why i can't sign in to i cloud using my HP  laptop due to server error?

I kinda have the same problem. My old email was jammed and i can't access it so i can't verify my email for the CC, i created a new account with new email i made my plans and everything seemed that are working fine. But CC keeps showing me the old email and wants me to verify it no matter what. I can't not access sing-in/sing-out options or anything, i reinstalled CC many times and it doesn't work. PLEASE help i can't do anything , i can't install any software i need to work on immediately!!! Any solutions??????

    With as many people that have this same issue, I am very surprised that support is still sleeping at the wheel.  Some of the suggestions border on the absolute absurd (e.g. create new user account, check the system clock, etc.).  I've tried them all, including exclusion from AVAST, resetting router, etc etc etc.  iCloud status shows all green.
    As the owner of a software development company, I find it hard to believe Apple, of all support, has been unable to get this issue resolved once and for all.  It would certainly make sense, as well, to collate this issue into a single thread instead of bouncing users off the moon and back.
    I spent 1/2 day on the phone with Apple support trying to get iTunes to backup and was promised a call back from the next tier of support.  That was 4 months ago and I still haven't been able to backup my iphone 4S.  I've never seen software that is more kludgy and unreliable with every passing upgrade (sorry, but it's the truth)!
    After two years of not being able to back up my phone, I am considering going to a more reliable platform.  After 6 years on the Apple bus, maybe it's time to get off.

    Try to create a new admin account and check if the products are activated or not.

    I've got this as well and it seems to have affected only the Music and Home pages - do a search in the search bar and you will get to the films etc. Looks like somone goofed! If anyone from Apple checks this out, mine is the UK store. Home page and Music pages only affected.

    Actually, that means you've reached the limit of three new iCloud accounts on this device. The only way to fix is to create the new account on a computer or another iOS device, then setup the account on your existing device.

    A software fluke or hiccup perhaps. Try closing the mail app completely, reboot the iPad and see if the message goes away.
    Double tap the home button and you will see apps lined up going left to right across the screen. Swipe to get to the Mail app and then swipe "up" on the app preview thumbnail to close it.
    Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.

    I can't sign into my CC account on my creative cloud desktop app.
    Whenever I type in my account details and hit "submit" I receive the answer: You have been signed out.
    I tried uninstalling the system and everything else, but nothing helps.
    Logging into my CC account in my browser works fine.
    System: Mac OS X Mavericks
    The error has already occured before the system update.

    Are you running any Anti-virus software or do you have your firewall turned on? If so, disable them and try again. If that doesn't work, delete the iCloud account and then sign it back on again.

    I can access the Cloud only if I sign in to my Verizon account.  When I attempt to launch the app from my desktop, I'm told that it can't sign in.  This has been going on for a few days.  I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app twice to no avail.  I had my desktop set to sync from folders on my hard drive, but that also stopped occurring in the past week.  I can go in to my Verizon account and manually move files to the Cloud, but the auto sync function should be doing that for me.

    Ok what do you mean by Verified clock date and time? Define verify. My clock has always been correct to the right minute, which I manually did, my computer doesn't let me sync with a timezone to be 100% exactly correct, so I have now manually synced the time correctly to the second, when I have my computer clock up next to the one I have found on the link you gave me, it looks exactly the same. But the same problem persists when trying to log into the cloud, are you trying to say my computer clock has to be correct to the right millisecond/nanosecond or something?
