Why i cannot close apple store

when i open my apple store, it is all blank. i cannot close it. when i try to shut the mac and restart it. it keeps telling me to close my apple store first. What should I do now? I cannot shut my macbook?

Have you tried to "Force Quit" the Apple Store?
Click the Apple icon in the upper left, then go to "Force Quit ..." on the pop-up and click "Apple Store".

    Here's a fix that worked for some users:
    Make sure this checkbox is checked in the System/Sharing preference pane:
    If it is, uncheck it and then recheck and try ordering again.

    I am from Singapore and for years I was question the same one: why there is no Apple Store in Singapore but only Apple Resellers here? Apple Store surely provide better customer service that the resellers, at least I won't go to find where to get my iPhone repaired if it was broken down, all things will be settled in Apple Store. Singapore is a fast-developed country, there is no reason that Apple won't get another Apple Store opened here, as there are few have already opened in China, Hongkong and Japan.

    While we humble mortals can only attempt to divine the designs of the Apple Gods, we can hazard to think that a Singapore store has not been deemed viable due to insufficent sales volume, legal difficulties or prior arrangements with the local resellers. Given that they are snazzy glass and metal studies in minimalism, the cost of establishing one must be sizable.

    you can't, but you can simply ignore it. but if you REALLY want to delete it, call apple customer support to ask for a deletion. though, you'll need the password and security questions of the old account.

    Have you tried connecting it with an ethernet cord?  It could be a wifi issue.

    I did notice that quicktime did not download with itunes. Had to download quicktime separately.

    It would appear that John Lewis are also selling the new macbook pros for the same price as the apple store, but with a 3 year guarntee (presumably you would also get the 1 year warranty provided by Apple too), why does the Apple Store not also give a 3 year guarntee?

  • I have an answer: Why payment declined in apple store

    I know there's a lot of people having problems with apple store declining payments and I have been in that road. I also have called apple care to see if it's in their end and they told me I have to call my credit card company to see why it's declining. SO I DID! Here's is some of the possible causes that you all might not know about. Here's what happened to mine.
    I was trying to purchase an app that is $9.99 and kept declining my card. Asked me to verify security code, address etc... I did and still a pop up method of payment declined.
    Here's the answer from my bank. Any app that is over $5.00 is a suspect of fraud will put a hold on your payment. Hence, declined. The bank told me if I want to open the account specifically for Apple Store indefinitely? (meaning if I don't want any restriction amount, it will proceed). So, I said yes. So, they took off the Block.
    Second thing you have to know is.... everytime you keep trying to buy the app and it is declining... Apple will charge you $1.00 everytime you try to keep accessing the app you are trying to download but keeps declining on you. Why didn't apple tell us about this? I don't have that answer and I'm about to make a complaint because the bank company don't have that access except for apple.
    I hope this will enlighten anyones possible problem. I am sure this is not the only problem that's causing yours to decline.
