  • Cannot Update My Billing Information- URGENT HELP NEEDED

    My credit card expired and when i try to update my billing information the "save" button doesn't work. I tried it on Chrome, Firefox, Explorer...on a PC and a Mac.. clear cookies and history several times and nothing. I tried it for several days now. I Just dont got any message on the page. That "save" button doesent do any action.
    If i go to the "Profile" tab and return to "Plan Information" tab then this message appers:
    "We're sorry, something seems to be wrong on our end. Please try again later."
    This new adobe site is horrible... so buggy!
    Tried the online chat help and the guy could't do anything and sugested to do it by phone and the Adobe Portugal Custumer help number listed on the adobe DOSENT WORK!!!!!!
    I have 2 creative cloud packs about to expired in the next days and my company cannot produce whithout creative cloud products
    I NEED THIS FIXED ADOBE, ASAP!

    What is this, an American number, British??? What????
    Adobe site sucks whith lack of information and bad services.
    I want to pay for my creative cloud packs and i can't for several days now.
    Online chat is useless!
    The page still not working today keeps showing the message "We're sorry, something seems to be wrong on our end. Please try again later." on the payment info tab. I have 2 days until i'm unable to get my packs to work.
    I NEED THIS FIXED ADOBE!

    i want redeem money to my itunes account, but i can use in-app puchase. the itunes require me to update my bill address, but when i write my new bill address, the system says that my bill adress is not right.

    WeNeedToTalk , there seems to be some network error. But not a problem, you can reach us at 1800 443 8158 and we would go ahead and update the details manually. We are open from Monday to Friday.

  • HT1918 I was asked to update my billing information from iTunes but I can't update my billing information. Is there any solutions to this?

    I bought a $25 iTunes Gift Certificate to spend on, but I realized that this $25 iTunes Gift Card is for use in the United States only. So I created a new account (this account) to redeem this card. Since I don't really live in the United States I entered a random address and phone number in the process. I chose "None" for the Payment Method and entered my $25 iTunes Gift Certificate to top it up. So with that, I "successfully" created my account.
    I was buying the $25 IGC to buy IAP for Ace Attorney Trilogy to play all the chapters, but then it won't let me purchase. It says "The payment could not be completed. For assistance, visit apple.com/support/itunes/ww/". I tried getting suggestions from the internet like signing out and back in and resetting the app and all didn't work. I managed to buy Limbo without hassle, but after I got back from class now I can't even download free apps from the store. It says "You must verify your payment information." So I tried to change my payment info (which is odd, since I chose none), and my billing address, but it won't let me. It says "For assistance, visit apple.com/support/itunes/ww/" again, even though I provided a very valid billing info.
    Now I'm stuck. I bought a $25 IGC on that account and now I can't even download free app. I spent more than 3 hours and didn't get anything resolved. I can't even remove my balance to another account and my money is now stuck inside. I couldn't figure anything out from this. Can anyone here suggest me anything or help?   • HT1918 I am having a terrible time trying to update my billing information on itunes  using the IPAD. it keeps coming back with "you payment method information doesnt match your bank's records. try again or enter a new payment method". i tried everything.

    i have no way of finding out which address Itunes has on record - but i know my cc is ok, because i just purchased something in Amazon. i tried every combination of my address, and made sure the security code was correct.

    It might be because the billing address you provided doesn't exactly match your bank records.  It has to match your statement exactly.  See http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1646.

    check your purchase history, see if there has been a problem with a previous purchase, if so, you might have to temporarilyuse another gift card or use itunes gift cards

    I need to update my billing information, but have not been able to gain access to the Adobe Store to do-so.  I have been trying since late last week, but am met with this error everytime:

    There was a problem in the store. If you wish to complete your purchase immediately, please call (800) 585-0774 (U.S./Canada).
    I have put off calling in hopes this error gets remedied, but am beginning to lose hope. When I live currently provides me with very little in the way of phone reception; as a matter of fact, I rarely have reception any place I go nearby.  That is the reason I've yet to call and, quite frankly, don't want to have to.
    Please advise.

    I got same error. I even tried your recommandation.
    I am using a MAC with OS X 10.8.3, Safari and Chrome browsers. I am from Romania.
    Let me tell you what I tried so far:
    1. Using Safari or Chrome I tried several times to reactivate my subscription by editing billing informations and using same debit card details.
    2. I tried from adobe.com and from creative.adobe.com. On the second one an error said: There is an error on our end. Please try again later. I tried several times without succes.
    3. I spoke with an agent of yours. No solutions found. They all sent me two phone numbers to some resellers from my country that instead of helping me in any way they tried to sell me a new subscription. That is not OK.
    Therefore in the last three days I tried and tried but the same error appears over and over again:

    I do not even know where to call. I tried calling as a US number. It says it is not in service.
