What type of headphones were you using? I have a set of Microssft headsets, with the built-in mic and connected via USB, and have no problems.

Add a new music cd to the library and then sync music
Also tried manual
TRied on several computers for some hours and evenings
Can not get any music on my Iphone at all
Sometimes I get informed that after copy some are not copied as they have the wrong formet
Also tried with a new CD
No fault during sync, but no music

Three things come to mind:
1. I think you're implying when you travel away from your home to a more populated area, the cellular coverage improves and your iPhone works well. Is that right?
2. Do you have a case or some other obstruction over or near your iPhone's antenna? Have you tried moving or removing any possible obstructions near the antenna?
3. AT&T has a (free) app in the App Store called "Mark the Spot". You can use this app to report voice and/or data issues to AT&T, as well as keep up on progress they may be making in improving coverage in your area. Your trouble reports are geotagged (if you wish).

Try this.
Go to Settings>Safari>Clear History, Cookies and Data. Restart the iPad. Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.

I figured it out lol. the "headphones" was the giveaway. the headphones plug was full of lint. so I cleaned it up and it seems to be working fine. Thanks for the replys!

I downloaded IOS8.1 and Itunes 12.01.26, now i can not add any music to my iphone that isn't in the cloud.

I've restarted everything, resigned in and out of everything and re downloaded iTunes, ITunes won't see any music that is currently on my iPhone 5c and it will not let me put any music on my IPhone that isn't in the cloud.

Are you trying to sync with a different computer?
The iphone will sync with one computer. Syncing to another will erase the current content.
The music sync is one way - computer to iphone. The exception is itunes purchases. File>Transfer Purchases

If your account is disabled then you might be able to re-enable it via this page : http://appleid.apple.com, then 'reset your password'
You might then need to log out of your account on your iPad by tapping on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Stores and then log back in so as to 'refresh' the account on it
If that doesn't fix it then you might need to contact iTunes Support (we are fellow users here on these forums) : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page
If you can't remember the answers to your security questions, then if you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account then go to https://appleid.apple.com/ and click 'Manage your Apple ID' on the right-hand side of that page and log into your account. Then click on 'Password and Security' on the left-hand side of that page and on the right-hand side you should see an option to send security question reset info to your rescue email address.

Dear all I am already using iPhone 4 but now I can not download and install any software into my iphone. When I start install always ask that my apple id never using for iTunes. When I select "OK" then need to complete with my credit card. But when the data completed and then got reply "please contact with iTunes support to complete your request". You can remove all stored data from a specific domain via "Forget About This Site" in the right-click context menu of an history entry (Show All History or History sidebar) or via the about:permissions page.
Using "Forget About This Site" will remove everything like bookmarks, cookies, passwords, cache, history, and exceptions from that domain, so be cautious and if you have a password or other data from that domain that you do not want to lose then make a note of those passwords and bookmarks.
You can't recover from that "forget" unless you have a backup of the affected files.
It doesn't have any lasting effect, so if you revisit such a 'forgotten' website then data from that website will be saved once again.
