It said that my payment was declined and I've checked my payment information is correct.
Besides, before this time itunes ever claimed for my first payment but now cannot refill.
Please kindly check because I think that maybe cause of my iphone so I already buy a new one.
But it still be the same.
Even I used my friend's apple ID is also cannot refill.
By she can refill on her phone.

Cannot download any games on my iPad 2

I cant view any games on my iPad in the AppStore. I live in South Africa, but we do have an Apple store here... Any idea about what may be wrong?? There are a bunch of categories but no games... It's brand new. When I find games on the Internet, in choose download, it goes the the AppStore but then says "request could not be completed". I have no clue what to do. I'm able to download apps.

The content is probably restricted by the government in South Africa. Not all iTunes content is available world wide. If the government restricts the content, Apple cannot offer it. That is probably why you do not have the option to download games - I assume anyway.

Have you checked the purchase history on your account (Store > View My Account on yoru computer's iTunes), and have you (or anyone who access to your devices) made in-app purchases in apps and/or have you taken out any subscriptions in apps ? Some things to try first:
1. Turn Off your iPad. Then turn Off (disconnect power cord for 30 seconds or longer) the wireless router & then back On. Now boot your iPad. Hopefully it will see the WiFi.
2. Go to Settings>Wi-Fi and turn Off. Then while at Settings>Wi-Fi, turn back On and chose a Network.
3. Change the channel on your wireless router (Auto or Channel 6 is best). Instructions at http://macintoshhowto.com/advanced/how-to-get-a-good-range-on-your-wireless-netw ork.html
4. Go into your router security settings and change from WEP to WPA with AES.
5. Renew IP Address: (especially if you are droping internet connection)
    •    Launch Settings app
    •    Tap on Wi-Fi
    •    Tap on the blue arrow of the Wi-Fi network that you connect to from the list
    •    In the window that opens, tap on the Renew Lease button

If no joy...
Reset all settings
Settings > General > Reset > Reset all Settings.
This will return all iDevice settings to factory defaults... you will not lose any data.... But you will have to re-enter all of the device settings.

actually i found out how to fix it
1 sign out of apple account
2 close down passbook app
3 change year to 2013
4 reopen passbook and sign in at the button with your apple ID
5 change the time to auto update and it should work from now on.
