You can see the Apple data (contacts, emails, calendars, etc.) but you can't see backups, other app data, etc. That's how icloud is designed - to see whatever data you want use the appropriate app on your computer or device.

How have you tried to update the iPad to iOS 6.1.3 ? The page that you posted from, automatic downloads, isn't for iOS updates, only for content from the store.
If you have iOS 5+ on your iPad then you should have a Settings > General > Software Update option for direct update on the iPad, otherwise you can only update to the current version via your computer's iTunes.
To update via your computer, connect the iPad to your computer's iTunes and copy any purchases off it to your computer via File > Transfer Purchases (File > Devices > Transfer Purchases on iTunes 11). You may also want to copy photos and any important documents off the iPad as well e.g. via the file sharing section at the bottom of the device's apps tab when connected to iTunes, via wifi, email, dropbox etc - they should be included in the backup, but it's best to have a copy of them outside of the backup just in case. You can then force a backup of the iPad by right-clicking the iPad 'Device' on the left-hand side of iTunes and selecting 'Backup'.
Then start the update by selecting the iPad on the left-hand side of iTunes (on iTunes 11 you can enable the left-hand sidebar via option-command-S on a Mac, control-S on a PC), and on the Summary tab on the right-hand side clicking the Check For Updates button

i just cant see 2 of them on "find my iphone", if i turn off one of the visible ones, one of two "offline" devices enter en map as online
why is this happening?
before ios6, mountain lion and new Fxxx maps always see the 4 devices

Your synced and downloaded music, audiobooks and audio podcasts should be in the Music app, and your films and TV shows in the Videos app - iTunes on the iPad is just the iTunes store.

Why i cant see the artist covers in music app, i just see a letters ?

this is very important to me cause im adicted of music (sorry for my englis) but i cant see my covers or the itunes covers in the music app! if i selec ARTIST just apear a letters that say the album name ! oh my god i really upset with that cause all my music is extremely order! Found the solution online!
An easy way to locate a file is to open the Finder. From the menu bar click Go > Go to Folder
Type this in exactly as you see it here > /Library/Internet Plug-ins
If you see the PDF Browser plugin, move it to the Trash.
Relaunch Safari to test.

Why two places for videos? (N95 8gb)

Why do i have two places for videos?
If I bluetooth myself a video and save it it goes into gallery. What if I want it in My Videos instead how do I move it? And i only want to see the video in My Videos and not in the gallery as well?
Also when I do a memory search it doesnt show the videos in My Videos up..
P.S what does the little sheild mean next to some videos?

There's a program called "File Manager" that lets you move/copy and delete files from your device. It's usually under Tools.
If you put videos in "My Videos" folder I think they don't show up in the Gallery. Also files in "Videos" don't show up in Video Center but they do in the Gallery.
What do you mean "memory search"?,
About the little shield, I have no idea what it means. I guess it's about the DRM protection, but I'm not 100% sure.

Cant see any maps n95

after a n95 firmware update to v20.0.015 my maps were no longer visible so i spent all day downloading nokia map loader and installing the uk maps again, even though they were already on the memory card, now as before when i open maps and zoom into england its still a blankscreen, can anyone help?? as ive already downloaded them on pc and transfered them to the memory card i should not need to have a phone network connection, i also downloaded the english voice guidance and transfered that to memory card but cant get that to work either, also after doing this and putting the memory card back into phone most of my apps and games have lost their icon and been replaced with a jigsaw icon that wont open anymore

I recently purchased MSI GEFORCE FX5200-T128.
when i run 3D!Turbo Experience utility it only shows the clock speeds.
why it does'nt shows the GPU, i/o voltage and Temperature.
I am using the drivers provided by MSI site ver : 56.72
my system is also overheating (specially when i play games like farcry,splinter cell) it also heats up when i am not playing, my vid card came with a copper heat-sink. do i need to use a fan? .

Unfortunatly not all graphics cards support hardware monitoring, and it looks like your card does not support it either, so you won't get information regarding your temperature or voltages.
If the heatsink gets really hot, then you most probably need a fan for the card. You could get by the overheating problem (if you have already not done so) by installing adequate cooling in your system, which includes system fans and good airflow. Insert intake fans from the front/side and extract fans at the top/rear.
This way you can ensure that cool air is flowing over your motherboard components and graphics card.
Also try to neaten the cables in your pc to help with better airflow.

There's no reason why it shouldn't work as long as you're using a SIP proxy or STUN (you're behind a NAT device on your operator's packet data connection). The only potential impediment is your operator not allowing you to use the packet data service for VoIP calls.
As for the phone no longer accepting inbound calls after a while, this is a problem that was solved in firmware V20, I believe. Which version is your phone running? (dial *#0000# to find out)

The "games" heading only appears when you download a game from the itunes store.
