Why I am not able to download application for free?
I want to download skypee, games, yahoo messenger in my iPad but I am not able to download it for free, which are free availble. Kindly guide me.
It would help if you would indicate how it's not working. Details are essential. What happens when you try to download a free app?

I am not able to download numbers for free on my ipad air.
Pages and keynote were free. But numbers is showing ₹550. IPhoto and iMovie are also showing ₹270. Garage band is free. I am confused why is this happening?
Please help.Those apps are free to anyone that bought an iDevice since sept 2013. Since they're only free to those folks, people have to sign into the App store using the same apple ID they used to activate their device, then the apps will show up as free.
So make sure you're signed into the app store using the apple ID you used to acitvate your device and see if they are free. -

You can create an Apple ID without a credit card by following this guide exactly: http://support.apple.com/kb/ht2534. Note that you have to start by downloading a free app, then create the ID.

Do you mean the download urls for the Java TV binary and source stuff?

If so, when you try downloading, and you get the "You have no access..." screen, just refresh the browser, and you will get to the page for downloading the source and docs.
By the way, I think Java TV is more or less dead.
I doubt the site has been maintained for some years, and the SUN -> Oracle move did not improve link consistency :)

I see that your Acrobat Standard subscription order is still pending. But you should be able to download your software. What happens when you log in to your account at https://cloud.acrobat.com/acrobat? If you can't get it from that page, you can download it directly from Download Acrobat products | Standard, Pro | XI, X - Adobe.
Once your subscription order processes, you'll be able to log in and use Acrobat.

Why is my iPad not able to download mail when the iPhone next to it can and the iPad may be able to do it 24 hours later with no change in settings? This happens with multiple email accounts at the same time in several locations on many occasions. The setting is to check emails every 15 minutes. It says it is checking but nothing comes up while it does on my Mac or iPhone
I have exactly the same problem here.
Can see new email appearing straight away on the iPhone and Windows pc, but very erratic on the iPad. Sometimes the emails appear immediately on the iPad, other times they don't appear for hours.
One thing I have noticed if I go and change the "delete messages - remove" setting to something other than what it was set (for instance from "never" to "one month") it seems to jiggle something and the outstanding emails all suddenly appear. -
Not able to download applications
I have connected via USB and connected to Nokia Suite 3.4.49. I have latest version of Belle installed i.e.: 112.010.1404. I have logged in to my account and I am trying to download an application. I am getting an error that there was a problem in downloading and installing. Make sure your device and computer are properly connected. However, my PC suite is showing that my phone is connected.

Welcome to Nokia discussions board!
In order to download applications successfully to your phone, I advise you to follow the simple steps below:
From a PC, open the following link: store.ovi.com
Sign into your account, search the application you wish to download, enter your mobile number in the box provided and click on "send free SMS".
You will shortly receive a text. Open the link from the text message, your application will install on you device. Note that this requires an internet connection on your phone.
Let us know how you get on and feel free to post any other questions you may have.

i cannot download updates or stuff through the play store except when in wifi. i always get an error 495. what does that mean and how do i fix it it. what is the point of having data and the android market if you can download anything unless you are in a place that has wifi. i would like to be able to download stuff through the network but it just wont let me. i always get errors after it tries downloading after a few minutes. how do you fix that.

Open Google Play > Choose Menu > Settings > Tap "Update over Wi-Fi only" and turn that off!
