When i start game Grid 2 in windows 7 it says "Minimum of Pentium D or Althon 64 x2 Required". I contacted them but they said i have macbook pro so i should contact to apple

to get the hardware to work in terms of windows one have to create and install a disc or usb stick with the corect drivers
apple does not support windows games or programs in anyway
if the game can't handle newer cpus and see them as uncompatbile cpus then the fault is with the game

Sounds kind of stupid, but check to make sure that your iphone case cover is not blocking the edge of the camera lens. I had a silicone case on my 3S and when it got older, it started tot slip and the edges of my pictures were blurred.

I have a problem when starting my Macbook. A message saying /Library/StartupItems/Icon has not been started due to not having the right security settings. So far it is not under HD og system folder, nor can't find via terminal. Any good suggestions?

I have tried to delete it via terminal but no luck, have also run a disk permissions repair but no luck.
I still shows when starting the mac or restarting it.
Any of you have a good suggestion of what do??

What items do you have in the Startup Items of your System Preference for your present login user? Maybe removing and adding them back in will help?

Problem when start the Enterprise Manager

I have a sun solaris (sparc 64) with oracle 9.2.0.5 instaled. When i start the oemctl application, the utilization of CPU reach 100% (the normal with the oemctl stopped is 7%). For this reason, the performance of database down.

I've the same problem.
DataBase Server is 10.1.0.2 on HP-UX Itanium, 4 GB memory and 4 disk 36 GB each.
When I comment the line in the /etc/oratab
*:/u01/app/oracle/product/10.1.0.2:Y
and restart the database whith the console stoped the percent of CPU is going down, otherwise with the console started the % of CPU is up, and all the user querys are normal. When I start the OEM all of resources are dedicated to collect information to the OEM.
I like to use OEM, any idea?

when i chjnage the variable environment o point it to the Lib in question i get another error tellig that i can not start the DB and i have to start it from a remote server with the sd1adm.
I am stratinghe instance using the sd1adm user.
Therror appears after i upgraded to the newe kernel but when i went back to the old version i still have the same issue. I restarted the server but it didnt help.

We were trying to deploy HP's Port Aggregaton for 2 LAN cards, changes that were made were
1. Install the HP UX software patch fo the APA teaming LIcense.
2. Connected to a NORTEL Switch.
3. No application level changes done, except for some profile parameters that were changed, which I've reverted back and tried but to no luck
Execution of the command - dpmon -p pf=EEP_D21_r3app3 gave the output as below

Why Spaces change alone when starting the apps?

This is really annoying... when I login, I start some distinct applications, and when they appears, I move them in the appropriate Space. But some apps, as iTunes, continue to "ask my attention" changing the active Space to the one when iTunes is hosted. Then I change, and iTunes change again and again. Really annoying! How to avoid?

Ok your iTunes start automatically after your login, this is not my case but who cares, the behaviour is the same,
The automatic switching occurs at startup only if applications are included in the System Preferences/Accounts/Login Items tab. If no applications are in the Login Items list, an application opens in the current Space if it has not been assigned a Space, or in the Space assigned to it.
if I start iTunes in Space 2 and go back to Space 1, I'm automatically switched again to Space 2 when iTunes is ready and think this is so an important event to inform me. Not really.
Anyway, ok, I assume this is "normal", at least in Leopard.
This is not normal. I have never had iTunes automatically switch Spaces to get attention or any other time, and iTunes is open all the time.
Have you tried assigning the applications to Spaces using the method described previously (System Preferences/Exposè & Spaces/Spaces tab and clicking the + button at the bottom to add the applications to their own Spaces)?

WLST problems when starting the server

I try to use WSLT (with ant) to start bea within an existing domain. The ant target is:

Unfortunately I got hundrets of NoClassDefFoundError when running this target. Serveral for each deployed component. Therefore I put classpath extensions to different files:
1. %BEA_HOME%\user_projects\domains\wcsdomain\bin\startWebLogic.cmd
2. %BEA_HOME%\user_projects\domains\wcsdomain\bin\setDomainEnv.cmd
3. %BEA_HOME%\weblogic91\common\bin\commEnv.cmd
4. %BEA_HOME%\weblogic91\server\binsetWLSEnv.cmd
But the classes are still missing.
Question:
Can anyone tell me where to put classpath extensions for the deployment jars?

You are not using WLST any where, you are using the wlserver ant task. The wlserver ant task does not use the scripts to start the server. You should add the jars to the wlserver classpath element.

Have problem when using the Software Update...

My network works well and when I found there are updates in itunes iPhoto and some other software, I manually open the Software Update, and after the bar "checking for new software" it always says "software update doesn't have any new software for your computer at this time". So I have to install 10.6.2 and 10.6.3 manually, and now my system version is 10.6.3, I have this problem since 10.6.1, and now I found there are so many software telling me they need updates, I can't do it manually because it's boring. So could anyone tell me what's the problem with my Snow Leopard? Thank you very much. I don't want to reinstall the whole system.

But as I found the two files, I deleted them, then I restarted my MBP, and the problem was still there... The software update showed the progress bar and it checked for a while and then tell me that there are no updates...

You can safely assume that I have tried using it!   So, to make things a little clearer:
     1) I now have two iCloud "contacts files", w/ a different total count. What's the difference? Why the different toatl count?
     2) Since re-installing the Apple software (part of the MSVCR" recovery instructions) "couldn't possible affected Outlook", why am I getting an iCloud installation error message saying iCloud moved 6,835 files to a "deleted items folder" somewhere. What's in those files? And where are they?
Probably more important questions get down to:
     3) Why is a basic Apple product upgrade "screwing-up Outlook"? This iTunes upgrade, failing to install properly forced Outlook 2007 into a 2-min start-up cycle. Which was fixed with this "Goat-Rpdeo" of re-installing MSVCR80.dll.
     4) And under the latest release of iOS-7.0.4 on our iPhones, why is Apple now forcing us to use the iCloud to back-up our contacts, calendars & tasks, vs. allowing these files to be backed-up directly on our PC's via the USB cable?

I'm new to Oracle and I'm having a problem when installing the Developer Suite 10g. I have the Oracle Database 11g installed, but when I try to istall the developer, it gives me this error: "Oracle Developer Suite 10g cannot be installed into an existing Oracle9i 9.2.0.1.0 oe higher Oracle Home", Although I have installed the same thing twice before and it was working.
Please help me with this :(

If you are linux-unix level you are making installation wiht same user of Oracle Db11g? Did you try to create new Oracle_home and set it before start installation?

If you have no photos:
Hold down the option (or alt) key key and launch iPhoto. From the resulting menu select 'Create Library' and start.
