Why HTTPS is not enabled in the current design?

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am facing the following problems with the current SDN site.
1.) When i click Login in the home page, HTTPS is not enabled. I dont know why this is happening. In the previous UI version, there were no problems like this.
2.) When i search for some questions in ABAP GENERAL forum, and if i right click on a search result and choose open in new window OR just if i click on a search result, i am getting the link as:
http://forumsaAssignment statement not working properly
Instead of link like http://forumsAssignment statement not working properly
The problem is for any click action, the adds 'A' next to forums in the link.
Please check on how to resolve this kind of errors also.

The name '' does not exist in the current context

I have a recurring problem where all of a sudden I can no longer see the values of my variables when I debug my unit tests. I cannot find a pattern as to when this happens but I experience this across one of every 20 tests that I write. Occasionally this
has also happened during normal debbuging of running code on my machine.
I have included 2 screen shots. The first is when it is working. I have a break point set at the declaration of list of types. At this point all my variables are still reporting their values back to the debugger. Once I step over this to the next line (screen
shot 2) I get the error message 'The name '[variable name]' does not exist in the current context'
This problem is annoying me to no end. If anyone has any insight as to why this might be happening I would be very much appreciative.
My Settings/Configuration
Using Visual Studio 2013 Premium (Version 12.0.31101.00 Update 4)
Projects are all set to Target Framework = .NET 4.5.1
Resharper 9.1 is installed
My active configuration is debug mode, Any CPU
My PC is 64bit and so is the O/S windows 8.1
All of my projects are also compiled and built in debug mode
For all my projects configuration debug has the Optimize Code check box unchecked
I am unit testing code in an outside project referenced by the unit testing project (standard unit test project setup)
I make use of the latest version of NSubstitute in my tests although I do not think that would have any bearing on this issue
I omitted the code following the error because it is not relevant. I had cut it out and replaced it with a Task.Delay(4) which resulted in the same issue.
What I have tried so far
I have tried debugging the unit test from Visual Studio Test Explorer instead of from Resharper with the same result.
If I remove 2 items at the end of the array it starts to work again (so 6 items initialized instead of 8)
I clean solution with rebuild has no effect
Removing properties of the array also seems to work, example remove all initialization of property Value

So you mean that it worked well before, am I right?
If you debug the same app in other VS machine, does it work well? So we could make sure that whether it is related to the VS IDE.
Please disable all add-ins in your VS IDE, and then reset your VS settings, debug it again.

Or you could run your VS in safe mode, debug it again, at least, we could know that whether it is the add-in's issue.

To make sure that it is not the project files' issue, create a new blank solution, copy the project files to the new solution, clean and rebuild the solution, check the result.

How about debugging it with "Step Into" instead of "Step Over"? Or you could add breakpoints between 234 line to 241 line, after the breakpoint is hit, check the watch window again. How about the result?
In addition, do you check other debugger window like local or others?

Error in script task "The name 'file' does not exist in the current context"

I am new to the c# scripting and SSIS come from PHP and Foxpro.

Why does the object named "file" go away after the first refrence to it?? How do I make it avaliable for the whole script??

Selective XML Index feature is not supported for the current database version , SQL Server Extended Events , Optimizing Reading from XML column datatype

As a last resort on optimizing my stored procedure ( Below ) i wanted to create a Selective XML index ( Normal XML indexes doesn't seem to be improving performance as needed ) but i keep getting this error within my stored proc . Selective XML
Index feature is not supported for the current database version.. How ever
EXECUTE sys.sp_db_selective_xml_index; return 1 , stating Selective XML Indexes are enabled on my current database .
Is there ANY alternative way i can optimize below stored proc ?

Got error: Location Code is not enabled in the XML Gateway Server

When I perform Compliance rule screening on GTM - Globel Trade Management,that I defined GTM as an Trading Partner on EBS R12.1.3,
GTM can send response to EBS,but I see the following error message via Transaction Monitor on EBS workflow:
[The Standard:OAG, Transaction Type:ITM , Transaction SubType:EXPORT_COMPLIANCE and Location Code GTM6.2 is not enabled in the XML Gateway Server. Pls check your Setup.]
On EBS,I defined an ITM Partner for GTM,named 'GTM6.2',according to the document created by you: ITM Setup.doc
and I also finished the following steps:
1. ITM Application Users
2.ITM Partner Service Types
3.ITM Parameter Setup
4.Order Type Creation: ITM Only
5.Customer Creation: create a customer named 'GTM6.2', also enter 'GTM6.2' as EDI Location
6.Define Transactions on XML Gateway as following:

Why SLFM is not enabled for Macbook 13" Aluminum late 2008 model?

