i forgot my iphone passcode.
No backup was made earlier to a computer or to icloud.
Why i cannot reset the passcode by connecting the iphone to a computer since i have an apple id?
Why I can't use my apple id to reset the passcode without deleting all my information?!?!?!?

if i know the apple id, i should be able to reset my passcode from a computer without deleting any of the information even if i didn't backup my phone.
if not i can reset the passcode and lose all information.

You cannot go back because Apple has never provided a mechanism for downgrading any version of iOS to an earlier version. As roaminggnome suggested, try the usual steps: restart, reset, restore.

Because Apple simply doesn't want users going inside and possibly messing with it's innards.
They also state that there are no user-servicable parts inside.
That being said, if you REALLY want to get inside, you can Google or YouTube ways to get in.
If you just want to see what's inside without actually opening the phone, sites like ifixit.com have teardowns of many devices (including hi-res photos) and will also show you how to get inside the correct way (without destroying something in the process).

hi, i have been trying to reset my iPhone lately, but cannot, as when i try to reset it it asks me for my i cloud password but I cannot enter that, because it has the wrong email. So i went into Settings>Icloud to try and change the email, but then it asked me to agree to the Icloud terms and conditions. So i clicked agree, and then it crashed. I tried this again and again but every time it crashed. I thought that was just a bug so i updated to the latest version (IOS 8.1.1) and tried again but still it crashed.
I thought maybe i should try it from my computer, so i plugged my iPhone into it and clicked restore on iTunes, then is said please turn off find my iPhone in Settings>Icloud. So i went into the Icloud settings again and it turns out i could not change them until i have agreed the terms and conditions.
please help i have been trying to fix this all week

Is the "wrong email" an email address that you have used in the past? Or is this a 2nd hand phone that has someone else's email address registered in iCloud?
If it was your email address you will have to temporarily change your Apple ID back to that old address at https://appleid.apple.com. You can then log out of your phone by going to settings/icloud, change your ID back to the new one, and log back into iCloud on your phone.
If it is someone else's Apple ID that you are being asked about you will have to get that person to release Activation Lock on the phone. This is an antitheft feature, to prevent stolen phones from being used.

I just recently got an iphone and put a passcode on it and i forgot the passcode. So i went online and reset it and did what the website told me to do. But it is still requiring a passcode.

There are two things to try. If the first thing you try fails, try the next.
Two Button Reset.
This is the least likely to result in loss of data. Read that again, especially the phrase "least likley."
Unplug the iPad from the computer.
Press and hold both the home and the sleep/wake buttons (ignore the red slider) until you see the silver Apple logo.
When you see the logo, let both buttons go.
If this worked, you should see an icon instructing you to connect to iTunes. My guess is that the reset did not work.
DFU Restore
This will very likley result in loss of data.
Plug the iPad into the computer.
Ensure that it is running the latest version of iTunes and that it has access to the internet.
Press and hold both the home and sleep/wake buttons for exactly eight seconds.
Release only the sleep/wake button but continue to hold the home button for another five seconds.
Let go of the home button, then look at the computer screen for an instructional popup.
The popup should say "iTunes has detected a device in recovery mode. . .(etc)" Click accept to all boxes and let iTunes download and install all of the latest device Firmware and Software.
If no popup appears, repeat the above DFU instructions. If you 've never done a DFU, it may take about three attempts to get the timing right.

Charge the iPhone with the Wall Charger. Then after that, Reset, hold together the Home and Power buttons for about 15 seconds until the iPhone restarts.

If you see one of following alerts, you need to erase the device:
"iTunes could not connect to the [device] because it is locked with a passcode. You must enter your passcode on the [device] before it can be used with iTunes."
"You haven't chosen to have [device] trust this computer"
If you have Find My iPhone enabled, you can use Remote Wipe to erase the contents of your device. If you have been using iCloud to back up, you may be able to restore the most recent backup to reset the passcode after the device has been erased.
Alternatively, place the device in recovery mode and restore it to erase the device:
Disconnect the USB cable from the device, but leave the other end of the cable connected to your computer's USB port.
Turn off the device: Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red slider appears, then slide the slider. Wait for the device to shut down.
While pressing and holding the Home button, reconnect the USB cable to the device. The device should turn on.
Continue holding the Home button until you see the Connect to iTunes screen.
iTunes will alert you that it has detected a device in recovery mode. Click OK, and then restore the device.

