Why I can't pull my notifications bar?

It's been 3 days that I can't pull this f***-ing notifications bar. Sorry if I'm too offensive but actually it really makes me angry. I can't pull the notifications bar and I didn't do anything. I have done a lot of things for this: 1. Factory reset.2. Just as sony told me on facebook.3. Removed softwares.4. Updated it to latest software.5. Searched for solution.6. Nothing happens. So I'm here ad I want some of you guys to help me pulling this thing (Notifications bar) down. I didn't do anything wrong, I did everything as usual. Once, I used USB debugging and it effected my phone that my screen started to go berserk. It opened different apps without my command (I didn't anything), it started to open different apps, since then I can't use my phone charging. I have anti-virus and I scanned for viruses but there is no virus in my phone. So please help me.

Ok, if you have tried all of the above steps then unfortunately we are only left with advising you to contact your local Xperia Care team so that they may look at arranging an assessmernt for you.

Can not pull down notification bar in PORTRAIT mode

I bought K900 from flipkart.com 2 months ago and everything was working ok. Now suddenly I have a problem with the notification bar; I can not pull down my notification bar. This problem started when I was using "GOOGLE+ app" and suddenly the notification bar automatically got pulled down; from that point I am unable to pull down my notification bar down. I have tried following ->
1) Disable google+ app, uninstall google+ uppdates
2) Restart phone normally and ALSO restarting the phone in safe mode.
3) clear cache using an app "App managet" and also clear ALL cache using the recovery (by pressing vol down and power button).
4) Factory reset
5) tried another lauchers : LauncherPro, Atom launcher
Has anyone faced this problem? There is an app on playstore "Drop down" which pulls down the notification bar. The touch sensors and also the display is working fine in the area of the notification bar (BUT I can not pull down by using fingers/swipe-down action). When the screen is in LANDSCAPE mode i.e. while playing a video using MXPlayer; the notification bar CAN BE PULLED DOWN, BUT CAN NOT in PORTRAIT mode.
I have also read on the internet that some people having samsung galaxy s3/s4 have also faced the same problem.
Can anybody suggest me to do something? Are my screen pixels/touch sensors dead on the top most row??
My K900 is stock(non-rooted) and has android 4.2.1; I have not updated my phone to the latest firmware.

I called Apple and was completely disappointed with their answer. They indicated that they would not answer such a question, since they deemed it to be "outside of the scope of Apple support" since my question was deemed "not a consumer-oriented
question."
So yesterday, I took my Samsung SyncMaster 204T monitor to the local Apple retailer to try it out on an actual system. I specifically tried it out on the 24" iMac with the nVidia 7300GT graphics card, since that is the system I was interested in.
It turned out that this monitor works beautifully in portrait mode with the above system using Tiger 10.4.8.
So, I went and bought it!!

Cannot pull down notification bar after TB software upgrade?

I completed the software upgrade last night on my TB. For some reason the notification bar will no longer pull down. Any thoughts on what the problem might be?

Why can't i find notification bar story in nfl mobile?

Whenever i get a notification for a story on NFL Mobile and i open the app, the story is nowhere to be found- not in Media, My Team, Fantasy, or anywhere else. What gives?

Hi rgbiii. I think it's great that you're using NFL Mobile to keep up with your favorite teams on the off season. But that is strange that you are not finding the story you're looking for. Does this seem to happen when you are getting a general notification from NFL mobile, or is it team specific? Try tapping on the NFL Mobile by Verizon at the top left corner in the application, then select News. From there, you can swipe left or right to find different news categories. Usually, the stories that are sent through notifications will be in the Headline News section. B33 had some great suggestions for closing the running applications and clearing the application's cache http://vz.to/Ljt4tF.

I still can't pull my 'file' bar up. I pressed the ALT key like it instructed. Help!!

I have tried to make my 'file' bar come on by pushing the ALT key and it will not pull up. How can I contact you to get this fixed? Its very aggrevating to have firefox in full-screen mode.

