Why in Spanish?

I am constantly receiving update alerts.. in Spanish.
It seems that the rest of my Adobe Reader is in English, such as standard operating with toolbars and such.
"La actualization esta lista para ser instalada." Thats the message I keep getting.
Any ideas why its in Spanish or how to change it back to English so that I can submit to it's requests?

Specific in two words like "to build" and "to run". You have been translated as "construir" and "correr" respectively. The first one is used for buildings, bridges, roads, etc. The second word is used for races, cars, change of position. The very technical translation for those words are "compilar" and "ejecutar", "to compile" and "to execute" respectively.

I get erratic loss of input capability into my Touch. On some days in the browser ,the W key doesn't work but the adjacent Q or E keys work just fine when I slide my finger back and forth. A few hours later, it works just fine. Last night I was entering a new location in the weather, the keyboard worked fine but after a search, it would not let me click on the new location to set it up. I could get a blue background but it would not click to complete the entry. Again, I tried it 20 min later and it worked just fine. Same thing on iTunes, there are occasions when the screen is unresponsive to my input and other times when it works just fine. I have one of those plastic covers sold at the Apple store to protect the screen and maybe that's the problem. However, recent rollerblade fall proved the worth of the protector as the cover was deeply scored but the screen was fine (was erratic before fall, not caused by fall). Touch is not jailbroken. Don't want to give up the protection film but I'm not sure whether there is a problem with my iTouch or just with my touch.

I just noticed that some titles for kids in Spanish have tracks available in Spanish, like a DVD and subtitles in other languages as well. The problem is that titles with audio tracks in Spanish are very limited. Most of them only offer an option in French language, which is great, but why not Spanish as well? With 51 million Spanish speaking people in the US and many more around the world, this does not seem a smart move from Apple.
When you find a title you want to buy or rent, look under Language > Spanish (Dolby, Stereo, etc.). Make sure it is not the captions only.

Speaking German and having travelled extensively in German speaking lands, I can cope with most of the dialects except for the worst Swiss and southern Austrian dialects like Steyrisch. I had a young Steyrisch friend of my cousin, staying with us last month and she was too embarassed to speak German with me because her German is so bad.
Dutch I can partial comprehend and read reasonably well, as with Danish and Norwegian Bokmal. Swedish is off the deep end.
The Serbo-Croat languages are interesting in a negative way. Now that the Yugoslavian republics have all divorced they are desperately trying to de-mutualise comprehension. The Croats are scouring ancient texts to find unique Croatian words and expressions, as are the Bosnians by emphasising Turkish derivatives. The Macedonians, Montenegrians and the Slovenes are in their own linguistic smorgasbords.
Shame that people can't just agree to put the preference on finding common expressions, instead of difference for differences sake.
In English, despite the Americans have their own regional accents and sometimes dialects, they make no effort to comprehend anyone else not even other English dialects despite the fact that they are no way unintelligible.
The Chaser gang, who are a group of local comics who like to take the p!ss out of everything, set up an "American" tourist in London asking directions of a Londoner and feigning non-comprehension. This actually came out of Americans complaining that the English did not speak "proper" English when they were in England!
A second Chaser member then came up and offered to "translate", switching accents. The fun bit was when the Chaser guys then slagged off the British in front of the Londoner in an American accent, because supposedly the English person would not be able to understand them. To the English credit, they saw the joke. If you tried that in America they would be deeply offended, they do not take criticsm lightly.

Why does finder give me Spanish when I right click?

Why is it that finder gives me half Spanish and half English options? I don't beleive I've done anything to the language settings. Could it be because apple gave me a new hard-drive? Its not distracting me...its just annoying.

It's a bug, and that's Portuguese, not Spanish. Sometimes this can be fixed by going to system preferences/language & text/language and using the Edit button to uncheck the box for Portuguese and restarting.

Why does FF think I want to enter text in Cuban Spanish?

Whenever I restart Firefox, the first time I try to enter text into a web form, I see all my English words underlined as if they were misspellings. So I right click and go to pick the language. It is always set to Cuban Spanish! So I reset it to US English and all is well again until the next time I restart the browser. Then we seem, once again, to be back to Cuban Spanish! Why does it always think I want to enter text in Cuban Spanish? When I check Preferences, the only language pref I can find is always set to US English. I even searched prefs.js and can find nothing about Cuban Spanish there.

jscher2000: Thanks for that suggestion! Ok, this is getting stranger and stranger.
1. In about:config, spellchecker.dictionaries was set to es_CU.
2. I used right mouse in a form field->Languages and set it to English (US).
3. Went back to about:config. Now set to en_US.
4. Restarted Firefox.
5. Looked at about:config. Now still set to en_US.
6. Right mouse in a form field->Lanuages: Spanish (Cuba) is checked.
7. Back to about:config. Now says es_CU.
I think I found the dictionaries that are at the root of this. In /usr/lib/firefox is a symbolic link, dictionaries->/usr/share/hunspell, a directory. That contains a few .aff and .dic files and many symlinks pointing to those (including es_CU.dic and es_CU.aff). I think I've found the key and it appears to be quite gnome or Ubuntu-specific. I will see what packages those files belong to and take it from there. Thanks for all the help.

This is often due to the fact that your account is not synced with the new iTunes Radio capabilities, and you have to sign-out and sign in to retreive the new capabilities.
Visit the Store menu and sign out... , and then sign in ... and try again.

I cannot activate the CC because it says that the country where the card was got does´t match with my ID of Adobe. But the card that was used is spanish, that´s what I´m asking help with.
I cannot either remove the code from forum, I don´t know how to do it.
