Why i have 2 iCloud accounts

Question

guys please help me out here
in the setting i have one iCloud account but in the mail it has 2 and it keeps telling me that your password is wrong please to go setting and correct it
and i do that over and over again and its working fine under setting but like you can see in the pictures .. under setting i have ONE icloud account
how can i remove the other hidden / weird one?

Each iCloud account has a separate ID.  You can't have two accounts with the same ID.
If you want to consolidate them, choose the device with the account on it that you want to abandon, then save any photo stream photos that you want to keep to your camera roll (unless already there) by opening your my photo stream album, tapping Select, tapping the photos, tap the share icon (box with upward facing arrow), then tapping Save to Camera Roll.  If you are syncing notes with the account that you want to keep, you'll need to open each of your notes and email them to yourself so you can later copy and paste the text into new notes created in your other account.  Then go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, provide your password (if using iOS 7) and choose Keep on My iDevice when prompted.  Then sign into the account you want to merge with and choose Merge when prompted. 
You cannot move iCloud email accounts between iCloud accounts so you will have to leave it behind.  You can set email forwarding to the new email account, or add the email account back to your devices  as a secondary account by going to Settings>Mail,Contacts,Calendars>Add Account>iCoud, signing in to the account and enabling Mail.  Email in this secondary account will only be fetched periodically as push email is only supported in your primary account.
