Why I can't open the Itunes at lion

please help me!!!! I dont know what to do!!!!!

I can't open the iTunes store and keep getting this error message. "Registry settings used by the iT drivers for importing & burning CDs & DVDs are missing. Reinstall iTunes." I've reinstalled iT a half dozen times with no results.

You might have two different things going on at once here.
Starting with the registry settings message.
I'd start with the following document, with one modification. At step 12 after typing GEARAspiWDM press the Enter/Return key once prior to clicking OK. (Pressing Return adds a carriage return in the field and is important.)

  • TS1368 I can not open the itunes store on my ipod touch

I can't open the itunes store on my ipod touch after syncing. It starts to load and just stops. It does not give me an error message.

    Try:
    - Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
    - Go to Settings>iTunes and App Stores and sign out and sign back in
    - Reset all settings
Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.
All your preferences and settings are reset. Information (such as contacts and calendars) and media (such as songs and videos) aren’t affected.
    - Restore from backup. See:
    iOS: How to back up
    - Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.

After the ios7 updated I can not open the iTunes store in my iPhone 5
    How can I fix it?

    Hi adrimomo,
    Welcome to the Support Communities!
Here are a few things you can try:
iOS: Turning off and on (restarting) and resetting
    http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1430
If you have tried those two things, refer to page 146 in the iPhone User Guide to Reset All Settings:
iPhone User Guide for iOS 7
    manuals.info.apple.com/MANUALS/1000/MA1565/en_US/iphone_user_guide.pdf
Also, check your settings for Safari -- enable cookies and turn off private browsing - see page 57 of the iPhone User Guide above.
    Cheers,

  • TS1424 I can't open the iTune store after I updated my iphone to iOS 7.

Hi there, could someone help me here please - I can't open the iTune store after I updated my iphone 4 to iOS 7. The problem occurred about 5 days later after the upgrade. There are no error messages. As I tap on the icon it opens just for a fraction of a moment and then goes off and back to the main screen. Other apps are working just fine. I tried following the troubleshooting steps as suggested by apple support, but that didn't help unfortunately...
    Thank you

  • Why I can not install the iTunes to my new 64bit laptop??? I have never had this kind of problem before on my 32 bit old laptop...

I would like to get a help... I can not install the iTunes to my new (64bit) laptop... Why??? The installation stops somewhere after a few minute, looks like trying to install but can not go through until the end. I had my old (32bit) laptop and i have never had any problem with the installations... My new laptop is Asus (64bit), and the operating system just upgraded from Win8 to Win8.1....

    Hello rafaelfromweymouth
Start with the first article and clear out any files in the Temp folder. You may need to remove iTunes and its related software and finally make sure that you have the 64-bit version of iTunes downloaded to install.

  • ITunes 7.6 can't open the iTunes library under other accounts

I created a new account in Windows Vista and wanted to just open my iTunes library that's on an external HD.
I hold down left shift, and open an existing library, but I keep getting an error that the iTunes database is locked.
I've checked the permissions on the file and folders, and I have the rights to the folders/files, as well, nothing is set for read only on the file level.
If I log out and login with the old user name, I can access the library just fine, so it's not corrupt.
    Any ideas?

It's difficult to explain, but in a nutshell, iTunes doesn't do well with windows folder paths.

  • I can't open the iTunes set up on my laptop. It's a Windows 7. Help?

I just got a new laptop yesterday. It's an HP Pavilion g7 and it uses Windows 7
I downloaded iTunes and it downloaded just fine. However, I can not open it up the iTunes set-up.
It says "....not valid. Win32 application."
    Can anyone please help?

The following document is a good place to start with that one:
iTunes: Windows reports that "iTunesSetup.exe is not a valid Win32 application"

  • I can't open the itunes after it is updated

the itunes can't be opened after I installed the new version, itunes 10.4.1. It always appears, "be sure to install any available updates for the application and mac OS X". How can I fix this problem?
    Thank you.

And the Trash is not being emptied? If you had a lot of files (especially numerous small ones) in the Trash, it can take a while to empty (erase). There should be a small window on your screen while that process is going on.
Otherwise, did you try restarting (or just logging out and logging back in)?

  • I can't open the iTunes apps I've downloaded onto my Macbook

    Hi.
I've downloaded a half dozen apps from iTunes onto my MacBook Air and I see them in my iTunes library under "Apps." But when I click on them nothing happens except that they get highlighted. That's it. I can't open them and use them. How do I open them up? There must be something simple I'm not doing. I've downloaded other apps and they're on my launchpad.

    You cannot open them.
    They are for iPhone/ipod touch/ipad.
Itunes sells no apps at all for your computer.