You can place contacts in a table In Numbers by the following methods:
Numbers 2.3:
drag from contacts
Numbers 3.2
copy from contacts, then paste into Numbers
In both cases you need to open System preferences, then select the "Security & Privacy panel and allow Numbers aaccess your contacts information.

Can I access notifications bar when reading?

I'm a university student and I use this reader app for lectures, homework, looking at the bus schedule, & a host of other pdf's. The only problem I have is that I can't see my notification bar. This proves to be a hassle whenever I'm in the app and I need the time or i get a message. The convenience of the notif. bar is lost as I have to clunkily go to the home screen, check the time, estimate time to the day's next event or check my message; return to the reader; and repeat the process in the next couple minutes because I can't access the notif. bar. Is there a way to enable its access or can this be included in the next update. Thanks.

Gnome 3.8.1 notification bar "permanent"? [problem solved]

Hi there!
Every update of gnome shell bring some pain to me (and this old desktop pc).
I noticed in the 3.8.1 version the notifications are gone. After googling it, I found out that Super+M shows a notification bar.
Is it possible to keep it "permanent" like in previous versions? I searched for such this option in settings but I didn't find anything..
Btw, this gnome shell version crashes often. I really hope in a *better* future.

Oops, I didn't know I could just move the mouse against the bottom of the screen.
By "permanent" I meant the previous behavior, when the notification bbar was "sticked" in the "shell view" (mhh, when you press <Super>).

How do i get my drop down notification bar back?

My pull down notification bar and qslide bar have disappeared from my lg g2 and i ahve not downloaded anything new other than kitkat update.

I think there is a way to disable the Notification Shade using Xposed Framework, but that would have required you modify your device in a way that would void your warranty, so I doubt you did that.
Did you attempt to power-down and restart your device? If not, see if that restores the shade.
If you do that and it doesn't restore the shade, try installing a program like Notification Weather and see if it does something to reset the state of the shade. Then if it's working, uninstall that new program.

It's quite easy for me to answer this question, your phone is water damaged. I used to have Sony Xperia Z and which was water damaged too, I couldn't pull down the notification/illumination bar. The water entered through your speaker at the top which happened to me. It's quite notable that you'll have to spend like half of the price of your phone to fix this issue...but I have something easy round for you. You should place that phone in a polythene bag for 3 days minimum with full of dried rice and every path ways that water can enter should be opened up. 'Cause mostly water damaged phones are fixed by rice because rice s-u-cks every water out of your phone. Note: Now I'm SP user. Had to sell that old phone after fixing the issue. Quick answer: Select all the tracks on the album, File > get info, and either give them all a single "album artist", or check the "compilation" flag (as in https://discussions.apple.com/message/17670085).
If these are from multiple-CD sets you may also need to enter the appropriate information in the disc number fields. If they are not a multiple CD set you still need to make sure the disc number fields are set correctly or all empty.

Yes, I know. I have been working with HDV for some time. I am wondering why it doesn't render when it needs to.. the red and bright-green lines are above, and I've set the render settings such that ANYTHING I highlight and hit apple-R will render. But its not rendering at all.

I can't open the chat bar in facebook when using Firefox, why?

Whenever i use Firefox in Facebook, i can't open the chat bar and when i try to click Profile, I still have to confirm it. I have exactly the same problem.
It only affects FaceBook and only in Firefox but it's really annoying.
I can post status updates but can't comment on them or on anything else.
The message "Unable to post comment." with the option to "try again" appears every time.
Also, when I try to "Like" something it's as if it works for a split second and then self "unlikes" again. It's only today I've started to have this problem.
I've tried jscher2000's idea but it did not solve this problem.

The music app on my Iphone 5 is acting up, it keeps skipping songs and wont allow the to play. You can see the music icon the on notification bar play and pause. When i go back to the app is states the url is not responding. I have restored it.

restore with itunes not from an itunes backup or cloud save they do absolutely nothing only a clean restore will solve your problem
