Hi I would like to know why I cannot purchase gems at clan of clash I have money on my card I need solution asap

When I have made payments via my checking account, I am able to schedule those payments.
Today I made a credit card payment and was unable to schedule that payment for my due date.
I was charged today.
I don't understand why I can pre-schedule an e-check but not a credit card payment.

I think you will find that you have to have a debit/credit card stored on yur account regardless of whether your have iTunes Credit or want to purchase a free App. I don't know why, I assume its for ID verification or is part of the terms and conditions. I occasionally have to re-verify my credit card info even when just trying to run Update on one of my Apps or like I said downloading a free App.

This is a case for the iTunes Store Support:
1. Go to expresslane.apple.com
2. select 'itunes' and then 'itunes store' on the right
3. select a topic and a subject
4. click 'continue' and then 'email'
5. fill out the form and explain your situation
6. they will respond within 24 hours usually

Have you checked the purchase history on your account (Store > View My Account on yoru computer's iTunes), and have you (or anyone who access to your devices) made in-app purchases in apps and/or have you taken out any subscriptions in apps ? If you go beyond the credit from a gift card the balance will be billed to your credit card account.

What do you mean 'the rest of money in a credit card' ? All you can see on your purchase history is what you've bought, you can't see how things were billed nor the total amount that you've spent in the store - you will need to sum your purchases yourself to see the total.

I was told by a friend of mine that all i had to do was call apple support and i would be able to re start the secruity answers.

You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; ways of contacting them include clicking here and picking a method for your country, and filling out and submitting this form.

If the film is more than 15 pounds, then it has to take the remainder from your cc.
