I try to pair my iphone 4s with my imac and i cant whats wrong?
Nothing. You can't pair an iPhone with a computer except as part of the Personal Hotspot feature.

But first try the 3 simple fixes.
1. Restart the TC only. ie pull out the power cord.. count to 10.. plug it back in again.
2. Restart the whole network from off.. all equipment off.. start modem.. wait 2min.. start TC.. wait 2min.. start clients.
3. Do a factory reset of the TC. And do a clean new setup.. use SMB names, not apple names, ie short, no spaces and pure alphanumeric.
If the first simple fixes fail.
Post again with some info.
1. What modem.. make and model.
2. TC age and model. Network setup.. how is everything plugged in to each other.
3. What Mac OS you run?
4. Is this a new setup which has never worked or an old setup that has failed? Any hints of what has happened.. change of modem.. change or upgrade of computer/OS. -
HT1695 Cant Connect To Wifi With Case Iphone 5
I just got a case in the mail today for my iphone 5 and noticed right away that it wont access my wifi with it on. As soon as I remove it I can instantly connect to wifi. Very disappointed.
The case is just a thin slip over. Nothing big and bulky.
Anyone else experiencing this?Its plastic with a thin sliver of aluminum on the back. The back of the phone is metal, so that shouldnt matter, right?

Close your iTunes,
Go to command Prompt -
(Win 7/Vista) - START/ALL PROGRAMS/ACCESSORIES, right mouse click "Command Prompt", choose "Run as Administrator".
(Win XP SP2 n above) - START/ALL PROGRAMS/ACCESSORIES/Command Prompt
In the "Command Prompt" screen, type in
netsh winsock reset
Hit "ENTER" key
Restart your computer.
If you do get a prompt after restart windows to remap LSP, just click NO.
Now launch your iTunes and see if it is working now.
If you are still having these type of problems after trying the winsock reset, refer to this article to identify which software in your system is inserting LSP:

Go into your settings>messages, make sure iMessage in on, then click the send & receive make sure your phone number has a check mark next to it.

- An iPod can only sync with one iTunes library. Yu can however manage music and videos among different computers by:
Using iPhone, iPad, or iPod with multiple computers
- To change syncing computer, move all the media to compute r#2
- Connect the iPod to #2 and make a backup by right clicking on the iPod under Devices in iTunes and select Back Up
- Restore the iPod from that backup
Note tha the iPod backup the iTunes makes does not include synced media like apps and music. -

All content purchased from iTunes is permanently linked to the Apple ID it was purchased with.
To update apps purchased with the old ID, you MUST sign in with that Apple ID. -
