/dictionary does not contain any archives for deployment
Not sure what/where to check and fix the issue. Can you please help me in fixing the issue?

External Library DC does not contain any archives for deployment

Hi Experts,
I am currently trying to deploy an external library dc with the required external jars for an EP application.
However, I am getting the following message when deploying the DC:
DC dc_lib does not contain any archives for deployment
I have already created the public parts and added the necessary jars to the assembly and compilation PPs. I have followed the link below:

i deployed both, ear dc successfully deployed but lib dc has the warning above.
upon checking portal it has exception:

Search Item drop-down does not show any data for Advanced Search.

Hi,
I have a requirement to add a new criteria to the existing Advanced Search region of 'My Employee Information' in Manager Self Service responsibility. I substituted the AdvancedSearchVO to include the new column. Using personalization i did the below steps to show the new column in the page,
1) Created a 'Message Styled Text' item under Table Layout region to display the result. I associated the View Instance (AdvancedSearchVO1) and View Attribute (AttrColumn).
2) In Advanced Search Panel created a new CriteriaRow and set the 'Search Allowed' property to True.
3) In Advanced Search Mappings i tried to create the new mapping but the Search Item drop-down does not show any of the CriteriaRow item. But Results Item shows the 'Message Styled Text' item created in step 1 above.
Any idea what i would be missing becasue of which 'Search Item' property does not show any data?
I am using OAF version 12.1.1.

But when i tried to create a new custom page with advanced table and created a new LOV column via personalization. i was able to create new search mapping.. but this is not happening in the seeded page case :(.

I have set up home sharing on my Apple TV and now I am supposed to turn on home sharing on my ipad. There are no settings in iTunes on my ipad. I have spent hours looking for them, they donotexist. I have all sorts of options to look formusicandmovies and photos butthere is no"advanced" settings, and thereis no "file - settings - advanced". There is also no setting forhomesharing, no icons. I can not find any of these options the help files are talking about. Can some one please tell me how to find the settings in iTunes on my ipad.

It is not in iTunes on your iPad.

Because it is in iTunes on your computer because that is what AppleTV uses to play videos.

Make sure you're using the latest version of iTunes.
Mac: Choose iTunes > Check for Updates.Windows: Choose Help > Check for Updates.
Choose File > Home Sharing > Turn On Home Sharing.
Note: If you're using iTunes 10.7 or earlier, choose Advanced > Turn on Home Sharing.
