Why i cant buy gems in clash of clans ?
Hi, i installed clash Of clans game on my iPad and iPhone few day ago and everytime im trying to buy gems there's a message appearing:
Your transaction couldnt be completed. For help, contact itunes support at www.apple....

I was plying clash of clain and no problem then my cridet card run out of cash so I couldnt buy gems then I chane my cridet card in the i tunnes store and still every time I try to purchuse ameesege tels me to complete this purchuse I have to contact i tunes support ???

Why can't I redeem iTunes credit to buy gems in clash of clans? It keeps charging to my credit card. It happened from my iPad and from IPhone 3G.
You have a balance on your account i.e. you've already redeemed the card onto it ?
