Why I can not open youtube apps in my iPad air? Anyone can help?

first thing happened was I can not open the youtube apps here in my iPad air. Then I try to delete it then install again but same thing happens. Then I try to refresh my iPad but still same thing happen again I can't open. Then I figure it out that maybe I need to update my software device from ISO 7 to ios 8 but worst thing happened. I can't open the YouTube apps again and my movie box apps I can't open also. And my iCloud settings i can't access also beacause they said need to check my email and verify my iCloud settings. But worst thing happen is I forgot my password in my email.. god! Can anyone help me pls of what I'm going to do? To fix this problem? Thank you!

You do NOT need to restore your iPad.
I believe that the problem is that there is a disconnect with your iTunes account and your iPad. What you are experiencing is a somewhat common issue after you sync your iPad, update your device - it could be a number of reasons that are causing it. the recommended fix is to download another app in order to "reconnect" your ID and iTunes account to the iPad.

    Wait for the Apple logo to Appear...
    Usually takes about 15 - 20 Seconds... ( But can take Longer...)
    Release the Buttons...
    Note:
    Also consider Deleting any Apps you have Purchased / Downloaded but you now never use...

    Hello, i can't open any apps on my macbook air. when i am attempting it says "you may need to reinstall app but when i am trying to reinstall it doesn't do anything. i can only browse right now.     If you don't already have a current backup, back up all data, then reinstall the OS. You don't need to erase the startup volume, and you won't need your backup unless something goes wrong. If your Mac was upgraded from an older version of OS X, you’ll need the Apple ID and password you used to upgrade.
    There are ways to back up a computer that isn't fully functional. Ask if you need guidance.
    If you installed the Java runtime distributed by Apple and still need it, you'll have to reinstall it.

    It could be just an issue with the gmail server. I don't know what settings can be made for attatchments there. I generally leave those messages with large attatchments alone and view them on the computer. I was finding that certain large files like .wmv would sometimes take 5 to 10 minutes to open on the iPad.
    Yes it's aggrivating, but I don't have that answer either.

    As Johnathan has written yes apps for iPhone will work in the iPad, however there is a '+' mark on the icon you touch or click for download which indicates both iPhone AND iPad apps. Those apps will display perfectly for the iPad.

    Can you download any other apps on your iPad?
    Try downloading something from iTunes on your computer, like a free song or a free app, and then sync it to the iPad.

    I get same Issue.
    is iCloud make this issue.
    Try Disable iCloud calender on you iPad and then go to March 2013 on you calender and then it not crash. after that go back and enable iCloud calender again.
    And then it work for me :-)
