Why i cannot download lion anymore in the german appstore?

after upgrading from 10.8 to 10.9
i had due several problems so i need to reinstaall the complete system hurray :-/
now i'm back on 10.6.an when i try to download 10.7 again through the app store
nothing happens just a short note this download is not available in german online store this totally *****
i bougt the software i also bought 10.8 but now i cannot download and use the software
can anyone tell me why?
i'm really ****** about this

If so then it doesn't look like that app is available in your country, which may be due to the developer/licenseholder not having made it available to Apple to put in your store or potentially local laws. I just want to make sure I have your question correct, you rented a movie on a computer and you want to download it to another computer?
I believe because its a rental you can either stream it to your Apple tv or watch it on the computer you purchased the rental on, I dont think you can download it to another computer but you may be able to watch it on the other computer by homesharing, If you click on the library on the other computer thats in the homesharing section on the left pane it may work to stream it to the other computer to watch but not download
I could be wrong but I think because its a rental it has restrictions

If you are using Safari ...
Go to ~/LIbrary/Safari
To find the Home folder in OS X Lion, open the Finder, hold the Option key, and choose Go > Library
Move the Downloads.plist file from the Safari folder to the the Trash.
Now go to: ~/Library/Caches/com.apple.Safari/Cache.db
Move the Cache.db file to the Trash.
Quit then relaunch Safari to test.

Generally speaking, if you can't find the books you want in the iBookstore, try one of the other stores which provide free ereader apps, such as Kindle, Nook, Kobo, Google, or Sony.
