Why I cant send a buyed book outside of my country?

I'm in Spain and I cant send a buyed book from Aperture 3 to Sweden or Germany. One year ago I did it from iPhoto and all were perfect. Does anybody knows why is not possible from Aperture?

If your mail server requires the security of SSL, then it would not work without it. If you had to disable SSL for it to work, then your email provider does not use SSL for security. You cannot fix what isn't broke. The email provider sets the rules for sending and receiving mail. SSL is just one layer of it, and they may just use username and password for security and not requireing SSL. The only way that you can change that is to change providers. If it doesn't work with SSL now, it probably never did. I wouldn't say that your mail has an "obvious security issue".

We use ntlworld as our home broadband provider and main email address. In my experience ntl doesn't usually allow sending of email except on its own network which is why yours works at home. My iPhone is set up to send my ntl email using my second email account's smtp setting (in my case is is a mac.com account and I haven't found any network this doesn't work on to send email).
So my advice is to get yourself another email account with a different provider like yahoo or google, then use the new provider smtp address to send your ntl email on your iPhone.

SMS or an iMessage?
There is no delivered indicator for an SMS or MMS.
If for an iMessage, unless there is a red indicator with the message indicating the message could not be sent for whatever reason, the message was sent.

Buying books outside US

Hi, I am an iPad user in HK, and i bought my ipad earlier this year, and found it a great reading experience. Recently, I wanted to buy some books that are on the iBookstore in US, but when i tried to search them, they are not available in HK. All books in iBookstore here in HK are free books that has entered GNU domain. (Author passed away long ago).
I looked for solutions of this, and some ppl say the reason for this is because apple needs time to negotiate with foreign publishers, which is understandable, but the books i wanted to buy are already available in the US market, and they are published by the US publisher.
If i wanna buy books that are on the US market, i need to register a dummy US apple account, and pay using credit cards issued by HK banks, and hence the exchange rate applies (and it is a lot worse than the normal exchange rate), and there will be other transaction fees involved, so it makes a lot more expensive than buying the same book in US, and i am pretty sure this is not the user experience apple wants to give.
I wander if apple is currently on this? If there is a on-going plan to rolling out bookstores internationally?

Cant send my photo book

Hi there
I am using iphoto 09 and have spent hours creating 4 photobooks of a recent trip. I then tried to buy the books but constantly get the error message - An error occurred while uploading one of your files. Please check your network connection and click retry to resend your file. I am sure the connection is Ok. I use the internet all the time with no problems and tried saving the photobook as a pdf and then uploaded it to another photobook site. I really want to use the apple photobook site though and dont want to have to buy my books elsewhere. Can anyone help or should I go elsewhere. PS. I have already made and ordered loads of books with apple, but havent done so in a while.

Boot into Safe Mode, preview the book as described in this Apple document, iPhoto, Aperture: Previewing an order in iPhoto or Aperture , and if the preview is successful order the book while still in Safe Mode.

HT4059 why can you browse, and buys books from itunes but not read them on my iMac? Pretty lame I think. my kindle show up across all my computers, iPhones and Android devices no problem.

Anyone have any idea why I cant send or receive calls but can receive/send emails

Had the iphone 5 for a couple of months and today I had problems receiving/sending text messages and calls. email is fine. I have tried the usual i.e. power down, remove/reseat sim, reset network connections, sync itunes, changing networks.I have contacted my carrier and they tried everything I tried but still no joy. The signal is good but the calls fail and when someone phones me goes straight to voicemail.

The network was changed by clicking another provider then reselecting my own.

I had tried many ways. But it still doesn't work.

Power cycle your device to see if this takes care of the issue. (home button and sleep/wake button holding down simultaenously until device turns off)
if this does not take care of the issue go to settings>General>reset>reset networking settings
After resetting you will then need to go to wi/fi to plug back in the password to your wi/fi router.
