If you didn't buy anything you don't have to pay. But the App Store requires you to enter your Apple ID password when you download a free app. And in order to have an Apple ID you must have a form of payment entered. You will not be charged to download a free app.

    If you can't remember your rescue email address (and seeing the reset link via steps 1 to 5 on this page doesn't help you remember it) then you will need to contact iTunes Support or Apple to get the questions reset.

    I have an episode of Family Guy downloaded on my computer, and I haven't watched it in a while (maybe two or three months) and I watched it the other day, then I noticed my account was charged $1.99 even though I haven't bought any new music or videos or anything since February! Was I charged for watching something I already paid for? What's the deal?! Was I charged for something different?
    Also, I noticed when I went into my settings that it says my downloads are set up for two computers. I only have one computer that has iTunes installed on it. Could someone be hacking my account? I don't think this is the case, because if they were buying things, wouldn't I notice the new songs in my library? Also, wouldn't I be getting an emailed receipt? I haven't been getting any new music or any receipts, so I'm assuming I was either charged again for that one episode, or there was a mistake on iTunes' part, because I promise, I didn't buy anything!
    Please help me!!!

    Have you logged into your account in iTunes and checked your purchase history?
    It shows everything that has been bought.

    What happens when you try to buy something, does the 'buy' button not work, if you are getting an error message then what does it say ?

    Sorry to hear about that. Did someone else use your iPhone or iPod to play the game? Your iTunes password is required to buy Mega Points. You may have already been signed in to the App Store from a previous purchase.
    Make sure that you have signed out from the iTunes App Store to avoid accidental purchases. You can do this by going to Settings>Store>Sign Out on your device.
    To get a refund from Apple for the accidental purchase, you can follow these steps:
    1. Open iTunes
    2. Log on to your account
    3. Go to "Purchase History"
    4. Report a problem
    5. Fill out form with a reason for the refund
    If you want to disable any chance of accidental in-app purchases in any application that has this feature there is an option in your Settings App on your iPhone or iPod, under General > Restrictions that will allow you disable in-app purchases such as this with a pass-code. This will help prevent such an accidental purchase from happening again in any app.

    You posted in the OS 9 & below forum. What OS X version are you using? What model Canon printer? Canon printers have a test print capability (open the Printer Utility). What happens when you do a test print? Are all the printer cartridges in their proper location? Sometimes when you print "black", the printer uses a mixture of the colors to get "black". In the Printer Utility, check the levels of the other cartridges. There may be one color that is clogged.

    Hi there. Here is my issue with iMessage:
    I'm from Spain (sorry for my bad English). I buyed an iPhone 4S one month ago. I activated iMessage then, and yesterday I was checking my phone invoice when I noticed I had sent 3 international sms (to U.K.). Each one was 0'60 €   I checked the number, and It is an activation number used by Apple to verify your number. I can understand this, but i can't understand why you have to pay for this verification everytime you switch on iMessage. I checked the dates when these messages were send and the other 2 messages were send when I restore my iPhone (iOS 5.0.1 upgrade and another one because i changed my AppleID). So, I think this is a bug from iOS5 that I should't pay and It's something Apple must fix.
    I have read in other Spanish Forums about people with more than 10 activation messages (about 6 €) and other people without these messages, so I don't understand what happens.
    Have anyone the same problem?? Any solutions? Thanks

    HA!  I figured the find my iphone out!!!!! You can have more than one icloud account in "Mail, Contacts and Calendars".  So my husband's & kids' phone icloud account under "settings, icloud "is their individual @me.com account.  Set it to everything you want EXCEPT Find My Iphone.  Then under "settings, mail/contacts/calendars" you set up both accounts (your @me.com which may already be there), then add another with the main appleID and enable ONLY Find My Iphone.  Now when any of us log into Find My Iphone from any device with our main apple ID for the app store, all the devices show up!!!! YIPPEE.  I made my own day!
    I think the message I got previously was because I hadn't disabled the find my iphone on the @me.com account first.

    You've checked the purchase history on your account ? You didn't have any pre-orders and/or auto-renewing subscriptions that were due ? If you log into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option, you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it. Click on that and you should then see a list of your purchases.
    If you don't recognise the charge, and nobody else has access to your account or devices and may have made it, then try contacting iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/- click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption
