Why I can not download the free games no more?
I am trying to download the free education games to my daughter, but they never download and they stay on the screen with the waiting process. Could you please give me a solution for that?
If there are multiple apps trying to download at once, only one can download at a time and the rest say "Waiting" until it is then their turn. Try this. Double tap the icon of the Waiting app, and it should resume the download.

Another thing to try - Turn the iPad Off & then back ON.
If that doesn't work:
• Log out of your iTunes store account. Go to Settings > Store > Sign Out Then press the Home button.
• Then press and hold the Home and Sleep buttons simultaneously and don't release them when it brings up the Turn Off screen; keep holding them until the Apple logo appears.
• After restart, the Waiting should be gone.

I'm having trouble with my iPad 2 . I downloaded a new app for my daughter and it will not let me open or access any of the new apps! It says I downloaded them and all but will not let me open them ! I have tired several weeks to download the new update for itunes. I just bought an Ipad today and was trying to update it as well as my phone so that I can be up to date on everything. However, it says "The program can't start becase MSVCR80.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem." With your MacBook, when you connect your iPhone to the MacBook, iPhoto should open up. It will download all of the photos to your MacBook, and when it's done, it will ask if you want to delete them. Do it then. Now, given the number of photos, this is going to take a while. Honestly, that's a lot of photos.
Now, we can get more complicated here if you want, but I never store photos on the iPhone, except for a few of my kids and my motorcycle (don't ask, but for someone with a motorcycle, it's nearly equivalent to kids). Sort your photos by creating albums. Then go into iTunes, click on your iPhone (when it is connected), and one tab should say Photos. You can click on those photos you want to sync to your iPhone.
This should be easy. If you have further questions, just ask, and don't forget to give me a "Solved" when you're done! -

The apps are free with iOS 7 if you purchased a new device after September 2013. The apps do not come free just because you are running iOS 7 now. Did you purchase or receive a new iPad recently?
If you did, are you using the same Apple ID to get the apps that you used to activate the iPad? If you are, sign out of your ID, restart your iPad, sign in again and go back to the App Syore and see if the apps show up as free.
Settings>iTunes & App Store>tap your ID and sign out. Restart the iPad and go back to the settings and sign in again. -

KristineFinish the download on your computer in iTunes and then sync the app to the iPad and then delete it. You will probably have to let it fully download before you can delete it.
You can try restarting the iPad and see if the download will resume - Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
Yoy can try this as well and see if the download will resume. Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.
Look in iTunes and see if there is a pending download in there that might be causing the delay. If there is a download there, try to finish that one first. -

What Nexus 7 version do you have as there was a 2012 and a 2013 model. A easy way to tell if it is a 2013 is it has a camera on each '''back''' and front while 2012 only has one on front.
If it is the 2012 then it has a Nvidia Tegra 3 so the old Flash 11.1 Plugin is disabled.

The short answer is no.
Unless you are selling the app via the Enterprise Deployment option, everyone has to download via their own iTunes account ID. Yes, iTunes can be used by multiple IDs but this makes it very messy to resolve later.
What kind of app is this? Which Expo? If an Expo for selling apps has poor Internet connection I would question the validity of using such an expo in the first place. -

And it's a great game, but when you get further on into it you have to buy acorns, and to buy some of the items you have to buy an acorn package, even the most expensive package won't get you all the items!

Have you added or changed your credit card details on your iTunes account ? If you have then each time that you do so a small temporary store holding charge may be applied to check that the card details are correct and valid and that it's registered to exactly the same name and address as on your iTunes account - it should disappear off your within a few days or so.