I tried installing ios7 via itunes. It took a back up of the iphone no problem, then installed ios7. When I went to restore the iphone the last back up was not the one done today. When i tried to restore it I got and error message 2003 which is not listed on the useful information list of error messages.
I would realy appreciate it if anyone could throw some light on what has happened and suggest anything that might help

Well, it is indirectly addressed in that list. These suggestions should assist:
Error 2000-2009 (2001, 2002, 2005, 2006, 2009, and so on)
If you experience this issue on a Mac, disconnect third-party devices, hubs, spare cables, displays, reset the SMC, and then try to restore. If you're using a Windows computer, remove all USB devices and spare cables other than your keyboard, mouse, and the device, restart the computer, and try to restore. If that doesn't resolve the issue, try the USB issue-resolution steps listed for Error 1604 above. If the issue persists, it may be related to conflicting security software. If the errors persist on another computer and known-good USB cable, the device may need service.

Explain to me why I cannot use my iPhone & iPads Bluetooth with other phones & MacBooks

So basically I want apple to explain to me in their logic why they have such a limitation with the Bluetooth on these devices. Earlier today, my partner connected her Nokia n8 to her MacBook Pro, it paired nicely with no errors or issues. So I decided to connect my iPhone to her MacBook Pro and then to my surprise it said that this device was to supported. I laughed at the fact that a Nokia N8 could connect to a MacBook Pro but a iPhone couldn't. Anyway, this is a Issue but the biggest issue that I find in which doesn't make sense is the fact that I can't connect my iPhone to any other phone via Bluetooth. This limitation in my mind is pointless.
Why can almost every other phone on the market communicate to any other phone on the market via Bluetooth but my iPhone can't? To be honest I have always been an android fan, due to open source reasons only. I have always liked the simplicity of the iPhone but the 3.5" screen always made me turn away from them. The latest instalment from apple with the iPhone 5 was appealing. Quick dual core CPU, beefy GPU, 1GB of RAM, great wireless technology, beautiful camera, nice & comfortable 4" screen. There is no denying it, it's a great device. So I took it up And got one, and to be honest I wasn't disappointed. But this Bluetooth limitation is ridiculous.
Please release a firmware update to remove this limitation. I am sure I am not the only one out there that finds this a inconvenience.

You're not talking to Apple here, this is a user-to-user forum. You can send some feedback to Apple on this subject but my guess is that it won't change anything.
I believe that Apple have decided that the Bluetooth feature is there to support bluetooth headphones (so you can listen to your music wirelessly) and some peer-to-peer gaming, but that's it. The lack of bluetooth for sending your music to another device prevents copyright infringement, so perhaps that's why it's like that.
As for your point about bluetooth between your iPhone and your Mac, why would you need it? Syncing between iTunes, either by USB or Wi-Fi does what's required, so there is no need for bluetoothing files between them.
Although we're not supposed to speculate about Apple decisions here, it's pretty clear to me that copyright infringement was high on the list of reasons why that particular version of bluetooth has been used.

Two pass codes so I cannot reset my iPhone 4S

When I try to erase all content it asks for a 4 digit pass code in which I provide. It accepts than asked for another. That I don't know. I've done entered incorrectly 10 xs and have to wait an hour to make another attempt at it.
Also I found in my logs

Also ill pull my phone out of my pocket to see that the. Camera has been engaged or FaceTime attempted.

Not sure what that would be if not the same passcode for the Passcode Lock.
Do you have Restrictions enabled at Settings > General > Restrictions?
Try restoring the iPhone with iTunes as a new iPhone or not from the backup.
