Why i can't buy any app in my apple id ?

pls answer fast be cuz this not goood 2 time im need to buy same app but i can't buy do samething fast and fast

    Go to appleid.apple.com. From there, go to Manage Apple ID. Log in and go to Password and Security. When you get to the page about answering your security questions, click on the link for Forgot My Answers. That will send an email to the rescue email address on how to reset. If you did not provide a rescue email address then you will need to go to Express Lane Support https://expresslane.apple.com/GetproductgroupList.action for help.

    If your account is disabled then you might be able to re-enable it via this page : http://appleid.apple.com, then 'reset your password'
    You might then need to log out of your account on your iPad by tapping on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Stores and then log back in so as to 'refresh' the account on it
    If that doesn't fix it then you might need to contact iTunes Support (we are fellow users here on these forums) : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page
    If you can't remember the answers to your security questions, then if you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account then go to https://appleid.apple.com/ and click 'Manage your Apple ID' on the right-hand side of that page and log into your account. Then click on 'Password and Security' on the left-hand side of that page and on the right-hand side you should see an option to send security question reset info to your rescue email address.
    If you don't have a rescue email address (you won't be able to add one until you can answer 2 of your questions) you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple to get the questions reset.

    We are fellow users here on these forums, we won't know unless you tell us what happens when you try to buy something e.g. does the 'buy' button not work, do you get any error messages ... ?

    Your payment method must be associated withe same country where you reside in order to update your apps.

    Open the App Store then scroll to the bottom of the window then select the round flag icon on the right to change the country.

    Hi there,
    For the past few weeks I can't buy any apps from the iTunes store. It just says that "it's not possible to finish the purchase. To get get help contact iTunes Support on the website."
    I have no idea why this happens, I checked all my info and it's all good... I also tried to contact Apple Support, but for my country (Portugal) we can only make calls and I've been trying for a while and it's impossible to reach them... To make things even better, I'm not in Portugal at the moment, so a call is quite expensive...
    I also tried to buy apps on all sorts of devices (macbook pro, iphone 6 and ipad mini) with different accounts but all of them with the same problem...
    Does anyone have any idea about how to solve this problem?? I would really appreciate!

    You have to be in a country to use its store and it has always been that way - from the Portugal store's terms (and other countries will be the same) which you agreed to :

    Contact iTunes support in the UK and request that they zero out your account so that you can change the country in your account.

    The Apple online store sells iTunes gift cards (e.g. here), and you will probably find them in stores (here in the UK they are sold in supermarkets and some high-street stores). iTunes gift cards and iTunes App Store gift cards should work.

    Start here (change country if necessary) and navigate to 'Password and Security', reset your security questions using the link provided, you will receive an email to your rescue address, use the link in the email and reset your security questions.
    If that doesn't help, you don't receive a reset email or you don't have a rescue address, you should contact AppleCare who will initially try to assist you with a reset email or if unsuccessful will pass you to the security team to reset your security questions for you.
    If you are in a region that doesn't have international telephone support try contacting Apple through iTunes Store Support.
