I have saw one updates request at the App Store which is IMDb, so i just click on the updates, it request me to fill me my credit card secure number, after that i been charged $1.99 which the apps is free, why will this happened? anyone can help me or any link I can request for refund? Please help. Thanks

When you change or enter credit card details you usually get 'charged' a holding charge which is just to check that the card is valid and active - in which case it should disappear from your card within a few days. More info here : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT3702

First, if you're using an iOS device, make sure that you did not inadvertently make an in-app purchase. Many apps, particularly games, are free for the base game but charge for additional features such as levels, "coins" and other such add-ons. As to a refund, that's not automatic since the terms of sale for the iTunes Store state that all sales are final. You can contact the iTunes Store, explain the reason for your request, and ask, though:

They're usually pretty lenient in the case of inadvertent purchases, but there are no guarantees.
If the charges are not in-app purchases that you made and forgot but the charges do appear in your Purchase History, contact the iTunes Store and let them know. You should also immediately change your password for your Apple ID. If the charges don't appear in your Purchase History, they were probably fake charges made directly to your credit card, and your card issuer will need to handle those.

I would think the music card would be used before the credit card.
This is not right and needs to be changed or I will cancel my account with ITUNES and will cancel my IPHONE subscription.
Since there are prepay itunes card I find it a rip off that a credit card was used and in the sign up it says the credit card is only used to verify AGE ONLY.
So by going behind my back and putting purcahses using the credit card is not very honest when in fact I used a $25 itunes card.
APPLE FIX THIS FLAW ASAP!!!!!!! If you can't fix this then you will be hearing from lawyers.

1) Your post is very insulting. You could have told me that deleting your credit card did not work. You did not have to insult me.
2) Unless apple changed their requirements, you can Zero out your credit card information - after it has cleared your account and been removed. However I don not work for Apple and if they changed that requirement they would not have told that to me.
3) I have given you a perfectly working alternative that does work. If you refuse to believe me, that is your issue. I don't have to take your insults and you have no right to insult me.

Game it's said FREE Game. then my daughter 4 years old played the day after that I got email from itune store charge on my credit card. It was happen 4 times already and cause alot of money too. I will not pay all this bills. I'm so upset why Apple let it happen to customer, that is look like all game sneaky to get money from people especially my daughter 4 years old she can't read you will charge money on that game?, I'm a mother who download Free Game and I didn't play attention while she playing. You let your daughter play with your iphone and continue to buy and you think it is somehow Apples fault?
You can set the restrictions that will stop anyone from making these purchases. You have obviously failed to do this. This is your fault. Not Apples.

Turn off imessage in settings/messages
Turn off Facetime in settings/Facetime
Delete icloud account in settings/ilcoud
Erase all data and settings in settings/general/reset

I have just tried updating my credit card details on my ITunes account using my IPhone. Once entered, it still prompts me to update my details saying my credit card is expired (even with a new expiration date of 2016!!).

It should be within a few days, but it might vary a bit by bank/provider :

Rajagopal.pngr :- It is only a holding charge, it is not a permanent charge. If it isn't refunded within a few days or so (and it quite possibly won't be over a weekend) then you can query the charge with Apple.