Hi All,
Does anyone know why SLFM is not enabled for Macbook 13" Aluminum late 2008 model?
I just found this out after I installed bootcamp and Windows 7 on my Macbook 13" with P8600 2.4Ghz CPU 2GB RAM and 250G HDD after more than a year of using it.
After I installed the CPU monitoring widget on Windows 7 and CPUZ, I noticed that the lowest Freq that my Macbook operates even with <5% CPU load is only 1.5Ghz and VID @1.0V.
I installed Coolbook on OSX to confirm what I saw on Windows. I was surprised that SLFM is not visible in Coolbook which is the same result I got from Windows 7 CPU monitoring widget and CPUZ.
I checked with our local Mac support and they got the same results for all of Macbook 13" Aluminums late 2008 model. SLFM is not visible on Coolbook which means, it is not enabled.
I tried to install Coolbook on my wife's Macbook Pro 13" 2010, which has the same spec, P8600 2.4Ghz CPU and 250G HDD. The only difference is the memory which is 4GB RAM. There, SLFM is enabled and works just fine, running at 798Mhz @0.875V.
Can anyone please help confirm if this is really the case for Macbook 13" late 2008 model?
Because I checked the Intel P8600 Datasheet and SLFM should always be enabled. Otherwise, it will affect battery life as well as long term reliability of the CPU.
I would appreciate if the Macbook and Macbook Pro owners in this forum can help confirm using Coolbook the status of SLFM in your own Macbooks. You may use any other tool in checking the SLFM and share it with us if you believe it is more reliable and better than Coolbook. Thanks.

when i start application services (adstrtal.sh) i encounter the following error: Node id does not exist for the current application server id.
i executed the command select server_id from fnd_nodes and had the following output

i cleaned the FND_NODES TABLE as per metalink note 260887.1. i run autoconfig on db/apps tier. Now when i start the application, i encounter the following error:

CDC in not started in the current context

Dear All,
I have performed all steps successfully for change data capture based on Mark Ritman article (http://www.oracle.com/technology/pub/articles/rittman-odi.html) with no errors. For some days everything worked fine but suddenly CDC stopped. The only message I see and I believe that something is going wrong, is when I am pressing ‘Journalizing’ on a certain table. The message is the following:
The table is included in CDC in consistent mode
CDC in not started in the current context.
The result is that no changes (journalized data) are produced!
Please note, that I am using the correct Context in main ODI interface (list box on the top of the screen). Could you please someone help me? It is very important to solve in ASAp since the system should be operate in production in a few days.

IE Error: "The content you are trying to view is not supported in the current Document Mode..."

My Captivate 7 project (HTML5) runs just fine on my computer in IE11. My client tried to run it from IE9 and got the following error:
"The content you are trying to view is not supported in the current Document Mode of Internet Explorer. Change the Document Mode to Internet Explorer 9 Standards and try to view the content again. To change the Document Mode, press F12, Click Document Mode:, and then select Internet Explorer 9 Standards."
My guess is that they're running it over their LAN, and IE is subsequently running in quirks mode.
I've changed the metadata in index_SCORM.html from
<meta http-equiv="x-ua-compatible" content="IE=10">
to
<meta http-equiv="X-UA-Compatible" content="IE=edge,chrome=1">
we'll see if that fixes it....

When you say "develop with IE9 in mind not IE11" do you mean use SWF instead of HTML5? I used the standard question types, and a converted PowerPoint presentation. I didn't add anything out of the ordinary.

i wonder why iDVD is not available in the App-Store.
are the functions from iDVD part of Final Cut Pro - or is there a other official program for creating DVDs out of iMovie films?

Apple has stopped development and support of iDVD and iWeb. They are currently only available via the boxed iLife 11 disk from Amazon.com: iLife 11 or maybe eBay.com.
